21  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I bet it all in bitcoin? on: April 30, 2019, 02:58:41 PM
If you invested on bitcoin and want to make profits you have to wait for years,it may happens earlier if you are lucky but you are not going to lose any money by investing on bitcoins when you hold it for too long period.
Investing in the Bitcoin for long term, like 10 years+, is kinda no-brainer thing for me. I believe that crypto will thrive in the future so buy now and keep it safe and just forget about it is sounds a good plan

Holding the coins in the long term is always good but don't put all your money in Bitcoin because we have diversified all our money into different other investments because after bull run 2017, suddenly the price of Bitcoin crashed to 5000$ which makes to lose more value. We should always be active in the market in order to sell them when the price of any coin reaches its ATH in the market.
only stupid people do all in, they believe too much that everything will go according to what they want? whereas in the market prices can go up and down, and that is a sure risk of a crypto market. if the price falls, of course it is an opportunity for investors who still keep money (backup funds), you dont should use all your money at once dude!
22  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin price will reach $100 000 on: April 30, 2019, 10:30:21 AM
It will get there eventually. None give us the precise date, however. Bitcoin is sleeping giant, it can always shoot up randomly. I have a feeling it’ll reach there, which for the most part already confirmed the up trend. The market is indeed cheap, hoping to accumulate over the summer.
It can hit that high if more adoptions coming from big businesses that will allow people to use this system for their daily transactions, we don't have the exact date as  all of us are just hoping that it will eventually do the things that we expecting from this industry, if wide usages will take into the place for sure many things will be expected.
Nothing is impossible, prices can reach $19k in 2017, even though adoption has not reached all people in the world and many large institutions or merchants still have not adopted bitcoin yet. Imagine if all of them start adopting bitcoin along with all the people in the world who use it. of course $100k is a worthed value for bitcoin.
23  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Promoting Gambling on: April 30, 2019, 06:58:59 AM
Promoting gambling is not a bad thing to me because I myself is a gambler.  I have been playing gambling on a low key for more than 6 years now and I do win and lose but to me what really matters is having control over yourself on when you are gambling.
This is good to hear that you are having control gambling for too long, you can be a good example for how gamblers need to be.When we don't have much greed while betting and also aware of when to stop betting make us to gamble long without any issues.
From this experienced gambler everything can be smooth he can continue working and promoting without any problem, as he already have a long time playing activities so he can be a good example on how things should be done, gambling can be fun and yet addictive for people who don't know how to play properly.
Everyone have to remember that gambling is not only about fun but self control and wise strategy too. Otherwise you will lose over and over again and won't be able to just have a fun anymore.
Actually I will not limit someone why they play gambling, whatever their purpose, to have fun, entertaining, or even to get profit thouigh, it is not a problem. but use wise plans and strategies! use the amount you can afford to lose mate, and you can play with anything goals in gambling
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Don't panic sell on: April 30, 2019, 04:03:51 AM
Panicking is the most problem if every cryptocians in crypto, some of them are new in this kind of investment. That's why it's really important to be determine to what goal you want because if you are not confident to the assets you have maybe you will panicking and sold what you. Dont do what others doing when bearish come because if you choose to be panic you will get nothing.

Panic sell will make us unable to make the right decision, whatever conditions we must always be optimistic and positive thinking, rest assured that market red will soon end and we can party again.
that is true and most people who are panicking to sell the coin are sorry because the coins were not long ago many experienced a high price increase. so my advice is better be patient waiting if you want to get a big profit
Of course, you won't be able to think clearly when you panic. because all you think about is saving your assets so you don't lose too much. and you don't see the market situation first. it could be that the market will improve in the near future, but you panic and do cutlose. In any case, panic is not the right thing, you won't get the best results if you panic
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 alternative coins to invest now for 2020 on: April 29, 2019, 04:17:34 PM
I already have enough bitcoin but I want to expend my asset holdings into Altcoin. Now I'm a newbie and have no experience but that doesn't mean i will jump right into buying your suggested coins. I will do more research but I need guidance on the coins to look into that's why I started this thread. I'm interested in privacy, gambling and currency coins

I'll be spending more time on the alternative board now, hope I'm welcome.

