641  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Gambling addiction a disease? on: October 11, 2018, 02:32:04 AM
Depends on your definition of disease. I would say it's more of a mental illness than a disease, as when you say disease you tend to think of something that can spread from person to person, like a virus or bacteria. Not that I'm saying that gambling addiction can't be spread between people, because it obviously can due to social influence and peer pressure etc. My verdict, no, it's not a disease, but a mental illness.

Yes it depends, but sometimes it's only a matter of if you want to become Ill from it or not Smiley
If you enjoy gambling itsn't actually a disease.
Thats right, if you don't enjoy gambling and are depressed when you gamble because the target profit you put on doesn't reach and you always repeat that mistake, then it's no longer a pleasure in gambling, be careful with addiction because it's a disease that difficult to healed
642  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling Versus Traditional Gambling on: October 11, 2018, 02:18:15 AM
I prefer traditional gambling, coming to the casino meeting people and playing there for me is very fun.
It is good to become socialized with other people and it is fun but I would prefer my convenience in my home while playing in online casino instead of becoming socialize in traditional casino.
everyone has their own perspective how they can get fun, some people like online gambling because they like quietly and it's got when playing gambling at home, from that he can get fun and some people like traditional gambling because they can socialize with others, meet someone and play gambling together and get fun
643  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Target Market of Bitcoin on: October 11, 2018, 02:07:30 AM
These are all people who are interested in earnings and modern technologies. There is no specific age or social group of people for whom bitcoin is intended. It is for everyone who is interested.
Right, bitcoin for anyone who interested, there are no conditions in its use such as age or gender, everyone is free to use it without
restrictions and rules but because not everyone has a gadget and internet, so maybe the target is only for middle and upper class people
644  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Is it illegal for someone to hack my BTC wallet? on: October 11, 2018, 02:02:12 AM
Any of these actions can be considered theft, but no one will investigate and look for the perpetrators, because such scams are very difficult to track.
Anything that smells of fraud is illegal thing, but if it happens in crypto it will be difficult to do tracking, moreover there is no legal legal law for crypto, of course the police will not be able to do anything to investigate and help you, thats why many people say that you are responsible for your money in crypto
645  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Are Bitcoin private property on: October 11, 2018, 01:59:05 AM
Bitcoin is a private currency, but I think that it can be equated to private property.
Nope, I know that bitcoin provides confidentiality in your transactions and identities, so your privacy is maintained. but privacy and private are two different things, especially private currency and private property, both things are very different, private use by only you, while bitcoin is used by anyone #imo
646  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we really need a lot of Cryptocurrencies? on: October 10, 2018, 04:28:54 AM
Blockchain will disrupt these industries Banking and Payments, Insurance, Voting, Forecasting, Government, Crowdfunding, Retail, and Real Estate. Yes, we knew this that blockchain will play a big role in the future of those industries and it's a revolutionary.

But, do we need lots of cryptocurrencies?

More and more companies or startup companies were developing their own cryptocurrencies and a lot more in the future but what's the point of creating or developing it? Maybe we only need 1 for every industry but why does almost everyone develop their own cryptocurrency?

There is no need for the increase of number of cryptocurrencies and there is also no need for the decrease. If they want to produce new cryptocurrencies, they have to make sure that the coins they're making are not shit. Because shit coins will only confuse people and make other people's research a waste of time.
There is no any rules and conditions for making quality coins makes many people make their own cryptocurrency, there are hundreds of coins exist and dozens of coins that keep coming, we can't stop it because there is no power from us, all we can do is choose the right cryptocurrency with deep analysis so as not to be fooled
647  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What makes you trust a new cryptocurrency? on: October 10, 2018, 04:02:29 AM
I wonder What makes you trust a new cryptocurrency?

