Stephen Curry – Curry is a 2 time MVP that is one of the best shooters in the history of the NBA. He is an extremely efficient player that puts a ton of pressure on the defense. Another thing of note is that he is coming off an injury riddled last season and may come out of the gates a bit slow.
Draymond Green – Green has been the glue player for the Warriors in their 3 title runs. He is a former NBA defensive player of the year and 3 time NBA all-star. Like many of the warriors, he had a rough previous season and will be looking to bounce back.
Kelly Oubre Jr – Oubre is a new Warriors player that will be looking to impress his new team. He is a former 1st round pick that is just now starting to fulfill his potential at age 25. He is an athletic wingthat has had good back to back seasons with the Suns, averaging 16.9 and 18.7 pts per game respectively. He will be looking to take another step this year towards becoming an all-star level player.

The Milwaukee Bucks are once again in the discussion for the title after last year's playoff upset.

Budenholzer has transformed the Bucks into a regular season juggernaut the last 2 seasons. The 2 time coach of the year has had tremendous regular season success but has come up short in the playoffs. He’ll be looking to use this particular regular season as a building block for success come playoff time.

Giannis Antetokounmpo – Giannis has won the last 2 regular season MVPs putting up absolutely ridiculous numbers. His work ethic is off the charts and he is still getting better at age 26. He is a dominant force in the paint and has an improving jumpshot to attempt to make other teams respect it. It is still a work in progress but if he is able to develop it, watch out league.
Khris Middleton – Middleton has had a steady improvement year over and year and now finds himself as a legit 2nd option. He is a very efficient player and was very close to a 50-40-90 season last year. Middleton is one the better 2 way players in the game as he is a very willing defender.
Jrue Holiday – Holiday is a new Bucks player that will be looking to put them over the hump. He is known as a tremendous perimeter defender with excellent skills overall. He’ll be looking to be the floor general of the Bucks and help them reach the promise land, a title.

Offense: Leicester has had a tremendous offensive output so far this season, as they have scored 26 goals which is tied for 3 overall in the league. Their top offensive player is Jamie Vardy who has 11 of goals and ranks 2nd in the league. The wingers on the team are also very dangerous in Harvey Barnes and James Maddison as they have 3 goals apiece.
Defense: The defense has been very solid so far this campaign, as they have given up only 17 goals which is good enough for 6th fewest in the league. They are anchored by long-time premier league defender in Jonny Evans. The goalkeeper is Kasper Schmeichel who has been one of the better goalkeepers in the league for quite a while now.

Manchester United finds themselves in a similar position as in normal years, as a Champion’s League team. Man U always has a lot of talent and their fans will be looking for them to win and start a title push. A win here will put them in a great spot at around the midway of the season and be a good building block towards a potential title run. The team is in good Premier League form, as they have not lost a game in their last 7 PL matches.
Offense: The offensive has been explosive as they currently rank 2nd in the league in goals scored with 28. The top goal scorer this year has been midfielder Bruno Fernandes with 9 goals to his credit. Manchester United has a lot of other attacking options in Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial, and newcomer Edson Cavani.
Defense: The defense has left a bit to desire. as they are currently 13th in the leagues and goals given up. However, there is still a lot of talent that is capable of putting up a clean sheet.

Since Saban’s arrival in 2007, he has won 5 national championship games and been runner up twice. This year is no different as even with a loss, they will find themselves in the playoffs
Offense: The offense is led by RS JR Mac Jones. He has filled in admirably as his first year as a starter. His numbers are gaudy, throwing for over 3300 yards combined with 27 TD and only 3 INT while leading the country in QBR. There is a lot of talent for him at WR as DeVonta Smith, John Metchie III, and Jaylen Waddle are all more than capable. The rushing attack is led by Najee Harris’ 1000 yards. As a team they are very balanced as they rank 6th in passing yards and 40th in rushing.
Defense: It’s no surprise here that Alabama has a great defense once again. Every year Alabama churns out multiple NFL prospects on defense. For the 2020 season the team rankings are again very solid as they rank 11th in points allowed and 18th in rushing defense. There is talent all over on this side of the ball and they’ll be tough to move the ball against.

Dan Mullen has been a solid coach for the last decade at Mississippi State before taking over for Florida in 2018. In his 3 years at Florida he has revived them from a tumultuous tenure by Jim McElwain. He is in his first SEC championship and will be looking to cap this season off with a bang.
Offense: Unlike in previous Florida seasons, the offense is definitely a strength of the team. Their QB Kyle Trasks is having a season that is propelling him into an NFL prospect. He leads the country in passing yards and touchdowns, throwing for 3,700 yards and 40 TD respectively. He has quite a few WRs to throw to in Kadarious Toney, Trevon Grimes, and Jacob Copeland. Their TE is a very strong weapon as Kyle Pitts has 600 receiving yards and 11 TD.
Defense: In previous seasons, the defense of Florida was definitely one of their strengths. In 2020 the defense has been mediocre giving up over 26 points a game. There is still a lot of talent on that side of the ball and can challenge Alabama.