If you want to buy coins, better try to buy Atf, Cred, Utk, Nem, Ethereum, Dgb, Trx, Neo, and Eos. These are the altcoins that are good to buy then in exchange better to buy Bnb, KCS, Houbi, and coinbene those are on top exchange most of the time in the market.
most of what you mentioned sounds foreign to my ears, actually I'm not too sure about holding an altcoin in the long run, especially with strange coins, with a small market volume, of course there will be a sense of worried. if you want to hold it up until 2020 then buy one that is trusted, already has a long track record like Ethereum, Stellar, XRP, LTC, or Binance
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The next 100x-1000x coin? on: April 29, 2019, 10:00:56 AM
I have a personal list.

I'll give you a stack of few really cheap shit coins that can easily 1000x during the next few months / year.

ShowHand
Cryptrust
QUINADS
Zenswap
Havy
EUNOMIA
FedoraCoin
Herbalist Token
Dimecoin
Neural Protocol
Experience Points
VikkyToken
MediBit
NewYorkCoin

Keep in mind these are considered shitcoins. I have them on my list because they have a significant amount of daily volume, are cheap and have some market dominance, and projects that are not entirely trashy.

Those are clearly shitcoins because I don't recognize the name of the coins.
Well, if you love to play shitcoins, that's your own choice, it's a high risk kind of investment, I'm not buying this kind of technique.

Good luck, hope you can make tons of profit on that coins listed.
It is! thats actually a coin that can rise by thousands of percent, there are no famous coins that can rise up to 1000x except shitcoin, because small altcoin or shitcoin are very vulnerable to manipulation, I've seen prices of a few shitcoin rise to thousands of percent on yobit, but of course the risk will big, are you preparing for a big loss or not?
27  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does convince people to enjoy gambling is a wrong idea? on: April 29, 2019, 06:35:18 AM
Gambling in my opinion, is really a fun gambling thing. If there are our friends who want to learn to play gambling, of course just say so. The rest, if our friends are addicted to gambling, certainly not a problem. But we must be guilty of teaching gambling. If we ignore our friends who want to know more about gambling, it is certainly wrong. So in this problem it is better to tell our friends and the rest do not think about if there is a trick in playing gambling.
There is nothing to be guilty about the gambling addiction because it is full of profit for us, it is our duty to tell people what is benefits of gambling after that everything is about luck, if people are lucky they can gamble if they are not they should use skills to overcome lack of luck in gambling, my friends are found of gambling because they have seen me gaining profit from gambling.

I also can't blame someone for being addicted to gambling. Maybe according to them playing gambling is profitable. And luck playing gambling can come to whom. One thing we must know, don't blame if someone is addicted to gambling.
First blaming someone for being an addict is not a good thing, they are only stuck in it and cannot stop it because it has become a habit for them. and if you convince them that gambling is just for fun, of course it's not a bad thing, it's actually good so that they avoid being addicted in another time
For those people who intend to make gambling just for fun I pretty sure they will end up with addicted. You can see how they got addicted, it's not about how intens they come for play gambling but it is just a habit. The people will do anything as a habit and they will find a hard way to avoid and leave a habit that is always done. And for me that thing is has included to addicted, if you are smoker then you will get what I mean. This was happened in my life, I intend to avoid an addict but I used to play gambling once a week and I bet just for fun but now it is not just for fun anymore but I got addicted form it.
I dont think so, in my opinion when someone gambling because they want to have fun, they already know the consequences and risks in gambling, and of course they have preparation for that by playing only using the amount they can afford to lose. They will not be addicted, because they know the limits, they are not angry when they lose, because what they pursue is not profit..
28  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you need cash for everyday use? on: April 29, 2019, 03:47:49 AM
As of this moment, yes if you are talking about fiat. I think if a huge trend using either digital payment or cryptocurrencies can make me not use cash anymore except small stores in our area. But I know that in the future, I won't use fiat anymore and just scanning qr codes to use crypto for paying.
I don't if that will happen, at least I can admit that I don't see the future, bitcoin could fail or succeed, but me I'm betting on the success of it.
I just hope that time will come the government can fully regulate crypto that will satisfy users as that's the only way it will gain massive adoption.
Too early now, at this early stage it's good to take advantage to invest and take a percent of the total supply, who knows it gives fortune to us.
We dont use cash in the future, that doesn't mean we will use cryptocurrency in the future right. I am also sure that cash will be obsolete because even now many people have left cash for payment. but of course the government will definitely launch digital payment, and that will close the possibility for crypto to become the mainchoice for payment in the future
29  Economy / Economics / Re: Important conditions for the progress of bitcoin on: April 28, 2019, 02:07:36 PM
We only need to attract people to buy, because as we know that the positive movement of the market is influenced by the number of requests and if the demand decreases that means the market situation will decrease so that it also affects the value of Bitcoin.
Its not enough to attract people to buy if you dont teach them about how bitcoin works because the same way that they buy they will also sell it and this will only do much worse to bitcoin market. If you attract people to buy just for the purpose of increasing the price, that will only lead to having more newbies into crypto seeking just profit and thats never good if we need bitcoin to progress more.
That's right, but if you tell it clearly and if they are interested, of course they will find out for themselves about bitcoin. I think mass adoption is very important for the progress of Bitcoin in the future. without adoption, there will be no progress, so I'm very happy when someone has the thought of telling their friends about bitcoin
30  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Strategy to overcome losses .. on: April 28, 2019, 09:32:03 AM
~
If you really want to avoid losing in gambling, you should avoid all kinds of things that are linked at gambling, but I don't think social media is something you should avoid, if you don't access gambling, your social media will not display many ads about gambling.

