141  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin Make it back to $20k ? on: September 29, 2019, 01:29:01 AM
There is a reason why bitcoin price surge in 2017
from three thousand us dollar to five thousand then goes up to 20k
during that time bitcoin is Introduce to public  and they are slowly
getting interest to invest on crypto , suddenly it started a bull run
and the public goes crazy over it excitement and everything
they buy bitcoins to hoard, then a news breakout china is banning bitcoin and exchanges, also closing mining firms, all kinds of fud
release over the internet, and the price declines
Now bitcoin is under fire again with Bakkt first day of trade price crumble again but slowly regain, they say october is the time that it will reach 16k are we gonna see 20k+ by november ?
feel free to share your thoughts dont be rude to everyone smile

Bitcoin reached the price of $ 20k in November in my opinion is difficult because we have at the end of September and currently the price of bitcoin is in the range of $ 8100. I think we should be realistic that this year is already good enough for bitcoin because the price of bitcoin has increased after falling below $ 3,500
142  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is this still possible today? on: September 29, 2019, 01:25:48 AM
I just find out that some coins might start with very low volume and marketcap and end up growing big? true or false? i tracked back some old coins that start with trading volume around 6k and end up in millions, is this still possible today?

It is difficult for a project with a small transaction volume to be large unless there is big news that can affect the future of the project, for example having a partnership with a well-known company. There are more than 2000 altcoins on the market and most of them are projects whose transactions are under $ 10,000 per day so in my opinion most altcoins are very risky
143  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs vs IEOs? on: September 29, 2019, 01:20:17 AM
there are so many ico i have been part of but nowadays there are a trend is coming in the way of IEO. But i can not figure out why? because IEO is already have tokens on exchange that is why or is there any other reason?

What thoughts you have about it ?
IEO attracts more users because it is done through exchanges, so it is safer than regular ICO projects. Passing through the exchanges before the IEO implementation, the exchanges will moderate the project, and after the IEO finished, it will be listed directly on that exchange.
That's great when you don't need to wait for the development team to search and list on you didn't know before.

And also don't wait too long for negotiations between the developer team and the exchanger regarding the listing. The long negotiations made investors uneasy and could lose investor confidence so that if market conditions were not good, it could trigger large-scale sales which resulted in prices
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BiBox Token Review on: September 24, 2019, 08:56:38 AM
I like to use Bibox and Bibox tokens are token utilities that use similar to BNB Coin or KCS. Bibox often holds IEO that benefits its investors and to participate, investors must use Bibox tokens, this will make the demand for Bibox tokens will continue to increase and have great liquidity
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins That Has Went to $0 Price? on: September 24, 2019, 08:53:19 AM
I heard that over 85% of crypto from over a few years ago has went to 0.  Is that true or false?

Can someone give me a list of the popular coins that were pretty well known that has went to 0?  The only one i know of is bitconnect.  All the other coins, they might have dropped to pennies but what coins has went straight to 0.

I don't think it's true that 85% of altcoins are worthless but I agree that 85% of altcoins can become shitcoin. With more than 2000 altcoins, I think there will be intense competition to attract the attention of investors and I think many projects will fail
146  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your thoughts on Facebook's GlobalCoin on: September 24, 2019, 08:49:39 AM
Facebook actually created the cryptocurrency, I heard that news on tv and identified it in the newspaper. It is good news for me because it will have a good impact on cryptocurrencies in general or bitcoin in particular in my opinion. Also, I really hope Facebook does well on this campaign so that people can use cryptocurrencies extensively, have a better view of cryptocurrencies that it is legal, not a scam... Grin

Facebook coins will influence old investor confidence and attract new investors. Facebook is the biggest social media platform at the moment and I think if Facebook issued its own crypto, this would be free advertising for the cryptocurrency market
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not trust New wallets with your fund on: September 24, 2019, 08:46:37 AM
The reason why i don't like new wallets
1. They always have low users which means they have nothing new to offer, even if new users try them out, once they don't see any thing new they bounce back to their old wallet, repetitive at work

2. Many new wallets on playstore can't be trusted, they have different set of aims, some have access to your private keys but they will fool users thinking you are the only one in control of the private keys and some don't  give out private keys to users, they work as online wallet

Indeed, we should use a wallet that is already widely used by many people and has a good reputation because it is related to the security of the funds we have. In my opinion, a good mobile wallet at this time is Trust Wallet, easy to use and has a good reputation

Using a wallet that is well known to many people makes us more comfortable than we store it in the wallet exchanger. Storing coins in an exchanger wallet is quite risky even though there are a number of exchangers that guarantee our funds and I think it is better to save coins in a wallet where we control our private key
148  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many ICO / altcoin scams? on: September 23, 2019, 12:50:28 PM
We hard to find good projects to invest right now. Because most new projects are different types of scams. That's why own research is really important. The IEOs are creating a new era for the projects. But most project's prices are going down after the IEOs. This is a hard thing to decide hodl for long term.

