I have tried mycellium snd it also says that key is invalid, its 30 characters long - and I have tried numerous times now, I do believe this is a manufacturing error - hence the need to speak to them, unfortunately I am in the EU and not the USA so contacting is a daunting task.

It's either bricked due to manufacturing or you're messing up a letter/number. Not much we can do without seeing the private key ourselves.