There are many factors that one must first consider before trusting a new cryptocurrency. The platform if it is really feasible, the detailed information about the crypto as outlined in their whitepaper and also the team running the project. If all of these are satisfied, then I confidently invest and trust that crypto.
Right, they have the potential to grow because they have good technology innovations that are in great demand by many people,
that's the first thing I see from a new coin, then the second stage I will start seeing their whitepaper, their team, etc.
648  Economy / Speculation / Re: Current BTC price below 8K on: October 10, 2018, 03:51:34 AM
Sadly, the price of Bitcoin has now fallen below $6300, which is a very bad phenomenon, which means that many people are starting to give up Bitcoin!

Surprisingly, but lately Bitcoin price become stable around 6550$ and it's been almost a week now. That's why it's a good sign and the price will start after some time slowly rise.
I think prices have stabilized at $6500 from a few weeks ago, not in this one week period but whatever that, prices have not experienced a deep falling in the past few weeks, which is bearish is over? I think so. and I hope that the slowly rise will occur in this end of the year
649  Economy / Speculation / Re: I never held this much bitcoins. on: October 10, 2018, 03:47:24 AM
I think you are currently lucky because you can buy bitcoin at a very cheap price so you should be able to grow bitcoin that you have more and take advantage of all the cryptocurrency price movements to find a lot of profits.
Luck has nothing to do with it, buying bitcoin and holding it despite the terrible circumstances surrounding the price is not something that happens at random, it is something that happens because people are completely convinced about what they are doing and only a small fraction of the people holding bitcoin can do that and those are the ones that are going to get great profits.
Thats right, successfully buying at a cheap price and choosing to hold it up to ATH is not a lucky thing because the choice to holding with all obstacles is not an easy thing and not is achieved only by luck, so you must patience like him, buy now and hold it for few years
650  Economy / Speculation / Re: what could cause bitcoin prices to go up and down? on: October 10, 2018, 03:42:54 AM
I think what makes this bitcoin price increase is because of the good news circulating on the internet and the total supply and algorithms for mining blocks are increased, making bitcoin very difficult to obtain and the price becomes very expensive.

The news can cause bitcoin prices to go up and down, and we already know this. We know that much bad news comes out in this year, and it makes the price can increase and even it still down. But soon, people will realize that the bad news will only make them get panic, and they cannot hold their bitcoin for a longer time. And they will stay calm if there is any bad news that comes out because they know that this can give a bad effect to the price, so it is better to be patient for a while.
I my self visit those pages, groups and talk on reedit before investing my money in bitcoins. By hearing the news we can absorb when will price up and when it go down.
not only news circulating on the internet but also circulating in offline and not only news that affects market demand, but also ifluencer speculation, government policy, and there are many other aspects that affect prices on the market, that's why before buying you also have to know and analyzing existing information and news first
651  Other / Archival / Re: Bitcoin and global warming on: October 09, 2018, 02:31:23 AM
Bitcoin mining is really contributing in the global warming but as others are saying even banks are doing the same maybe when the time comes that bitcoin replaced the currency fiat system then it will be an acceptable use of energy and contribution to the global warming.
Excessive use of electricity will also affect the environment, I would think that mining is also bad for the environment because its need much energy and electricity, but if you only use bitcoin for transactions or trade, it doesn't use too much electricity, so it doesn't give bad effects and global warming
652  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adoption for better life in future . on: October 09, 2018, 02:28:47 AM
Bitcoin, as revolutionary transfer of value mean, needs more time to evolve. In comparision with other revolutions like the internet and the social media platforms, Bitcoin has to pass many stages of development to be ready for global adoption.
Yeah bitcoin is the right platform for future financial transactions, bitcoin provides innovative facilities such as decentralization,
freedom in transactions, privacy, speed and so on, time will also make bitcoin more perfect, people will get ease in transaction just with adoption bitcoin
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can bitcoin be sent, received or traded (used) without the internet? on: October 09, 2018, 02:23:21 AM
we really can't do anything about bitcoin when we don't have an internet network, but I'm sure when bitcoin is legal in the world the government will find a solution.
Lol has nothing to do directly when the government legalizes then you can use and transact bitcoin without the internet? because only by using internet media, then we can connect to the blockchain network, without the internet we cannot make transactions and spending
654  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Panic Trading! on: October 09, 2018, 02:18:18 AM
It is not easy to stay calm in trading especially if all coin has decreased too deep. I see that many people still get panic on this and they cannot hold any longer and many of them are attracted to sell the coin at the low price. I agree that we must learn about how to not panic in every situation so we can remind calm and we can make a decision regarding what happened in the market.
You right, you know not all panics are experienced by only newbies, most users also experience the same thing especially if there is a big deeps, but what distinguishes experienced users with newbies is in responding to that panic, they won't let panic take over their choices
655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Will the bull run return this December? on: October 09, 2018, 02:16:12 AM
Last year we had a great run. Despite the downs in the beginning of this year, I still believed that by the starting of October, the will be a good run, but I don't see anything of significant improvement. What do you guys think?

