Atari I'm a batch 4 customer who has been given promises of "shipping next day" for over a week and have no tracking information
I would STRONGLY discourage other members from purchasing until this is addressed there are far better and cheaper competitors out there
Hi Kapz786, Sorry consecutively disappointing you. As we were going to finish the last 10% of batch 4 on Saturday. It didn't happen due to an unforeseen problem in the warehouse that day. I have PM you with details on how we want to make this up to you. We have bene overwhelmed with the fulfilment of order and have recently partnered up with a big group to solve this issue. Moving forward, the process will be a lot smoother for all our customers. For anyone one that has yet to receive a tracking number for batch #4 please PM. Hi, Yes the current batch #5 has been moved forward a couple of day for dispatch as we worked through all of the previous batch. Hi, Sorry the refund has been slow. We wer having a technical problem with paypal where I wanted to process your refund. It is preferable there since you paid with paypal. Did anyone received shipping confirmation, who ordered the kit for batch-4 yet?
I am still waiting for mine.
I'm on batch #3 and have been fed a steady stream of broken promises. The latest was that the package would be shipped Wednesday and I would be provided with a tracking number. It is now nearly 8pm Thursday and of course I have not heard anything from him. Escrow dispute period expires in a few hours and I will most likely get my money back from there. Just a warning. If you do this buy, be prepared for delays/flakes and USE ESCROW Hi Almighty, I thought you would have been emailed, but obviously you didn't get it. Your package was dispatched yesterday. Tracking number has been PM to you now. In it we apologise for the failure on our behalf due to unforeseen circumstances. Gridseed has been really slow at delivering my requirement. That is not an an excuse, I know it is still our responsibility. In the PM I have outlined what I offer to make good to you. I have everything required to fill all orders up to date now. There info is a bit lacking though.
Such as do their single units come with a power pack and a USB cable.
Still looks like a good effort going on there.
