Well, now they are already only two 0.09xx deposits behind (the 0.2 and 0.3 are considered as donations). With all the confirmed transactions at this point things should really speed up...

You are wrong.... the problem with this statement "more people using it an actual means of exchange/payment". The problem is that noone will exchange any goods for a currency which they don't trust. And if bitcoin will collapse then building up trust in ANY cryptocurrency, no matter how good that might be, how safe, etc. will be EXTREMLY HARD (impossible in the next decade for sure).

I do believe in Bitcoin and crypto-currencies in general (not all the crapcoins which show up every day, but some of the alternative currencies). And because I believe in this, I am working on the next generation of crypto-currencies as we speak. I have made a great concept for a currency which will defeat price volatility exactly (among many other problems which crypto currencies have). Problem is that from concept until making it happen it's a long way, because this will not be a simple copy-coin... it will change the rules of the games forever.

So let me explain you a very simple thing: if bitcoin goes to the history books ALL (I mean ALL) cryptocurrencies will go there forever. Everybody knows this... this is why governments are targettng ONLY bitcoin and not all the other coins, because they know: if bitcoin fails, ALL COINS will fail.
You need to realize that people invested BILLIONS of dollars into bitcoin (literally). It is probably one the biggest investment of our days. If that falls, after so many billions of dollars spent, who do you think will ever trust X-coin in our lifetime? Who do you think will invest another billions to Y-coins, or whatever?

You should check your reality-meter a little bit...

If bitcoin is going to collapse anyway, wouldn't be the best time for you to start looking, reading and spreading your great "visions" somewhere else, not on bitcointalk.org? I mean guys, if you are so sure that it will crash, then why care about it, and spending all your time looking at this forum?
I am glad that you both recognized the danger in investing in Bitcoin. I strongly advise you both to sell your 0.054 BTC each or whatever amount you have, leave the market and let the serious guys take over. Because you see, they are two type of persons in this forum:

1. Those who believes in bitcoin, sees the necessity of it. These people realize also the potential of it and therefor they will always search for SOLUTIONs to any problem Bitcoin might face in the future, not the reasons why it should be dumped. When solutions are in focus, and people's mind are set towards HOW CAN ONE MAKE something happen, as opposed to how can one invent excuses for running away, the energies, the vibes coming from these thoughts are so much more powerful that they will simply wipe your pity concerns. We, people who believe in bitcoin, and see its potential are VERY Happy that you (the others) panic, and run away. Have 30.000 more bitcoins from MtGOX, let them come to bitstamp. So what? They are over 12.000.000 BTC in our hands (believers). Do you really think that 30.000 will actually crash a rock solid foundation? It might drop the price for a moment, that's fine... and you know why is fine? Because the less non-believer, panic-making chickens are on the market, the smaller the chance for another drop in the future...

2. Those who pretend they don't believe in cryptocoins... I am saying pretend, BECAUSE if they really wouldn't care, wouldn't be wasting their time on bitcointalk.org? Wouldn't you igorr, fonzie and co?

Well, I still haven't sold my KARM... at this low price I rather loose all, than sell.
