Ich handle auch lieber selber "richtig" und es ist mir nicht mal klar, ob das für Österreicher überhaupt möglich ist, da mitzumachen. Wenn ich wirklich gute Trades machen würde, würde ich mich ärgern, dass ich die nicht "in echt" durchgeführt habe, und wenn ich schlecht trade macht so ein Spiel nicht lange Spaß, oder? 153 Seiten(!) AGB sind mir dann übrigens auch etwas zu viel für ein reines "Spiel". Im Übrigen bietet so eine Plattform auch EINIGES an Wert für den Betreiber ( http://blog.fefe.de/?ts=adc29e72) der dann anhand der Gratisanalysen selber im Hintergrund profitabel traden könnte... Dafür ist mir mein Geld und meine Zeit dann zu schade. Das ist doch schon einmal ein ganz gutes Feedback, das könnte Fidor vielleicht auch interessieren. Danke! |

Hallo allerseits, Unabhängig von den vielen offenen Fragen zum Order Book und zu möglichen Bugs ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=551744.0) wollte ich die deutschsprachigen User (und Fidor-Kunden) noch einmal auf das Angebot https://brokertain.fidor.de/devon Fidor aufmerksam machen. Die Brokerbattle kann ein ganz nettes Instrument sein, auch gerade für Einsteiger, die sich beim Handel mit bitcoin selbst noch nicht so sicher sind. Ich habe allerdings den Eindruck, dass die Brokerbattle nicht so richtig von der Community angenommen wird, meistens ist da nicht viel los und die 'battles' werden mangels Gegnern abgeblasen... ich hab Yunus mal kontaktiert, vllt kann er helfen, zumindest was die 444€ und die history angeht, warum da nicht alle einzelnen Trades angezeigt werden.
Hallo zusammen, gut zu sehen das auch hier ueber den "444'er" diskutiert wird. ( http://imgur.com/a/yMy3E ) Ich werde Dargo informieren, er moege sich mit Yunus austauschen was diesen Fall betrifft. Ich bin gespannt, ob wir diesmal eine Erklaerung erhalten die logisch schluessig ist. In der Vergangenheit gab es aehnlich Faelle, die laut Kraken angeblich behoben worden sein sollen, die aber nie wirklich schluessig erklaert wurden. (jedenfalls fuer mich nicht) Hey, Ja, ich wurde informiert. Danke für diesen thread, das ist sehr hilfreich. Ich habe die Nuss noch nicht geknackt. ich hab aufgrund sehr vieler einzelner Überweisungen auf Kraken grad einen Ryhtmus entdeckt, wie Kraken die eingezahlten Gelder via Fidorkonto bucht  Etwas irritierend ist dabei, dass die Zeiten wandern. Hier mal Screenshots von den letzten Tagen: http://www7.pic-upload.de/02.04.14/6ccc7xocxum.jpgoffensichtlich geschieht es also fast stündlich, aber jede Stunde wandert die Uhrzeit um ca. 10-15 Sekunden weiter, wodurch sich über die tage immer wieder andere Stichzeiten ergeben Jetzt im Moment ist also ca. zur vollen Stunde. Das ist ja ein cooler Pattern! Wenn du jetzt noch den genauen Algorithmus entdeckst, um den sich die Zeiten verschieben, dann alle Achtung! |

Hey Dargo,
I started using "1password 4" password vault which is a password management program and I wanted to save my Kraken credentials there. On the login screen Kraken asks for username, password and 2fa token all on the same screen, but because the 2fa token changes quickly the password vault doesn't work because it only stores one value for the 2fa field. Other sites prompt for username and password on the login screen and then load a second screen asking for 2fa token if the user has 2fa enabled. Is there any chance you could chance the login process do like that? One screen to prompt for username and password and a separete screen after for 2fa token?
Anyone else like this idea or is it only me?
Is there a reason the 2fa token field is included on the login screen? Was that just for convenience?

Hi Medicine, I am sure Dargo is going to respond to this soon, so here is just a quick suggestion: I haven't personally worked with 1password4, but I know that username, passwords, 2fa on one screen are completely fine if you use an app like Google Authenticator to generate the 2fa token. So in 1password4, do you have two separate vaults for the password and the 2fa token and does that create the problem? Maybe I don't fully understand the problem... |

