121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The rise of Axie Infinity on: November 01, 2021, 01:47:48 PM
Hype. This is one of the main factor why P2E games are flying like craze specially that pandemic causes a major loss in jobs and P2E fill that space. Nonetheless, Axie helps a lot of people who lost their job this pandemic. So I think its just appropriate to say that this P2E games could eventually be the next thing in crypto space added by NFT's characters and stuffs like that.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Community means everything on: October 28, 2021, 03:58:25 PM
Community means everything in crypto space, there are many people who think that shiba coin won't enter top 10 on coinmarketcap well today we did it, now that we are in bull season I'm sure more surprises is coming, shiba is more than a meme coin do your own research before judging the project, Dogecoin that was loved by the community for few years now got flipped
Agreed. Fundamentally speaking, your Shiba is nothing compare to Polkadot yet it it surpasses Dots MC yesterday. Now shiba inu tweets that its now a DeFi token not a meme anymore. I dont know how Roshi did that but now I think Shiba is now better than Doge. Shib Army is doing it.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for ICO 2021 on: October 28, 2021, 03:32:49 PM
Lots of projects for NFTs are now in the market. Lots of marketplaces and platforms that offers specific advantage over others but with itsmyne they are focusing on licensed sports organisation and personalities. They offer NFT marketplace specifically for sports personalities and enthusiast. They are already in CMC and they have their IDO in Nov. 1 hosted in Cardstarted that is a platform that uses Ada blockchain.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin - a joke or a way to make money? on: October 28, 2021, 03:26:41 PM
Everybody knows that Dogecoin was created as a joke, but now it is worth real money. Do you think it is real to earn on it or it's all a big bubble?

Lots of people have benefit from that coin and now many joined the party with shiba inu. Fundamentally speaking, Doge is nothing but supported by various personalities that makes it a billion dollar worth marketcap coin. Without those names, that coin is nothing but a currency to tip someone which is over years ago. Everyone is at risk in the long run I believe.
125  Economy / Economics / Re: Simple reason why crypto is preferred over fiats on: October 28, 2021, 03:14:14 PM
Cryptocurrency is far more supreme than old monetary method which runs by fiats. I think the most important one is security. In the sense that each block in a chain is unique. Aside from that, you dont need to store it in a bank nor in your closet. All you need is a good hard ware wallet and thats it. Super secured. Another thing is its ability to trade easily. You can pay without bringing your thick wallets with you. Having a phone and data is enough.
126  Economy / Economics / Re: Elon musk now the richest man in earth on: October 27, 2021, 12:53:06 PM
Quote
Elon Musk has entered rarified air in the world billionaire rankings. The Tesla and SpaceX CEO is not only currently the richest person in the world, but is now worth as much as fellow billionaires Bill Gates and Warren Buffett combined.

Can he sustain it for how long?

My question is can Elon musk sustain this new found financial spot for how long? We have seen bill gate coming back to this spot from time to time and occupying it for a longer time. Now that Elon musk is said being the richest in the world , is he going to keep to this status longer or we are yet going to hear another story of selling off assets because Elon musk is now known as a public stage man Grin Roll Eyes So what do you think?
Yeah he can. Its because he expands his wealth by having multiple business and investments. Aside from selling cars or his tesla company, he still has SpaceX and boring company that is eagerly solving the gap between humanity and space travel that could lead to space tourism. He is a genius in his approach towards cryptocurrency somehow. His tweets is making him more rich than any of us.
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A curious case of mine on: October 27, 2021, 12:31:33 PM
These sites are safe as long as you used the correct website address. They are top in trade volume in dex so probably their security is par with each other. No hacks are also established to them so smart contracts are secured most probably. Just beware of those malicious fake uniswap websites you would be meet in web. There are lots though that could lead to total loss of funds.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My meme and NFT gaming portfolio on: October 27, 2021, 12:27:53 PM
I've decided to create a portfolio with few meme coins and gaming NFT projects that are very new and has good potential for med to long term returns probably even better if alt season starts this year and here are my picks

1. Doge dash- it's more like a mario game and the graphic is superb, the team behind this project are determined
2. Hero Arena
3. Wonder hero
4. Inuyasha inu
5. Mononoke inu
6. Axienomics
7. Shiba inu

