641  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: ASICs shipping now? on: January 20, 2014, 11:33:25 PM
450 GH/s will make you about 6.5 BTC.  You could just buy 6.5 BTC for $5500 right now or you could purchase this miner for $6400 and wait a year to mine that much, paying at least $300 more in electricity.  Assuming it doesn't break during that time.

6.5 BTC where did you get that from lol...
642  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: ASICs shipping now? on: January 20, 2014, 09:01:58 PM
https://megabigpower.com/shop/ should accept credit cards, and they ship immediately.

400gh wont be much btc mined per day
643  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Forum member trying to rob my casino on: January 19, 2014, 07:52:43 PM

644  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: gonefishing510 - I sent him a casasicus coin - he got it --- no anwer on: January 19, 2014, 07:39:08 PM
So is it a women or a man, i am confused here

If its that girl on the news channel, simply contact the news station and ask how you can get in touch with her,say you are a witness to that police crime that happened, and take it from there that might lead to an address.

The scammer could be using her identity which they got from her computer, thats why you think its her, this normally tends to be the case.

interesting story
645  Economy / Services / Re: 3D printing service for bitcoin *FREE* on: January 19, 2014, 07:08:01 PM
Why is it a free service?
You are paying for the electricity to run it
You are using your own free time for other people
Watchs the catch?
646  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: MiningHardware.co.uk - WORLD WIDE SHIPPING on: January 19, 2014, 05:15:11 PM
so this miner has about 1 month left until it cant make any coins?

What?  Of course it will make coins even when it goes up.  Your not meant to keep the miner forever.  Please research properly and look at RESALE VALUE.  Even BFL60 is being sold for £1500 on eBay.  Hint again:  RESALE VALUE!!!

NineLives your not making sense,it wont make coins in 1 months time, the difficulty increase proves that
Reselling the miner at a high value is your only option yes but the buyer will not be pleased and will probably ask for a refund by paypal because they will be confused to way there not making much.

So i was just looking at the profitability for this miner

This Difficulty
Mining 24/7 at 240 GH will get you around 0.07143 btc per day
Lets convert that to USD = 61.18 USD
Lets convert that to GBP = 37.2939 GBP
This machine runs at 800 watts from the wall = 8 to 10 GBP in electrcity costs per day

Next Difficulty
Mining 24/7 at 240 GH will get you around 0.05619 btc per day
Lets convert that to USD = 48.14 USD
Lets convert that to GBP = 29.3463 GBP
This machine runs at 800 watts from the wall = 8 to 10 GBP in electrcity costs per day

How am i going to make a roi if i buy this?

This miner only go up to around 198 - 215 GH/s. Where did you get 240 from?

From your post on page 16

The increase will change to 80% increase come april, this mining game is over
652  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] KNCMiner Neptune 1st Public Batch PreOrder on: January 19, 2014, 01:24:55 PM
So you're asking close to 30k for one of these and then we have to pay customs tax.

My calculations go something like this

3TH @ 30BTC - mining from 1st of march 2014 would never see a ROI

Hell even @15BTC you would barely break even on this machine after 4 months and then you would hardly make a profit.

Not to mention the revisions that will come out just like they did for the Jupiter. KnC sold these machines for too much with too little power compared to the current difficulty level.

Sorry to break the bad news to you and to everyone else that got these machines. I really feel sorry for the ones who get their delivery in april/may. Atleast you can mine for a few weeks then sell them off and make something back.

Good luck!

Edit: - Increments are calculated by 30%. Now when KnC and every other manufactures dumps their machines on the market we could easily see a 50% increase every 2 weeks.

It will be Increments of 75% - 80%
Theres atleast 5 Big manufactoers pumping out 600GH per asic
653  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: Still 170 KNC Neptunes left. Wasnt it sold out? on: January 19, 2014, 03:34:48 AM
look you wont make any btc with the network difficulty sky high

Look at my ballz dude...im first day shipping on the VIP orders, and I only paid 10 btc per neptune. I could get a refund right now and make money on the transaction. Its not just bitcoin, and its not going to be just bitcoin...take your hateraid bullshit somewhere else, cause you sound like a full retard.

No your the retard thinking you are going to get a roi, so much is going to be added to the network how do you expect 3TH to be enough ?

Some experience with front-end programming (you should be able to code up a simple web site and/or an application).

That is a terriable way to describe the skills you need for that job
655  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Anyone bought from mammoth mining? on: January 19, 2014, 02:40:32 AM

More like 4 or 5 btc, even then you wont get a rio, this guy is on a different planet

You will make that in 1.5 months hashing.  I am looking for a fair deal here, but I am not going to be low-balled.

Why are you being low bailed, you are to late selling, you should of done this last month
Here is the outlook for a jupiter

This Difficulty
Coins   Dollars
per Day   0.17704543 BTC   $142.84
per Week   1.23931799 BTC   $999.87
per Month   5.38218100 BTC   $4,342.29
this diff (est)   1.08712105 BTC   $877.08

Next Difficulty [estimated]
Coins   Dollars
per Day   0.14909089 BTC   $120.29
per Week   1.04363621 BTC   $842.00

Coins per 24h at these conditions 0.1770 BTC, why would someone pay 15 btc?
6 Days and the difficulty will be 2,315,681,792, your asking price is RIDICULOUS*1000
do you not think people are aware asics are becoming useless now?
