261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ideas - dead cryptos on: July 20, 2019, 09:23:48 AM
What dead crypto currencies do you know?

What are the possibilities for crypto currencies that almost can't be exchanged any more?

Do you have any ideas how to make money on big amounts of abandoned cryptos?
I have few dead coins and they are totally useless.

The dev abondoned these coins thus there's nothing we can do to make them valuable again.

That's why I avoid having coin with no use, its just a display in the wallet.

I also have it and most are ERC20 from airdrop. Indeed, with the number of altcoins in the market reaching thousands, I think there are many altcoins that only pump and dump projects. When choosing altcoin as an investment, we must careful
262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance Vs KuCoin on: July 20, 2019, 09:20:09 AM
Between Binance and KuCoin, which one is better? Which one do you prefer?

Two are similar.

Both exchangers are good and have large liquidity but if I have to choose, I will choose binance. Binance has many features such as IEO, DEX and also good coins traded. The IEO held by binance always reaches the target in just a few minutes and this keeps investors waiting for the IEO from binance
263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A SHIFT FROM ICO TO IEO on: July 19, 2019, 01:06:20 AM
It is actually helping them buddy. It helps on both sides as well..(I mean on the part of investors and then the project owners). Investors get to join projects that're somewhat safer, and then liquidity is better than before. For project owners, if they're lucky and get on a good exchange, they do raise quite substantial amount to carry on their missions.

I agree, the IEO benefits investors and developer teams. With IEO, a project can immediately be listed on the market without waiting for further negotiations with exchanger and investors can immediately sell or buy on the market. For the developer team, the IEO makes it easy for them because it does not require a large marketing budget and all are managed by exchangers
264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Question on: July 19, 2019, 01:02:57 AM
Is it normal that projects will not pay bounty rewards because their sales doesnt reached the target?

Is the bounty manager will be liable to here even its not in their control that ICO failed?

I want to joined Soc Med campaign but I read somewhere that some projects really dont pay at end because of ICO failure.

It is very normal if a project does not pay for the campaign because the target is not reached. The developer team sets sales targets because they will budget sales proceeds for listing on the market and sometimes for listings on large exchangers requires large funds.
265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STO vs ICO - security on: July 18, 2019, 12:17:03 PM
STO offer security tokens which represent a share of company holdings while ICO do not offer such. STO is regulated to an extent with legal backings and this is not the case for ICO. In terms of investor security, STO is better than ICO.  Both gear towards token sale anyway.
We have seen it clearly, now a new project mostly use STO. Even for low budget project, they do STO except for scamming project with low life will still use ICO, because the goal is indeed to scam investor.
Where i can see most of the project use STo rather than IEO, are you saying bullshit about that? STO dead and you can see now some STO didn't even raise the funds. Crypto investors are still interested in IEO that listed instantly after the crowdsale rather than STO without a lot of guarantees.

I think STO is still running. There are several STOs that can reach up to millions of dollars in sales. For many investors, the IEO is profitable for the short term and some investors choose long-term investments by buying STO because of STO is like bonds or company shares
266  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Fact about Cryptos on: July 18, 2019, 12:13:56 PM
There is one big fact about crypto that's above all other facts, bitcoin and altcoins can't be banned physically Grin
Either U.S ban crypto or not it won't hurt at all

American law can reach the entire world if the company conducts business relations with companies or individuals from America. There used to be a project that was required to repurchase because it was sued by an American investor. Therefore, many projects prohibit American individuals from joining campaigns or token sales
267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trading Teaches Me New Patience And Experience! on: July 13, 2019, 06:50:42 AM
Basically, for you to be a trader, then you should learn to control your emotions, that is where patience comes in,  sometimes you could see the coin you bought dipping, you don't need to sell off in a hurry, watch the market, price might get to your entery point again, also always set stop loss, this will help curtail your losses.
Also trading required experience, as such you should read, do research and also trade along side people who are knowledgeable in the trading field.

