1161  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Need your suggestions...Please suggest on: September 11, 2014, 03:43:08 PM
I suggest you think it over a bit more and provide more detailed information.
It's quite hard to comment on the project idea right now.

Congratulations Mr. BAU

Great to see this contest ending properly, well done Coinographic.
1164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Won't governments try to kill Bitcoin? on: September 10, 2014, 08:34:59 PM
If there is a situation where the internet or electricity goes down so we can't maintain bitcoin, then my guess is that, in this situation, printed paper is of no value as well.
1165  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what if fiat transfers via credit card become free on: September 10, 2014, 08:28:41 PM
Huge companies have to be maintained and make profit, this costs money, also the have to insure the money. So no I don't think fiat transfers via credit card become free anytime soon.
1166  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Apple & Bitcoin on: September 10, 2014, 08:24:20 PM
Apple & Bitcoin, interesting thought. Could be great for Bitcoin as well as Apple. Don't think Apple will go for it, just a gut feeling.
1167  Local / Nederlands (Dutch) / Re: Bitcoins cash laten uitbetalen zonder zorgen? on: September 10, 2014, 08:11:24 PM
Lastig, ik zou zeggen in kleine hoeveelheden. Maar waarom nu Bitcoin inwisselen?
1168  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bump Bitcoin crowd advertising experiment on: September 10, 2014, 08:04:39 PM
Great stuff, I like it. Generating publicity for Bitcoin!
1169  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Physical Bitcoin Design Finalists - Cast Your Vote Now! - Ends 10th September 14 on: September 09, 2014, 02:34:02 PM
We will assess all of the votes and the situation when the voting closes.  If we determine that anyone has cheated or otherwise broken the rules, they will be disqualified from the contest.  We will take a few days when the voting closes to be absolutely certain that any decisions made are done with the upmost of proof.

Ok, thanks for the update.

Seems like a lot of people get butthurt when other designs get more votes. I was under the impression this is a public and open vote.

I vote for Design Nr.6 by iawgoM cause i like it the most, if u think i got paid or sth. feel free to message me or keep on accusing innocent people....

You post raises questions, did you get paid?

And a simple yes or no will do.
1171  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: NEW! Bitcoin-ScratchTicket.com | FREE BTC New User Promo on: September 09, 2014, 11:48:50 AM
Just want to say I am receiving the payments.
Thanks bitcoin-scratchticket.

A couple of people here lack integrity.

voting for yourself? WOUW

I don't know anyone here so I just thought I would vote for myself. Sorry if I offended you. But I'm sure if I voted for someone else you would probably have a problem with it anyway. Next time I will ask for your opinion so you don't spend all your time here looking for someone to call out. I'm a nice guy, but a few sections on this forum are filled with huge amounts of drama.

Coinographic originally picked the top 5.  So a few complained, whined about details, and even attacked the person holding the contest. Some who felt so deeply about this didn't even submit designs. Which I find strange, but I brushed it off. So coingraphic had enough and allowed all the designs to be voted on. I was one of the top 5, but did I whine and stomp my feet when the contest changed? No. Because in the end it is their choice. I knew I had little chance because I'm new here. Am I happy the way things turned out? No. But am I acting like a complete tool about it?

Now the contest is still not going some people's way. What option is left but to act like a sore loser?

I can already predict what comments will come next. They will sound exactly like "if I can't win, nobody wins" or "do over".

Have a nice day.

Voting for yourself? Really

You didn't offend me, you just made a tool out of yourself, nothing more.
1173  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Physical Bitcoin Design Finalists - Cast Your Vote Now! - Ends 10th September 14 on: September 09, 2014, 10:58:55 AM
Are you sure you didn't invite people to vote for you? Honestly? This whole thing is rigged.
Coinographic, your Name is on the line here, I hope you realize that.

Letting people know that there is a contest and I'm participating - yes. What, I should hide it from everyone?
Accusations that entire croatian forum voted for me: only 2 votes from there, sorry haters...
Buying votes or paying anyone for them - no way. Point finger at someone else regarding this.

Did you or did you not ask people to vote for you, a simple yes or no will suffice.

Why don't you just read this before commenting like that: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=765337.msg8740478#msg8740478

Scam it is, but by BTC-Graphicdesigns, not me.

Number 6 is very attractive design. I'm vote for number 6

Obvious where this vote has come from:

It is obvious that this Mr. iawgoM has not been clean since the beginning of the contest. This person is a fraud and if he wins it will only be because of all of his friends voting for him and him buying votes.

1177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wow Doge is exploding right now on: September 09, 2014, 09:53:32 AM
Doge is just a crypto with a cool image. People that are new to crypto can play around with it and not have to invest a lot.

People shouldn't see Doge as an investement. Bitcoin is an investment.

I think for tipping (for instance a restaurant) it can be very usefull.

Doge is to stay, because it has a community involved puts a lot of work in the coin.

1179  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need help in storing dogecoins on: September 07, 2014, 06:55:55 PM
Hello Everyone,

As the title say, I need help in storing bitcoins.

Which are the faucets where I can collect free dogecoins?
Which wallet for dogecoins is better online or offline means desktop version?

If the desktop version is better
Where can I download this wallet?
How to send, receive and store dogecoins in this wallet?

Please help.

Thank You

Go to these sites I below and invest time to figure it out (reading, youtube tutorials), it's the only way.
- Don't go to faucets, waste of time, just buy some on Cryptsy, Bittrex whatever.
- MultiDoge/ Dogecoin Qt are fine for desktop (dogecoin.com)
- Cold storage (safest way of storing crypto) - dogeaddress.com
Cheers

If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