For an addicted gambler just one add can be enough to trigger compulsive behavior. But I'm not saying it to support the notion that social media should be avoided. There are multitudes of other things which an addicted person can find suggestive, so it's the addiction is what should be treated rather than those things avoided. Gamblers should train themselves to ignore the ads in the time of their abstinence, and imo such training can be viewed as a part of gambling addiction treatment.
I think so, you have to do something, not avoid something to eliminate the nature of your addiction. You have to get used to new activities, get used to without gambling, and get used to seeing gambling ads though. when you are out of addiction, of course you already have a strategy to overcome losses

32  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: TOP suggestions for someone who's thinking of buying BTC? on: April 28, 2019, 02:05:39 AM
What would be the top things you would advise on or suggest to someone who’s thinking of buying BTC?

Mine would probably be;

1 Before investing, spend time learning about cryptocurrencies and blockchain in general

2 Don’t look at it as get rich quick scheme, but as a long investment

3 Learn ways to keep your bitcoin safe and secure.

4. Don`t buy it, earn it.  Shocked we should get used to earning bitcoin rather than buying them  Wink
I think earning bitcoin must use capital right? and you can start by buying bitcoin for your trading capital to earnings bitcoin. I think that kind of mindset must be discarded, if you want to help bitcoin then you should adoption it properly, buy bitcoin with your own money, so demand rises and has a positive effect on the market

one thing you have to know before buying, you have to know when it's the right time to buy
33  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with your Parents on: April 27, 2019, 02:04:58 AM
I remember when I was younger I played the national lottery with my parents, each Saturday evening we watch the machine picking the winning numbers together on television. I think this was a normal way of gambling 20 to 30 years ago.
Now I almost never play lottery but bets on sports and casinos each day, but my parents still play the lottery.
Yes, those memorable days,,,, but now it is not an old era here we have so many other ways to gamble and to produce profit, it depends on our strategy how we deal with it, I never gambled with my parents but surely whenever I get to some site for gambling I make sure my parents are aware of it and they also give me ideas related to gambling even when they are not trained gamblers.
it doesn't matter even though gambling has become more sophisticated with the development of technology, the essence of gambling has not changed, gambling is indeed always to have fun and gamble with partners or your family will be the most fun thing, whatever the game is.
34  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which coin do you think is best for gambling? on: April 26, 2019, 11:01:21 PM
In my opinion, the best and the most convenient coins fro gambling is doge. Why so? Because I enjoy the game more than the profit. Also, i dont want to be addicted to the gamble and lose my brain. Gambling is fun, however it could be bad if we do for addictions.
I didn't find a detailed reason why did you choose Doge? lol. everyone certainly believes that they gamble for fun, but that is not a specific reason why you choose doge as the right currency to gamble, is it possible because it is more cheaper so you can gamble with bigger amount?
35  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Gaining quick profits or keep holding? on: April 26, 2019, 06:06:50 PM
The market now gradually increasing and seems like good idea to gain quick profits in my opinion.  What's your view guys?  Is there a tends that it will constantly to rise  after day or two or it will stop increasing again? And kindly suggest which is better way now  "gaining quick profits or keep holding until the bottom of this pump?" )'cause im very confused now which is good strategy and i don't know what to do.
It all depends on your beliefs, because in investment matters it will be related to money. So you better do your own research and manage your own money so that it will be an experience that matters to you. And if you succeed, I am sure that you will feel more satisfied than anyone.
Yeah it's better to do it according to your analysis results and circumstances. I will holding it if its possible,
as prices will rise in the foreseeable future maybe I will try to hold it and be patient for longer. it depends on your vision dude
36  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New to trading? Learn to be an emotionless trading machine on: April 26, 2019, 04:29:49 PM
For a beginner I think it is unavoidable for them to become emotional if they do trade in the market. Perhaps, it is very usual things I guess to encounter that. And I doubt that we cannot use our emotions when we do trade in the actual market, it is useful actually as long as we apply it in the proper way.
Well we often have listened this proverb, distant drums sound well. This is all the story of trading. People often think it is quite easy to go in here and start selling and buying with golden rules of sell high and buy low.