Because there are no regulations, many people make projects, now it's too easy to make coins or tokens that make anyone dream of getting rich because of the project, unfortunately they don't have strong capital so they only expect from ICO.

Agree, there is no government regulation yet, everyone can make tokens without the knowledge of the business world and the world of cryptocurrency and tokens such as pump and dump projects. Investors must be careful in choosing new projects because they can hurt their investment
149  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin future on: September 23, 2019, 12:45:57 PM
Yeah
It will

Waiting for btc up to 1 million Wink

It's hard to imagine the price of bitcoin reaching $ 1 million because then the bitcoin market cap value will reach tens of trillions of dollars. It might sound pessimistic but I think we have to be realistic because if the market cap value of bitcoin reaches trillion dollars it can disrupt the existence of other investment markets and also the abundant supply of dollars in the world
150  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: In the end, the developer who made the token becomes junk! on: September 23, 2019, 12:42:44 PM
In fact, a lot of garbage projects have been and are now. They just collect some part of the money and disappear. Therefore, I would not invest now in any projects.
Not all project mate, if you go and do a deep research about new projects now you can see a more deserving project to invest for. If the developer doesn’t care at all then don’t invest but its hard to notice that during their ICO/IEO you must be a good detective. If in doubt, buy bitcoin that’s the best thing to do.

I agree that many new projects are worthy of investment but in the long term I think I need proof first because the product has not been produced. It takes time for new projects to produce good products and I think the developer team must actively communicate with their investors
151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Facebook Cryptocurrency on: September 23, 2019, 12:32:54 PM
There's yet no news of its launch probably due to some government interest and regulatory issues which have to be complied to before its launch. I'm expectant as well will invest all I can in the project if it launches.

Indeed there is still no news about Libra Coin due to regulatory issues and also its influence in the monetary world. I think the government will be disturbed by its authority in controlling the circulation of money because it is feared that with a large number of members spread throughout the world, it is feared that it will disrupt the dominance of the dollar.
152  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New investors are too impatience on: September 22, 2019, 01:15:02 PM
Everybody wants to get returns on investment as quickly as possible. So considering that reason, it is natural for every investor to become impatient. But in cryptocurrency, becoming impatient will only land any investor in a loss. So patience is the key to become successful.
patience must also be adequate. without a strategy, your patience is nothing. you can be patient as much as you like, but if your project dies, then it’s better to understand when it’s better to sell.

Agree with this opinion. Be patient waiting for a favorable price must also be accompanied by a good analysis in choosing coins as an investment. Without a good analysis of choosing coins, the time spent waiting will be in vain and what happens is loss on our investment
153  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is bounty campaign profitable in 2019 or no? on: September 22, 2019, 01:11:44 PM
A lot in cryptocurrency market  think bounty campaign become not profitable this year.
Do you agree with this?
Please explain your opinion, let us know what you think.

Please do not forget to vote

In my opinion the bounty in 2019 is not very profitable according to the bounty campaign that I joined this year. Not many listings on the exchanger other than that, the price does not match expectations that is below the ICO or IEO price
154  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China’s Cryptocurrency 'Protects' Legal Currency Yuan on: September 22, 2019, 01:07:41 PM
China's passive digital currency will apparently bear "similarity" with Facebook's own cryptocurrency, and aims to protect China's 'financial independence', according to a senior at China's central bank.

I think this coin will be different from those issued by Facebook because cryptocurrency issued by the Chinese government is guaranteed by the government directly and is also used domestically. Libra coins are more global in nature but are issued by private parties which can disrupt the existence of the government in the monetary sector
155  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BNB time to invest ? on: September 17, 2019, 09:36:23 AM
Binance coin is much popular day by day. It has a solid position now, the highest or best price is $39.57. Very few coins are as good as BNB coin (half price$20 at present like Bitcoin $10200- best price is $20019). Therefore, it is the perfect time to invest BNB coin.

