Is your source as reliable as the $800 indicator?

CSW is an impostor, nothing more than that...
22  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 02, 2017, 07:54:00 PM

Not a bubble at all. Look at 2 month growth, its healthy. Why cant you just be happy for a while héh! Always with the drama!!!

Because $800 soon?

edit: the only over leveraged players in this market are 1) bitcoin shorts, as per https://www.bfxdata.com/positions/btcusd, 2) ETHBTC longs

Is the rally over now?  Was that it?  Is Bitcoin dead??  Tongue

well my 'evil plan' is working:)

btc is at $1,493 as we speak....

ltc is at $15.12 (what I'm mining) and not dumping as bad as other alts.

so mining paying back to get to 100 btc and would like to hold 1000 ltc (in case it pumps)

so ......worse case I'll run back to my ltc to btc mode of last 2 years and grab btc again

(this evil genius thing has a lot going for it..meglomania/drama/$$$/mystery/etc.....and of course the constant risk of 'gasp' bears in the tulips!)

All is well, I tell you all is well......

(hmmm..need a pet white cat to pet...and a monocle .......evil genius cred demands such)

Could be good to hold what you mine, for now Smiley

Afrikoin locked his thread. Funnily, he'll still receive congratulations for his "good advice" even though he's been more wrong than right Wink
25  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 01, 2017, 04:34:59 PM
Maybe $2000 this week on bfx, if we're lucky?
26  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: May 01, 2017, 07:54:42 AM
Where to see the current number of longs Vs shorts? Always fun to see the bears burn.

https://www.bfxdata.com/positions/btcusd

17k shorts (all red) to 10k longs (all green). 7k outstanding difference between them.

Burn the shorts with fire!

edit: can people stop quoting roach, please? He had a point, a very long time ago, I don't think it changed at all and really, there's no need to re-read it every other post. Thx!

Are you hoping to make it (the loss) back by trading alts?

I would advise caution, alt season is getting close to it's climax.

loss?

What loss?

you only lose if you short an uptrend

"You only lose if you sell."

You sound exactly like bulls during a downtrend. You sold lower, the fact that you're not rebuying doesn't mean you haven't lost. You could have considerably fewer coins if you bought now, but you persist in your mistake, just like bulls did. "It will eventually come back down".

Why? most decent exchanges have ATHed for a few days already, just the seller's exchange hasn't...
30  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: April 30, 2017, 09:16:57 PM

Have you bought back yet?
31  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: April 28, 2017, 06:37:06 PM
Guys

$800 is coming

And Vinny lingham indicator just confirmed sub $875

Sell your coins at the best price you can get

Prepare to buy lower

This is not a drill

I was wrong on this bold.

This was premature.

Note to self: should have waited to see the retrace

$800 is coming - you were wrong;

vinny lingham indicator - you were wrong;

prepare to buy lower - you were wrong;

Sell your coins at the best price you can get - you were right!

edit: we might be in for a few days of correction; let's see, maybe you guys can buy some cheaper coinz.
32  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: April 27, 2017, 05:31:07 AM
I have nothing to complain about Afrikoin's predictions. I still have about 10% since I started selling when it went over $1200 and I'm having a nice profit. Just sold some more this week (about 5% total) around 1270/90, I'm doing small sellings as price is escalating. When correction comes... Wohooo! Cheap coins!

That's a good plan! What will you do if that correction doesn't come soon enough, or when it does, it stops above your sell price?

In other words, what's your stop loss?
33  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: April 26, 2017, 02:58:26 PM
#waitingfor$800
34  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 26, 2017, 02:43:34 PM

FOMO game is strong right now. Good.

FOMO is +50% in a week. This is chilling under an umbrella, sipping pina colada...

Disregarding the stupid $1350 spike, GDAX is at ATH, btc-e ATH, BFX ATH, stamp soon to come.

edit*

This is gentlemen.
35  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: April 24, 2017, 08:37:19 PM
Not an impulse?  Huh

Higher high on stamp. Bearish.  Huh
36  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: April 24, 2017, 02:59:23 PM
this rise is not like tha last rise to $1350. something is off about this one

You are off Wink
37  Economy / Speculation / Re: Nights Watch by Afrikoin on: April 23, 2017, 10:30:01 AM
Afrikoin, just for clarity are you ozone63?

No

Not me

ATH + $18.5.

I know, bitfinex doesn't count.
38  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 21, 2017, 05:56:16 PM
OK, I might've misunderstood your post but there is no such thing as "unnatural growth", except after a significant top is in, and there are no new buyers coming into the market. Throughout this entire rally there hasn't yet been that moment when people on the wrong side of the market are simply left behind. And that moment that makes lots of newcomers rush to the eco-system, looking to buy everything and anything they can get their hands on.

Did you sell at $800 during the rally to $1140? Had the chance to rebuy at the same price during the dump to $780. Sold at any price during the run-up to $1350? Didn't matter, you could buy in the dump to $890. Market still hasn't "punished" people that want to buy but are too greedy and want to wait for lower prices.

I expect this to happen, sooner rather than later.
39  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: April 21, 2017, 05:18:05 PM
What we can see though is that this is unnatural growth and it's not going to keep going.  It's going to fall soon enough.

Nonsense. Wishful thinking will get you nowhere.

I'm sorry you missed the chance to buy while they were in triple digits.

It's not too late to get them while they're still cheaper than ounces of gold.

Haven't we been hearing this since before $300?

Sour grapes and all...
40  Economy / Speculation / Re: Segwit agreement on LTC: Do you trust the miners? on: April 21, 2017, 05:00:26 PM
Well - according to the following, the segwit signalling has fallen to 61.6% in the last 24 hours:

http://litecoin-segwit.info/

It's going in the wrong direction..

In order to activate in this period, the average signalling rate needs to be somewhere around 81.6% from now on. Easily achievable once LTC1BTC and LTC.top (operated by Jiang Zhuoer) start signalling.

I wouldn't worry about them not living up to their agreement, that makes no sense.
