You should stop if your selling your crypto coins for a lower price when you've bought it in a higher price. If that coin is popular and has good fundementals then you should probably hold it then wait for the right time to sell. Day trading is to risky this days cause you might lose profit unless you're really experienced trader.

I bought bitcoin when it was around $14,500 in January and I am still holding because I am not discouraged. I have great hope that bitcoin is going to increase in price and volume in some years to come.
That's right don't just get discouraged by the trend of the market today everything will going back to normal and what we are experiencing is just a normal flow of the market. Just HODL if you feel like you lost more than of your investments in your portfolio. Just relax and be patience and stop looking always the market of how it always goes down it will feel you more stressed and might triggered you to panic selling. The price is falling right now but it doesn't mean that Bitcon became less popular. People are just scared of those red days and keep on selling.

While I don't have many posts. I got involved in Bitcoin in 2013 and joined this forum in 2014. While I do not consider myself wealthy from Bitcoin yet. I do have an idea of how I would like to direct some of this new found wealth. I think most of the people who got involved early got involved for the right reasons. IE: To change the world and move humanity out of the control of the bankers. I am concerned that the new people coming may only be in to make money. I hope I am wrong, I really want this technology to be a force of good in the world and deliver economic freedom to the masses and the unbanked. My hope is everyone who was early, has some idea in mind that will help others. Maybe help your family, or a charity that you think isn't wasting money, or building a community swimming pool etc. If you have a lot of money think big and how you can change the world for the better. This is our chance!

For me the best tools are google and youtube and some common sense. To avoid getting scam you need to properly conduct research on what your investing whether it's ICO or business. Most people will blindly invest their money in to good to be true projects, ponzi schemes and crowd funding expecting to have immediate gains that's why they lose money.

If the prices of the coins are crash, there are some ways to get our money back. First, getting the money back sooner but we must lose probably half or other nominal at that time. It means that we sell the coins in that crash price. Alternatively, we can get the money back at least as our capital or higher if we can be more patient to hold. Just pick your choice.
When the cryptocurrencies crash, urgently stop to trade. Just take a pause and simply hold Bitcoin and altcoins. The market is not stable at all, and I am mostly involved in the other activities - waiting for the changes. That's what I do, usually I will look at the market first to determine the next choice, when the price is very likely to recover, I will certainly hold and be patient but if the price continues to falling, of course I will sell it and look for another opportunity to buy again |
