Panic trading will be there always, this thing might not be done by all, but in cryptocurrency trading, most of them do so. The market being so volatile sometimes, it's tough to control your emotion, fear being one of the strongest emotion acting here. But this can be curbed if the individual have proper knowledge which kind of help to boost the confidence.

No one knows if bitcoin will have the same price again, it is impossible to predict even for the most experienced trader or analysist.
I hope it will do but nothing is certain.

Vital isn't the right word. The right expression should be "very vital". For me, technical analysis is the periscope I use in gauging the movement and direction of any trading pair and I think every trader should use it before entering the market. I value it over Fundamentals.
 Actually when people tend to say Technical Analysis is bullshit and does not work, then I tend to ask myself, how they tend to trade the market without it at the end of the day. I believe the problem right from the onset is that a lot of people have this idea that technical analysis should always give perfect direction to a market without any hiccups at all, but for heaven sake, it is a market and we are only meant to be guided with technical analysis, so I certainly agree with you saying it is very vital. Technical analysis is not a perfect direction dude, it is only a prediction of your calculations, at least the technical analysis that you do can minimize the risk you will get! rather than just trading without any strategies and calculations |

how often do you check BTC price and how to cope with stress associated with this? I am checking it every few hours and it drives me crazy and makes me anxious. Is there anybody in a similar situation and how do you cope with this?
PS: I was trying to do this once a month, but I think, I missed the beginning of the bear market in January this year because of this.

Don't check it from time to time because it will make you stressful and it will intend to frustration. Just stick on your altcoin trades and take opportunity when bitcoin is down. Well, I check it often but it does not give me any stress. When I monitor the market, it simply helps me to take the right decision what to do, and nothing more. if you are a trader, of course often seeing the market will be good because it helps you in doing research and know what you have to do, like where coins are potential to go up and worhted to buy, but I am a holder I am not so often see the market, but sometimes sad when the price is not go up when I see |

i hard to say when you sometimes tired from trading or have stress from ico or lose part of deposit. What you do to relax refresh youself and get inspiration for new trade. How much time you need to refresh youself for new hight.
when I experience boredom and fatigue in trading, I will remember all the ideals and desires that I hope that I do not fall into failure and become motivated because of the things I want to achieve  You know stress, depression, sadness and other emotions can affect your calculations and analysis and will make your choices become chaotic and the results will make you you later, if you are tired and stressed it is better to take a break, forget about trading and so on, take holiday for a few days and come back when you're ready |

For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now. im HODL some crypto that is listed on the coin market cap. so im really checking it out almost every hour i have the time to do so. I don't think it's a problem to see a price or chart of a coin on a coinmarketcap or a particular site, because they want to see how the condition of a coin they are buying, basically they have an interest in it, but it will be bad if you hold it for a long time but you see the market too often and panicked because prices did not go up |

No, my friend. We don't have that enough support right now to make it to the $20k mark. But I know that we will be able to recover more than $12k by the end of December to at least show the world that our market our still alive and will continue to survive as long as we are here.

I do not think anyone can tell when bitcoins can get back to the $ 20k price again but I realize that bitcoin still needs good news that could trigger a bitcoin price increase to get it back to $ 20k again.

I think that Bitcoin is better than Ethereum. Yes, Ethereum is the king of the ICO, and lots of tokens are based on its' Blockchain. And in case lots of people will decide to go into their own Blockchain, where the Ethereum will appear?

For me it still reasonable to doing both of that, cause I think that do some bounty campaign are not so wasting our time. It is just like short task to do, and you can take another time to do short term investment or do some daily trade activities.

There are many grants for beginners. But it seems to me that they are senseless. Only experience in trade any more than nothing can make you the good trader.
Buy at lower price sell at high, because most traders who litterally gained enough skill will acquire that kind of strategies. But for this real situations we've encountered right now it cannot be applied all the time. You need to dump at certain price in order to sustain your trading skills and profit wisely. Be quite quick enough as long as you noticed better gains, then grab it and don't waste that perfect time. Trading really requires an appropriate strategy, without a strategy we will not produce satisfying results. Wise decision making such as being able to control emotions in utilizing the momentum of selling and buying can be decisive. For me Trading is an extraordinary thing, not many other jobs that are much better. This is an opportunity and make decisions as carefully as possible by looking at various aspects that exist by analyzing various data. strategy is an important thing in trading, because market conditions are really difficult to predict so it requires you to make a plan so that you don't confuse what you have to choose and do when the price changes are different from your expectations |

I will not say that so fast, prices have risen a few percent in the past 2 days, even yesterday it was down 3-5% in the market, so I would not say that the bull trend has occurred, even though some altcoins have risen high as ETHs have risen to 11%, unless green continues to dominate the market for few week |
