Minimum will be 0.4, max 0.11 BTC. I will reduce the maximum just a little bit, so I improve the ratio. (Now it will be 1 to below 3).

Also, the progressive payout will increase with 1%, not with 2% (as you have suggested). This because with 2% things gets out of control really fast, with 1% I am sure that we can make so much more payouts.

There is another change I will make too: a round last at least 12 hours, and then it will be closed within 2 hours of the last payout. This round went for two and half days, because in the last two days they were like 4 deposits. So when everybody was waiting for the round to be closed and a new one to be started there was always somebody who made a last minute deposit. I am not complaining of making new deposits obviously, but if there is 1 deposit every 12 hours, doesn't really worth to keep the round going.