To get profit from our trading, patience and discipline are needed in the strategies that we have planned. Prices on the market always move quickly and I think with patience, we can sell at high prices and buy at low prices so we can maximize our profits
268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ideal Time to Accumulate more Alts? on: July 13, 2019, 06:46:25 AM
I guess alt/usdt prices will rally along with bitcoin but be careful about alt / btc, I think it's more likely to fall.
altcoin is the best way to earn more bitcoin, but we have to know when is the right time to buy it and I don't think it's time yet.
when BTC grows the altcoin should respond to its growth and follow the growth that occurs. unfortunately now we don't see that. alt / btc or alt / usdt will be the same, indeed usdt will better balance the value we get from the fast-moving BTC now. we could be trapped in decline.

I think we just need to be patient. Indeed, there are many altcoins whose prices fall against bitcoin but these days have started to recover. Accumulating and buying good coins at a time like this, I think it's good as long as the coins we buy are in the top 100 coinmarketcap but we have to be careful because there are usually a number of altcoins that actually die and the project stops
269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardcap ICO is no guarantee that the project will succeed on: July 13, 2019, 06:43:14 AM
it all depends on the concept of the project itself. if it reaches hardcap, but their concept is less interesting, it can even be said that it doesn't develop in the future, it won't affect anything. but if a project is in a good hardcap concept and not of course they will succeed. I gave one example. oyster. they did not reach the selling price of tokens but the concept was good and the project was developed. and the price of their coins soared.

I agree, everything goes back to the concept of the project itself. If the project is good and the developer team uses the money to build and develop the products, I think it will affect investor confidence, but many projects that once the target is achieved, communication is no longer intensive with the community
270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Could Facebooks LIBRA coin destroy Bitcoin? on: July 12, 2019, 12:28:27 AM
there is nothing to worry about.
Bitcoin cannot be compared to other coins. instead of libra which is predicted to be present in 2020.
everyone is just speculating and guessing. Libra still has many licensing problems.

I agree, bitcoin cannot be compared to other coins including Libra Coin. I think the use of Libra coin is limited to the Facebook platform, different from Bitcoin which can be used with anyone. Libra Coin is not a competitor for bitcoin because bitcoin is a store of value
271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin trading is a big challenge. on: July 12, 2019, 12:24:53 AM
Bitcoin trading is a big challenge. Get a fast profit, but loss can be in seconds. Huh

In the last few days Bitcoin has started to increase sharply. And most of the Altcoin top goes up. CEO of Galaxy Digital, a crypto merchant bank, Michael Novogratz, said, the price of bitcoin will increase many times over the next 18 months.

But we see today's prices are falling. Is this only temporary?

Bitcoin prices rose very significantly in 2019. Any risky trading including bitcoin, shares, or forex. The important thing is that we have the skills to get profit and be disciplined with our strategy
272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin season is not here yet. on: July 12, 2019, 12:21:03 AM
You are right, bitcoin is now and has been the reigning king of crypto but i believe the time for altcoin bullrun will definite  come and we all are earnestly waiting for this expected season.

Being patient is key in a moment like this. The moment when bitcoin dominates the market cap value and also the moment of strengthening bitcoin prices. If we hold a good altcoin, I think now is a good time to accumulate and buy more
273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardcap ICO is no guarantee that the project will succeed on: July 12, 2019, 12:17:43 AM
Cryptocurrency projects, most especially ICOs now hardly reach hardcap, but when it comes to IEO, everything can be sold off within seconds, depending on the exchange on which it is held.
Reaching hardcap is actually a good thing, because genuine projects will be able to utilize the fund to meet up with the project development.

Now almost all new projects choose the IEO as a way to sell tokens and get funds. It's easier and more practical for the developer team because everything is handled by the exchanger. Many ICOs have achieved hardcap targets in 2017 and 2018 but now, it is very difficult to reach ICO targets because the trend has changed to the IEO
274  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Changing the rules in the End of the Bounty Campaign is a form of Abuse on: July 11, 2019, 05:26:48 AM

i fully agree the rules must be clear from the beginning and respected to the end, but many bounty campaigns change the rules, eventually ask for kyc, or decrease the percentage of tokens allocated to bounty or block them for a year, the bounty manager should be guarantor of the rules presented at the beginning of the campaign...