But, its quiet an opposite scenario here. Seconding your point, trading do involve harsh times and you really have to distant emotions in the game. Else, colossal losses would welcome you at the end of day.
Better try to understand the emotions of others than completely avoiding it because if we want to be profitable the other traders need to be in loss so when other makig mistakes you have to take advantage which is possible by understand the emotions of common traders.
I think so, just pretending as a normal trader, not like a machine, which is emotionless but as someone who has feelings but is not overly responsive to problem in the market. sometimes emotions are also good for understanding other traders' feelings and that's a good value for trading
37  Economy / Economics / Re: How adoption will happen on: April 26, 2019, 02:48:40 PM
Is it going to start with poor countries and their dictators?
Is it going to start in the USA with their SEC and ETF and everything?
Discuss.

My pick is it is going to start in the USA with their SEC and ETF and everything, we all know that the US is a superpower anything they do will have an impact in the economy of other countries if they begin adoption of Cryptocurrency, other will just point, if this is legal in the US why not here, and so adoption begins in the US.
The US has influence on other countries in the world. with the start of the US adopting bitcoin, it will certainly accelerate mass adoption. and of course here the role of government from each country is very influential
US already legalize bitcoin in their country, isnt it ?? I think that it takes adoption agencies like SEC, where those agencies have
a big impact on many investors, of course there will be a lot of adoption if the legalization is echoed by agencies like that.
38  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is heading back to $6k on: April 26, 2019, 01:36:10 PM
$6k price wont really be an easy road.Try to look on the price as of this time. We have price decreased for $400 in a hour time. from 5400+ to 5000.
I don't know whats the reason behind such dump but its just a typical day on crypto but seeing 6k soon is there. No need to rush up though as long
we can assure that we will able to break that resistance.
That's something a known drop. This form of growth has been taking place with bitcoin from the starting days of the year. Whenever there is some good growth due to corrective factor or due to manipulation there happens a big dump and further it recovers within specific time period. This time too I believe the recovery will take place shortly.

I dont know why, the margin goes down much greater than when the price goes up, I think it's because the existing market conditions or the market is not yet bullish? because if bullish happens surely the price will be much more frequent with a large margin, but I'm sure the price will definitely go to $6k again sooner or later
39  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: TIPS TO PROFIT DURING A BEARISH MARKET on: April 25, 2019, 11:28:07 PM
I followed the news and I got nothing.
There are times when trends go wrong.

I bet there are a lot of users here who also agree with me.
Dont follow the troll box. That is one big rule for me.
I have been a victim with that kind of strategy. I say it works for newbie mostly.
Of course, in bearish prices can move up and down very extreme and even unpredictable, news that is an important reason in changing prices can give you wrong direction, once again, you have to know when to stop for a while and buy again when the opportunity comes and conditions have improved
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most alts are worth Zero on: April 25, 2019, 03:01:52 PM
BTC dominance is 52.2%, rest market is captured with Ethereum, litecoin, ripple. How can your expect lower grade altcoins to be worth at some value? The more BTC dominance increase they will shrink. Only if the tech behind them has some real use case scenarios then they will be getting a worthy price in market.

I dont think bitcoin dominance growing bigger is good for cryptomarket. Altcoin with good product must surpressed. If bitcoin dominance more than 50%, i think its good time for buying good altcoin because many altcoin are worth to hold for long term and they offering many new technology
if the dominance of bitcoin is greater in the crypto market, it certainly will not have much effect on the value of the altcoin, if marketcaps crypto gets bigger, of course all altcoins will get positive impact. not all altcoins are worth zero, many altcoins are very valuable and have very potential technology in the future
