242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Krypton KR - Smart Contracts, DAPPs Development for Business Systems & IoT on: June 15, 2016, 01:23:49 AM
I might pick up some Krypton to hold. Looks promising with a low price and low supply.

I would while it's at this price.

Just look at ETH right now lol I guess some people are starting to take Bitcoin profits and put it into ETH and it's only a matter of time before they see KR's potential.

Trust me, he and I and all of us know that picking up some KR now is like a ice cold beer on a blistering hot day.
Highly recommended!  Smiley

Exactly. Krypton is totally the way to go right now whole people are focused o  other projects like Lisk, Waves and Rise. Once the hype is over, their attention would move towards KR in order to pump it all the way to the moon. Being so cheap right now will enable a massive opportunity to profit in the long term once the price starts to increase. Remember that the early bird catches the worm. Just my opinion  Smiley

Not only your opinion, many others too. And yes. You are right. People are going to start realizing that the truth is in the pudding and all the coins you mentioned for the most part are just pumps and dumps. KR is a good long term investment and right now its in the accumulation stage.

Tell'em like this. Bitcoin is taking over the world and you can either get with it or get out of the way but either way bitcoin is here to stay.
Hehe, they would realize it when it is became already popular in the world .i know some case they are investigating or watching how is bitcoin before they will ask how to do or to eacrn with bitcoins.

yes yes. because they are ashamed from not listening to you in the first place and buying when it was cheap for 2 years while you tell them all about it.

Good luck buddy, but as you know you have a huge uphill battle ahead of you.
If you need any support send me a pm and I'll be your friend to cry to.
246  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would be the number of BTC you would be happy in 2 years time? on: June 14, 2016, 06:03:43 AM
Realistically, 200-400 btc. I'll be selling a lot fo them so if I can still own 200-400 in 2 years I should be doing very well.
What about you?

Thanks for answering all my posts. I've been watching this since you put up the other thread and I think it has a real future. I already see so many familiar faces that I know its going to be a good one.
About the exchanges though. I don't think you should put too much effort trying to get on bittrex or poloniex at first. You need to get us listed on exchanges that will take us right away like ccex or yolobit.
My preference would be yolobit but its really up to the community. Both exchanges offer ways of paying for a listing directly or through buying votes.

Will you be setting up a chatroom or private forum for LetItRide? Slack is a good choice if you're looking at different options.

252  Economy / Speculation / Re: $32,300 --- How much $$ I sunk into bitcoin since Oct 2013 on: June 14, 2016, 05:18:48 AM
Now it's worth $36,170 $38,248 ...... what should I do now?

Take my profit and run before I fall back in red? Or would it be foolish to leave after all these years

Don't sell now after all this time, selling now will leave you crying in a few months/years. You obviously are not dying to get the money so just let is sit and do its thing while the value goes up and so does your net worth
253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a long-term strategy to deal with "lost" bitcoins? on: June 14, 2016, 05:17:32 AM
I was just trying to say that new bitcoins wont be available but breakdowns of btc will be. Still not new coins.

you do realise that the mechanics of the system are actually from satoshi's UP.. not bitcoin DOWN

though you may see on the front end a bitcoin as being 1btc
underneath, a bitcoin in the code is actually, technically and realistically.. displayed, calculated, validated and treated as 100,000,000
the 1btc is just a "userfriendly" visual aid that people have got used to seeing

so if you wanted to increase the "decimals of a bitcoin" you are just creating more bitcoin by having more satoshi's

but you're having no more actually full btc's, just more sats. So all I'm trying to explain is that even though you have more sats available you wont have more full bitcoins available. And I do know it works up.

254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ▒▒New Project▒▒ExitCoin▒▒EXIT▒▒New Digital Currency▒▒ on: June 14, 2016, 05:11:36 AM
This coin will help to EXIT BTC from your btc wallet lol.

Not if we are smart, but most people on the forums are not.
So for sure btc will be exiting someone's btc wallet and right into the devs.

I think the bon died a long time ago, does it really need to come back as a crypto now?

everyone is entitled to their own opinion

I just might, but I don't think its a needed coin. But I like to diversify so I may get a few BON for the collection.

that would be a very sound choice   Smiley

Amore Jaz

Can you tell me what you plan on doing to have this coin get some attention?

The development team is actively preparing new structures for the coin
needed services are a well known part of any successful Digital Currency
priority being all the requirements for acceptance into only the prestigious exchange facilities.
creating the self propelled community with all the amenities of a modern and up to date portal
within the portal there is a eCommerce section that will be one of the foundations ; with exclusive products
we have seen several coins put on the market and fail simply because they did not have the infrastructure
so we are emphasizing on the infrastructure as formost
we are a self contained community and portal where while still in the construction phase ;
all needed and required services will be offered in the same place and not redirect you to different website that offer only one service... instead we will offer all of them in the same place.
including games and a trading platform.
once these items are present , we will start venturing into the marketing of the coin its self!
we have our priorities ad developers and each item gets prioritized as it is presented

Amore Jaz

Sounds like you know whats needed. I hope you guys don't underestimate the difficulty in doing this but I wish you guys the best and will keep watching. Thanks for taking the time to answer all my questions. I was not trolling, just trying to learn more.
257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there a long-term strategy to deal with "lost" bitcoins? on: June 14, 2016, 05:06:07 AM
Remember though, if your worried about a diminishing money supply, you can always go out to more than 8 decimal places with bitcoin, which in theory, could create unlimited amounts of coins.

Not unlimited amounts of coins, unlimited amounts of satoshis.

going from
2,100,000,000,000,000 satoshi cap to just a single extra decimal is
21,000,000,000,000,000 satoshi cap

going from 2.1Trill to 21trill sats, is technically the same as going from 21m(coins) to 210m(coins). which is even more ridiculous idea then just going to 22m coins or even 42mill coins.

seriously people. why are you people thinking that destroying fungibility or increasing the cap are things we should even consider!

your missing the point of bitcoin and you should go back to FIAT if you are even thinking changing fungibility or scarcity is a good thing

I think what he was aiming for was sort of like aiming for unlimited decimal places, rather than actually increasing the amount of satoshis available. It could be wrong terminology that is causing an issue here.

If a Satoshi was to be lock in at the smallest unit of Bitcoin, and you increased the number of decimal places, it technically only changes the fungibility, which I can see you having an issue with and I also have an issue with.

I was just trying to say that new bitcoins wont be available but breakdowns of btc will be. Still not new coins.

260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Before and After the Halving. on: June 14, 2016, 04:18:50 AM
The halving will be not that bad and that is because you already can see now that the value of Bitcoin started to rise so that is really nice for people with Bitcoin.
But it will be really hard to know what is going to happen in the halving because the value is always changing.

yes, its going to continue its rise over the next month then shoot up like a star when the halving kicks in.