Seeing the price of BNB Coin in the range of $ 20, I think this is indeed the right time to buy BNB Coin. With DEX already running and also BNB Coin whose market cap value is above $ 4 billion, I think BNB Coin can be a good long-term investment
156  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs vs IEOs? on: September 17, 2019, 09:32:58 AM
IEO guarantees new coins and tokens to get the exchange market immediately so that investor confidence is more convincing. But I think at this time not all IEO projects are free from fraud, but also must be careful with fraud
although IEO is quite convincing compared to ICO, we still have to do in-depth research on the project that we will advertise, in terms of the team, even their white paper. to avoid fraud, try to support projects that carry out IEO in well-known markets. it may have a small risk because it can also affect related markets, so popular markets must first conduct research on projects that will do IEO on their markets.

Agree, in the end it all depends on the project and the product produced. IEO might be profitable but in my opinion it's only a short term and if without a good product and a solid developer team, eventually investors will leave the project
157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a fan of Celebrity tokens? on: September 17, 2019, 09:28:53 AM
Not a fan, but sometime i see celebrity can make the token get hype. But only that, after it there is almost same for all tokens. Price in market very low, that is why sometime i just wait until a token listed in market so can buy cheaper price. It is better to speculate in it than i speculate in ICO. Because no one actually know what will happen in market although get hyped by celebrity.

Hype that only lasts temporarily and sometimes can hurt investors. But as long as the celebrity project has long-term prospects and the product doesn't depend on popularity, I think the project can last. Ultimately, long-term investment will depend on the product, not on the celebrity's fame
158  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will crypto really go to zero? on: September 17, 2019, 09:25:44 AM
Back in the day, Vitalik once said that crypto will be going to zero. There has been many concerns about the longevity of cryptocurrency as a serious form of money, given that it's relatively unstable within the mainstream world. It's been 10 years since Bitcoin was created where crypto has had its ups and downs. However, many are afraid that crypto will be going to zero as the blockchain hype ends and governments start rolling their own digital currencies. When we take a look at most cryptocurrencies on the market, most of them aren't even useful at all. Perhaps, the only one is Bitcoin but it's terrible as a currency for daily transactions.

Which is why, I'm starting to wonder if crypto will really go to zero in the future? If this happens, then most of us will lose our hard-earned money as crypto becomes worthless. What are your thoughts? Huh

I don't believe the market value of the cryptocurrency market cap will be zero. If regulations are the problem, I think the government of any country cannot prohibit the use of Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency because it is peer to peer and this is an agreement of both parties to the transaction
159  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: September 16, 2019, 09:39:35 AM
it's no wonder because now it's very difficult to find projects that hold bounties but it is a good project that is very difficult, most projects that hold bounties now are projects that only try their luck and only consider bounties to be a cheap means of promotion and of course they don't care about what the hunter will get, but I'm sure the project that cares about the hunters is still there, but right now we can't see it.

It's hard to find a bounty that is really good at the moment because many projects are scam or don't have good performance in the market. But I think this condition will not last long, because the market will recover and the price of tokens that have good projects will increase
160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why haven't governments illegalized bitcoin transactions? on: September 16, 2019, 09:36:27 AM
I have heard some stories about making bitcoin transactions illegal. It's all been a humor and I don't think any government have officially made bitcoin transactions illegal. Why is that?
Many governments are trying to regulate bitcoin, control exchanges and force people to be authorized. But I am sure government wish bitcoin was not created and there was no trouble of regulating bitcoin. They  prefer their fiat to any other currency.
Why no government have made bitcoin transactions illegal?
I think they want to avoid creating an underground market. They don't want bitcoin to be traded like Alcohol and drugs. They have to accept bitcoin as they cannot stop a decentralized network and now they can only try to regulate it. Do you agree with me? Is there any other things have caused governments to not make bitcoin illegal?

Some countries have recognized Bitcoin and can be used as a means of payment at merchants. It is difficult for the government to ban the use of Bitcoin because Bitcoin is a tool for peer to peer transactions. The government should regulate Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency and take advantage of cryptocurrency transactions, for example by taking taxes