When a bounty requires KYC, the bounty manager should include it at the beginning of the campaign. By listing at the beginning, no member feels cheated but sometimes bounty hunters don't read the term completely and just filling out forms
275  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 6 Reasons why IEO is better than ICO on: July 11, 2019, 05:20:33 AM
The IEO offers greater, safer returns but also means that it will be more difficult to join the IEO than the ICO.
In the recent market-wide uptrend, the IEO has contributed greatly to bringing big profits to investors.  That brought cash flow back to the market.  That great merit must include Binance and Houbi.  In the near future, it is certain that IEO is the main trend in capital mobilization of projects.

Not all IEOs provide big profits but I agree that IEO is safer than ICO and sooner get listing on market. I think, the difficulty when joining the IEO is only in the KYC process but the rest is very easy and safe.
276  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Choose wisely on: July 11, 2019, 05:16:29 AM
Altcoins with real use case will never disappoint you on the long run ,altcoins like clear foundation ,Hot (hologen) and skycoin will never disappoint because they have a real use case ,if you choose wisely you Wont have anything to worry about.

There are some altcoins that are BIG if you know how to pick them out ,some are backed by popular bigger companies like Microsoft among others.

Do not choose  coins because they are mineable or they have implemented POS ,without real use case they will die overtime and lose value.

Holo (HOT) is one of the best coins to hold on long term. Have large transactions and traded at binance. Its true that we have to choose wisely if we are going to invest in altcoin because the risk of investing in altcoin is very high and sometimes there are many altcoins that only pump and dump projects
277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will IEO be good in the future? on: July 06, 2019, 12:59:39 AM
I have now some money but still earning to invest more in an IEO. I have heard celer IEO and investor get x6 of its investment. I was move away by this profit in an instant, i want also so i keep money, my question is after all good feedback of IEO, will IEO be like Ico which failed in the market or will IEO be last longer?

For now, IEO has become an investor choice after many ICO scams in 2018. Especially with the profits generated by binance investors, investors are eyeing the IEO as a short-term alternative. To be safer, participate in IEO which was held by a large exchanger because the number of large transactions and projects was filtered very tightly
278  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Would Really Buy Facebook Coin? on: July 06, 2019, 12:50:51 AM
Honestly, who would buy this? Serious question! I've been reading about it and I don't see how Facebook can create a coin that upholds the values crypto portrays (censorship free currency).

https://tipestry.com/topics/5ce41169570b6c1f0750a040/facebook-to-release-its-own-cryptocurrency-on-whatsapp-%E2%80%93-libracoin-%E2%80%93-with-its-base-in-switzerland-and-first-launch-in-india

With Facebook members reaching billions, there is potential for us to make transactions between Facebook members. This can be a business opportunity because with Libra coin, transactions will be easier and faster.
279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you trust FB with your KYC details? on: July 06, 2019, 12:46:28 AM
Nowadays, I don’t see any danger from KOC, all this data, if necessary, can be received by the one who really needs it, but in themselves they present a minimum of danger, the worst thing that can be is that someone will come to your home with weapon.
P.S
My own opinion.

KYC shouldn't be a problem. Large companies like Facebook certainly won't damage their reputation by selling our data and documents. KYC is a process part of following the government regulatory process to avoid money laundering or other criminal activities, so we don't need to worry
280  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who Says Bear Market is BAD? on: July 06, 2019, 12:42:29 AM
For me, the bear market is bad , as the volatility on it falls very much , for me the bullish trend in the market is to big money , Toda I try to buy a coin and wait for a while
I support you, I also think that the bear market is very bad for earning, it is better to have a bull market
Yeah bear market is not good for earning but it is much better for those who want to invest as early it will be low price so people will not have to invest huge amount of money, bull and bear both are good for crypto currency as when price is down we can invest and when it will be higher we can sell so same as bull we need bear market as well.

Bear market is definitely not good for selling or withdrawing our investment, but the opportunity for us to buy good coins at low prices. In the past bear market, many altcoin prices fell more than 90% and this is a buying opportunity because when market starts to recover and touches the highest market cap, we get big profits
