Yes we do: I have not heard back from a single one of them. I'll apply at a few more today. If anyone has a contact at an exchange, then this would be a good time to check whether they can at least add the coin to their voting list.

its a confirmation of who you are! So people know who you are and what you do for this coin.
Anti scam iff you will
Oh I see. That's fine -- all my contact details are pretty much public knowledge; I am gstefans on twitter, google+, linkedin, ... :-)

Smiley Not Exactly. Please check the following links:

http://www.coinssource.com/trust-index-verification/

If you apply and get verified this will bring a lot of trust in the project you have and in long term is something that wort the effort. We will be happy to have this done. Lately the crypto-world is bit of a mess so all members here are very sensitive.

DEV - have a look at the other ANN topic in the forum and follow their patters. Do a block explorer, find someone to host a pool for you to be fair for all and after some time you could hit any exchange if you accomplish the tasks above.

What ASIC miner best to buy?

whatever you can afford - if you have free electricity then you can get cheap zeus thunder x3 with 1kW usage, or Innosilicon A2mini with 350W usage if you pay the bills (but it's more expensive)....

239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SEED] SeedCoin | Buy/Mine SEED & Grow Coinbase | MANDATORY WALLET UPDATE on: October 10, 2014, 01:55:34 PM
Guys it really is not that complicated.

Step1. Put coins in wallet and unlock wallet
Step 2. Wait 24 hours for your coins to start staking(This does NOT mean u will stake some coins in 24 hours, it more than likely will take longer)
Step 3.Earn coins from staking the coins in your wallet

Now there are ways to maximize the amount of coins you will receive, but that is up to you. I simply  started staking about 10 hours ago. I figured by the time we hit growth period I will need maybe a couple more hours of staking before I am ready for some coins.

How do you "unlock" a wallet ?

If you ask this question, it means you didn't lock it  Grin

You should always encrypt your wallet, which mean you need to use the passphrase to both unlock it and send coins. Once it is encrypted, you need to "unlock" the wallet for staking. It leaves your wallet encrypted, but allowed it to stake on the network.

Make sure you keep the passphrase, without it, your coins are basically lost.

Thanks for the info, *** to other bullshit comments Smiley 1BTC on the way...
Sorry, I saw your member rating and figured you was joking, since u was serious I will give u a 50% discount. so send me .5 btc and I will send u ur key... Grin Grin Grin

answer is simple - i don't encrypt the wallets and i don't hold POS coins.... shame on me for both...