Nur eine Mutmaßung: Hast du vielleicht das ausgefüllte PDF nicht richtig abgespeichert, und statdessen das leere hingeschickt?
Hast du es denn auch unterschrieben? Ich habe meines ausgefüllt, ausgedruckt, eigenhändig unterschrieben, und wieder eingescannt.
Zusätzlich mit zig nachweisen über die Herkunft des "Vermögens" und dann war es eigentlich kein Problem mehr.
Ich würde alles nochmal double-checken. Hast du das Corporate Formular gehabt?
ich habs als privat beantragt, falls es da unterschiedliche Dokumente gibt. wörtlich sagte man mir "it looks like you did not fill out the application" . Ich denke mal damit ist doch das Dokument mit dem namen "Kraken Individual Application for High Value Account" gemeint, oder? (was andres gabs ja auch nicht zum ausfüllen) Ich habs aufjedenfall ausgefüllt abgespeichert und wenn ichs öffne, sehe ich auch alle Daten die ich eingetragen habe und dieses hatte ich abgeschickt. Oder wird das nur auf meinem PC gespeichert und wenn ichs versende ist das eingetragene weg? sowas solls ja auch geben (z.b oft bei powerpoint mit Bildern ^^) Die Unterschrift hab ich auch so wie du gemacht, aber halt nur für die Seite wo die unterschrift draufkommt, den Rest hab ich nicht eingescannt. Die Unterlagen die ich dazu geschickt habe, sind wohl okay "your supplementary documents are in order". Hallo ihr beiden, @Serpens: Ja, ich habe die Nachricht (bzw. dein Ticket 20907) gesehen. Das ist seltsam, wenn du die PDF ausgefüllt und richtig abgespeichert hast. Ich habe mal (schriftlich) bei dem zuständigen Agent nachgefragt, was es damit auf sich hat. @Evil-Knievel: Gut, dass es wenigstens bei dir geklappt hat! |

Why does every support ticket i make immediately get the status "solved"? As an example, see #22576. The issue in that request isn't urgent , but i'd like to know why the "solved" issue happens. The only other ticket i made was months ago and it happened then too.
I just looked at your ticket and reset it to 'open'. You are saying the same thing happened when you created your other ticket on Dec.8? I am not sure what the reason is (but thanks for reporting this issue with creating withdrawal bitcoin addresses!). I'll get back to you about this! Update: The reason you couldn't create a Bitcoin withdrawal address is that you had already created a Litecoin address that has the same name. |

Da muss ich meine Karten offen auf den Tisch legen und sagen: Das weiß ich leider gar nicht. Gut möglich, dass Dargo da Bescheid weiß, Dargo arbeitet ja schließlich schon länger für Kraken.com (ich erst seit drei Monaten) und auch Vollzeit. Warten wir mal ab, ob Dargo im englischen Thread noch darauf antwortet, wenn nicht, spreche ich ihn gerne darauf an (es interessiert mich nämlich auch selber).

Just to clarify, if two or more deposits in the same amount arrive to a user's account within 3 days of each other, all but one of them will be put on hold until we can confirm that they are distinct deposits. So, for example, if 3 deposits of exactly 500 euros arrive to your account within 3 days of each other, two of them will be put on hold. This isn't a bug, but a precaution we've implemented to guard against the possibility of duplicate deposits (where a single deposit is credited to an account more than once). We did have some cases of duplicate deposits a while back. It was an issue with Fidor that has been corrected, but for the time being we have an additional safety protocol on our side as a precaution. The safety protocol will be relaxed later, but for now we're being very careful.
To avoid triggering this safety mechanism, we advise that any deposits sent within 5 business days of each other (or perhaps even more to be extra safe) should be in differnt amounts. As I've said before, it's wise with all bank transfers to send different amounts, even for deposits sent within weeks of each other, so that's it's easier to distinguish the transfers (say if a trace has to be run on one of them).
@Dargo or colleague: I have the same issue apparently: twice a deposit of the same amount within days. 22436I just send email with attachments & screen-shot of payment details. Because of "double credit protection" my deposit has been on hold for 10 days (8 working days)...
What's your experiences ?
Hi Joecker, Yes, sorry, some of these support tickets concerning deposits on hold still don't get assigned to agents right away. Unfortunately, Serpens66 had to deal with this 2 out of 3 times. Hallo eckmar, Du müsstest eigentlich, als du dich bei Kraken.com angemeldet hast, eine entsprechende Email, in der dir mitgeteilt wurde, dass Kraken in Thailand noch nicht zugelassen ist, bekommen haben. Bist du sicher, dass du keine Email bekommen hast? Gruß Yunus ... pre verified heißt, dass du nicht verifiziert werden kannst, sondern erst wenn dein Land freigeschaltet wird. Manche Länder können bei Kraken nicht traden. Bei manchen Ländern muss man aber auch zwingend tier 3 machen, schau mal ob das dann funktioniert oder frag mal im englischen Thread nach. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=290799.1620Es wäre ja kein schlechter Zug, wenn Kraken das den Betreffenden selber mitteilen würde... ich habe keine Email/Aufforderung oder Erklärung von denen bekommen... Ok, I'll make sure that these get assigned to agents ASAP @kendo451: I agree, wires to Non-SEPA countries have taken way too long and there is currently a backlog. I am really sorry for the long delay. It is of course a top priority to solve this issue but right now we can't say by when it will be tackled. @Bonio: I think I am not lying if I say that many users are very satisfied, other are (understandably) concerned or upset. Maybe you should give it a try?  |

How can you convert USD into EUR directly? What are the steps to do so?
BTW that site is nice, functionnal, and transfers are quite fast.

Does this mean you are europe based(germany?) and can respond to our questions GMT +1? Yes, I am based in Europe (GMT+1). I have only worked for Kraken.com for a few months and there are still questions that are rather hard for me to answer, so for some questions, esp. questions concerning trading issues, you will still have to wait for Dargo.
