961  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: January 23, 2016, 07:57:34 PM
The plan is to be involved and buy and hold and look how the coin evolves. Being active in the community also helps quite a lot. And patience helps of course.
962  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: January 23, 2016, 04:39:03 PM
BTC behind gold still being small it's one of the main reasons to take your chance and invest on it. I doubt gold will grow 20x times soon but BTC can do it.
963  Economy / Economics / Re: Let's Be Honest. We Are Waiting for $100/BTC to buy on: January 23, 2016, 04:24:26 PM
We will never see $100 per bitcoin. Those days are long over. In the best case scenario we will hit $250 or $300 so get it while you still can.
964  Economy / Speculation / Re: How many bitcoins do I need to retire in 20 years? on: January 23, 2016, 04:22:55 PM
If you want to make sure I would say get about 10 Bitcoins. This way even if it will only reach $10k I think you will have a nice retirement with those Cheesy

10 BTC is good amount to hold if the value reaches to $10k but we are not sure what would be price of bitcoin in future so playing safe I believe 30 BTC can be a good amount to hold even if the value doesn't reaches to $10k mark, so if the value is around $5k then 30 BTC can take care of us during retirement.

I agree with you the only problem is how easily can you get 30 coins. 10 is still hard to get but more achievable.. for now because it won't last long and I'm sure cheap coins will be over.
965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: NEW Free Dogecoin Scratch Game on: January 23, 2016, 12:11:32 PM
You still have around 11 hours left to enter and win one a free Steam game. Also free Dogecoins, mousepads and calendars are waiting to be won. Good luck!

967  Economy / Economics / Re: Trade house for 1 bitcoin on: January 23, 2016, 12:04:21 PM
Cannot really tell... but you will probably buy a new house with 5 or 10 BTC anytime between 5 and 10 more years. Let's be optimistic!
968  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if there is nomore coins to mine? on: January 23, 2016, 11:32:48 AM
This will only happen in 100 years. Miners will still earn from the transaction fees. But there is no use worrying about this now.
969  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: suspicious ebook about How To Hack Bitcoin Private Key Easily on: January 23, 2016, 11:30:54 AM
It's not possible to do that. You need billion years to crack the code with today's computers. So for current technology you are more than safe.
970  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with 1,5 BTC? on: January 23, 2016, 11:29:47 AM
Keep 1 BTC in a safe place and invest the other 0.5 BTC. Just make sure you don't to anything risky so you don't lose it. Good luck!
971  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Bitcoin is backed by Math and Electricity" on: January 23, 2016, 11:28:48 AM
It's nothing funny about this, it's very true. Satoshi knew exactly what to do and applied it perfectly. This is why Bitcoin is so popular.
972  Economy / Economics / Re: When do you buy Bitcoin ? on: January 22, 2016, 09:17:29 PM
The best thing is to buy it when prices are lower; do not buy too much at once, buy in smaller quantities and do it especially when it's more affordable. You will save in the long run.
973  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: January 22, 2016, 09:16:26 PM
The risk is not very high so go ahead and buy it. Time will tell if you've made a good decision but if you ask me I say it worths trying because you never know Wink
974  Economy / Economics / Re: If bitcoin price is $10.000, will fiat be worthless? on: January 22, 2016, 09:15:25 PM
I don't think fiat will ever be worthless but bitcoin can reach $10,000 it's not science fiction... it just needs more time to grow.
975  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: New Bitcoin News Site - The Bitcoin Cube on: January 22, 2016, 08:18:06 PM
The intro page is misleading and some people may not click further because they don't know what to really expect. I think it's better to just make the front page without that intro.
976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon Hints "If Bitcoin Gets Big, Governments will Stop it!" on: January 22, 2016, 08:16:29 PM
This is a real issue because they could try to stop it by blocking access or saying it's illegal to use... the Bitcoin community should think about this thing unfortunately.
977  Other / Off-topic / Re: Worst mistake you did with Bitcoin? on: January 22, 2016, 08:10:47 PM
Worst mistake I did is that I only found out about it in 2013. Don't ask me how I haven't earlier...  I'm an average internet user - I just missed it. So it just happened and I missed the opportunity.
978  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin issue on: January 22, 2016, 08:09:22 PM

It's not a rocket science. People are not keen on spending bitcoins/altcoins, because they don't get any earnings in BTC/alts.

No income - no spending.

Buying BTC with fiat just to spend it, would require some solid incentive for the buyer.

this!  If I could get paid for my regular work in Bitcoin then I would certainly spend it.  Buying Bitcoin with fiat then spending it seems strange.  Most people are probably hodling.

Buying Bitcoin with fiat is still pretty difficult thing to do. And probably because it's not very easy people don't rush to spend it then. That could be a valid argument also.
979  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: paypal or bitcoin? on: January 22, 2016, 07:50:52 PM
I believe both options are good right now and are used by many people. I just hope Bitcoin becomes more popular and reaches the same number of users Paypal has.
980  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what happens if the bitcoin disappear ? on: January 22, 2016, 07:49:56 PM
I doubt it will disappear. Let's remember that all coins will be mined in 100 years from now so it will be here for a long time to stay. This was a very well thought thing to do by Satoshi.