Yea shiba have bring tons of good returns already but what's coming in near future is just much more than what we've seen in the past, I throw 100$ investment in each projects though, that's how much I can afford to lose, DYOR
You probably got lots of profit with that last coin you have which is Shiba Inu. That memecoin is still rising and nothing stops it right now. Probably could overcome the great Dogecoin in Mc. What's surprising is that even though Elon Musk said he holds 0 Shib, the price still goes parabolic. I heard Doge Dash and Hero arena before but other than that those 4 are new to me. Goodluck with that. I commend your risk tolerance though.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange, is it safe and good to trade here? on: October 27, 2021, 12:19:19 PM
I have been using it since 2020 and I've never encountered any red flags so far. As far as I know this exchange is quite good and has lots of volume too. Good exchange for new coins emerging the market. The one thing I observe but not in connection with scam flags is their listings of shitcoins. Most of them are useless that rallies hotbit this year. Nonetheless, 4star exchange for me.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance owns 82.69% of BNB on: October 26, 2021, 05:10:14 PM
That's alarming. With that kind of amount hold, it is easy to manipulate the price. The centralisation of it quite immerse than other cryptocurrency leader like ETH. Nonetheless, probably these account are for all binance users who holds BNB. These are probably combined one and that makes it look bigger. Correct me if im wrong please.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT a trustable? on: October 26, 2021, 05:05:41 PM
One of the biggest stablecoin today is USDT who ranks number 5 in coinmarketcap. I don't think they scam anyone and nor they will do one. They are a regulated body and their legitimacy is in par with other industry leaders. The USDT cryptocurrency is backed by USD locked and minted by real fiat stored in a bank. Theres nothing to worry about mate but inflation.
132  Economy / Economics / Re: Ways to avoid being scammed!!! on: October 26, 2021, 05:00:33 PM
Illiteracy is what makes people scammed. Why would you connect your wallet to untrusted websites? Only those who dont know anything about scammers do that. Another thing is that never give your phrase to anyone. No one in any legitimate project would ever ask for your keys. Those who give are just illiterate people who doesn't read, wreck less beings in other terms.
133  Economy / Economics / Re: Former President Introduces Reason Behind Crypto Crackdown on: October 26, 2021, 04:56:58 PM
I've heard that they are planning to unban the mining due to price surge. They also talked about the researching about unbanning crypto too but nonetheless,it doesn't matter anymore due to the fact that large investors doesn't want to play with china anymore. Migration of large mining industry players has already been done and theres no coming back to it. https://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/gadgets-and-tech/bitcoin-china-ban-mining-crypto-b1944928.html
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hype is more important than Utility on: October 25, 2021, 03:25:18 PM
Agreed. Most pump and dump coins doesn't last for a year or so. It only happens within months and suddenly drop within a night or so. Its still better to invest into coins who has fundamentals that determines its price. These pump and dumps are probably hot in newbies eyes but for real OG, it will never be. Too much risk you are given to that investment and could potentially lose all of it in just a blink of an eye.
135  Economy / Economics / Re: Will we see new ATH this year? on: October 25, 2021, 03:19:30 PM
Rumors about hyperinflation that's gonna hit US due to their unstoppable printing spree of money is helping the price of markets like cryptocurrency. Lots of investment sectors are booming even stocks, real properties and etc. It is expected that inflation might hit US economy so its wise to have something different that fiat. So for me yeah, another ATH is likely to happpen and most probably we are going beyond a 100K mark.
136  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is Happier: Stock investors or Bitcoin investors on: October 25, 2021, 12:38:08 PM
When the pandemic period that has happened for almost 2 years has made many types of investments including stocks drop, even in my country many stocks were stopped because they reached their lowest levels, different things happened with cryptocurrencies which continued to skyrocket up to hundreds of percent per year, and this is proof that cryptocurrencies are a trend now that we deserve to follow.
Also same here in my country. Getting into stocks is much harder than investing into crypto. Lots of stuffs are needed and contract signings unlike crypto where its easier to deposit and buy coins. Another thing is that cryptocurrency return this days is faster than stocks. So for me, without a bias sentiment I think cryptocurrency investor are much happier than stocks investors do.
137  Other / Archival / Re: Chainalysis Releases New Global Crypto Adoption Report on: October 25, 2021, 12:34:01 PM
Its nice seeing my country Philippines in this list. Axie Infinity is very popular here and almost every teen has its axie's already. A lot of stores are accepting SLP rather than BTC too. Aside from that, this pandemic also helps spread the words about Cryptocurrency. New players were tapped and now trading much more than before. Another thing is the deposit method to crypto that made easy by binance app.