The bench is led by Vitor Benite, a guard that represents the Brazil national team and has experience in Spain the last 5 seasons. He averages a strong 12 pts a game, allowing the team to not miss a beat when the starters come out. With as well balanced the team is, it is no surprise that they sport a prolific offense, ranking 4th in the league in points per game. The defense is also solid as it ranks in the top half of the league in 8th.
Basquet Manresa

Basquet Manresa currently sits in 10th place at 7-6, and with a win would be in a good position to make a playoff push. Like their opponent, their offense is solid, as it sits ranked 7th in the league in points per game. However, the defense lags a bit behind and sits in the bottom part of the team rankings at 15th out of 19 teams. The team's top player is Scott Eatherton, a quality scorer and rebounder that played his college basketball at Northeastern. A common theme here, as he has also played in the top European leagues in Italy, Germany, and Spain. The team's second best player comes off the bench in Makai Mason. He is a recent addition after just finishing up his college basketball at Baylor. Makai is a tremendous three point shooter and must be guarded closely.

With the young talent and veteran presence that surrounds this team, it is hard to believe that they will not be making any noise in the upcoming season. The Golden State Warriors are known for their high marks in the shooting department, and ability to play solid defense. This injury will prove extremely detrimental, but I believe the Warriors will still be a playoff contender. James Wiseman being drafted adds a true big man that they have been lacking for a long time, and his potential should carry this team to some new levels.

In Philly land, the 76ers are looking to bounce back after an embarrassing playoff exit in the 2020 bubble. Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid are looking to not be in sync, which has sparked trade rumors all summer. Daryl Morey their new GM provides hints of greatness, but needs to figure out what he wants to do with this team. With two stars on the block, Philadelphia always has potential to create waves. But it will be hard this season, with already-known chemistry issues dating back 2 years now.

The Boston Celtics are one of the NBA’s most exciting young cores and have the ability to create havoc on both ends of the court. With Jason Tatum and Jaylen Brown leading the way, Kemba Walker has proven to be a lethal addition in the process. Danny Ainge and Brad Stevens have their hopes set high this year, and for good reason. The Celtics are a legitimate Eastern Championship contender, and they are looking for no less after having a trip to the CF Championship for 3 of the past 4 years.
This Preseason game I believe will showcase both sides going for it, and create the atmosphere of a regular season game!

In what has become one of the biggest darts events in the world the 2020 PDC Championship will take place and begins this week. Since 1994 the best darts players around the world have joined together to compete for one of the biggest events their profession can earn and this year will be no different. Peter Wright will return and look to defend his title as the stage is set and the bracket has been revealed! As things kick off there is plenty of action to dive into, but we’ll be jumping into Smith vs Barry, as the two top 105 players will kick things off and get things underway.

Jeff Smith vs Keane Barry Analysis and Prediction
15:00 - 15/12/20 - International: PDC World Championship
Jeff Smith is one of very few Canadians looking to make a statement this year at the PDC Championship. As a player who broke the Top 10 and currently sits in 91st place overall in the world, he’ll be looking to get off to the right start and claim an important win in the start of the tournament. He is coming off of two losses recently with one being to Aspinall, who is a top 6 player this year. In what was a closely contested match, things got away from Smith, in the end, as he fell 6-4. As things have looked rocky the last few matches, Smith has showed some promise and has been throwing darts consistently better as time has gone on. Looking to find a way back into the win column, Smith will be up against a weaker opponent and looking to take advantage of the opportunity that lays ahead.

Keane Barry is the younger and less experienced of the two. Sitting in 105th place in the overall ratings, he’ll look to try and obtain a slight upset and move onward in the tournament. He is also coming off a close loss to the 4th ranked overall player Michael Smith. The match was surprisingly close and ultimately Barry fell 6-4 but showed some very promising play. With a match that almost ended in a gigantic upset, he’ll be looking to take that surprising play forward into his first round match-up of the PDC.

In what should be a close contest, it’s surprising to see neither men have encountered each other before. With so much unknown on how either will play, it’s certain this will be a very close match. Barry may be ranked lower than Smith, but he’s playing just as well and with a promising showing over Michael Smith it’s hard not to back the young gun right now. Barry should find a way to finish things off late into the match as long as he can keep his play smart and hit his checkouts. Look for things to swing his way and continue further in the PDC. Expect the slight upset to take play early in the tournament and keep a eye on the youngster as he should impress in the first few rounds this year.
Prediction: Barry to win (2.00x)
