first of all you have to invest only that much amount of money for which you can bear the loss..... if you do not want to take more risk kindly use stop loss option otherwise you can hold and buy at each dip to average your buying price.. increase your buying quantity at each dip of the prices..

If you have 100 and you buy into 10 coins and a out of 10 a few is dropping drastically but that is not even 50% of your portfolio unless you are referring to the last few months drop then that is another case already. So buy a few types of coin and not just focusing all your assets on one or two your portfolio will not be so risky, some coins might drop drastically some coins might moon.

I manage stress by going to mall, give time to love ones and go out together and forget crypto. If I have spare money I buy on the deep to recover my losses but i I have nothing left I wait for the market to recover and make my self busy doing productive things like reading articles or watching educational videos regarding crypto.

there some easy ways to manage losses - do not look at your coins prices when market is red, take rest from crypto for weeks or months and when you are back you will see your coins are in much better position

If you buy a coin at a higher price, then you have to wait for it. Never sell coins at a lower cost, you will face losses. If the price of the coin is low then do not worry about it. Coin prices will be high soon.

maybe we can try to wait for the price reach lower price so we can buy and hold and sell when it's increasing. I think if you can do this for a few times in a day, then maybe you can cover your losses and even you can make a profit. but this is not always guaranteed for you to make a profit but at least, if you see that the market is good for trading then you can try to search a profit in that day. and if you can do it for weeks until a month, your profit will bigger than before.