I also believe on that. Because last year we didn't expect the bitcoin price to fly high. Eventhough bitcoin today experiencing some major problem when it comes to its value, by the start of mid November I belive that it will change. We must believe in bitcoin and besides the value isn't stable to it will not stays on low price.
many people always speculate, some time ago they speculated that prices would start to rise in September and when they did not happen they speculated that prices would rise in October and continue to repeat, but to date prices have not risen, there has not been a significant price change? how do you think? I myself hope whenever it is, could november or december, hope that price can recover
656  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Give your opinion about the current market and future on: October 09, 2018, 02:09:38 AM
What is your opinion on the current market? Good day coming soon For traders because of major coins are in oversold position. Just need some good news. It's time to buy  Ethereum, Bitcoin and others coin

As for me, the market is in in red and is in it's lowest poimt but I belive that it would still recover soon. No matter how low the prices of cryptocurrences drop down, it would still go back to it's normal price and would always shine like it has been before.
I think in recent weeks the market conditions are not too surprising, prices are still stable in the price range of $6500 and sometimes up and sometimes down in small changes, yeah I also understand that how much of a decrease will definitely be recovered, but we don't know when it will recover?
657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do whales really control the market, or is that a myth on: October 07, 2018, 02:41:00 PM
Is there any evidence that these mysterious 'whales' really control the bitcoin market, or is this a myth generated as people try to understand why bitcoin prices go up and down?

They don't necessarily control the market. They just have a big impact over it when they do transactions.any change, no matter how small or big it is it will have an impact over the market.
Thats right, they don't control it fully but what they do like their speculations, their actions, their suggestions, it will have a big
impact on the market, see them as influencers and also have a large amount of capital in this market
658  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Regulations For Cryptocurrency? on: October 06, 2018, 07:17:48 AM
Yes, there isn't a possibility that government will add more regulations for cryptocurrency. In the first place, there are many of these cryptocurrencies that is considered to be a scam, yet, they are still operating. With more regulations from the government, this scam crypto can be stop.
With their unlimited strength has many facilities to regulate of course the government can provide any regulation for cryptocurrency
according to their wishes, they can add special rules for the use of bitcoin, because the government has the power to do so
659  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I went bankrupt when I joined in cryptocurrency on: October 06, 2018, 07:11:58 AM
Obviously people convince to adopt cryptocurrency because of the opportunity become a millionaire
But didn't learn wel how to accept risk in this new digital currency possible to lose all investment in a quick
Specially in trading if they didn't know the right deriction to earn profits
Yeah the incident often happens where many people join without any knowledge, just because their friends manage to profit from holding, and then many of them try the same thing (buy and holding) and when the price changes occur that is weakens and breaks down they sell it and bankrupt
660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to make bitcoin a popular payment method? on: October 06, 2018, 07:09:23 AM
Some reasons:
Easy to use on internet environment
Secure transactions and actually peer transactions
Advantages for automated payment systems!
And many other reasons. ,,,
there are many reasons that make bitcoin far better than other payment methods, and that reason is what you mentioned and what is even more special is an anonymous payment, you can make certain payments with your undercover identity, that makes bitcoin more special
