For me too, this is the first real security tokens that I came across. Did you check their new website with whole lot of updated information regarding their STO? Its amazing. At minedblock site they mentioned that, their token will be granting a share of ownership of the holding company behind the service. I see some good things about this project. I think you have to wait until Q2 2019. Tachain project will probably not start earlier. It may just be that there will be a beta test that you can attend. But I'm glad that the Philippine Community is writing posts here. So next year we will hopefully get first-hand updates Im hoping that the project will success here in our country since many taxi drivers right now are not doing their job properly, and some of them are not giving you the service that the customer need also, there is some people who are doing bad things in their job, and adding some extra payment. I shall believe that the future of Trading on blockchain technology will surpass all that are not related to blockchain.
I would expect in few years time, a Blockchain technology based exchange that would pass on SEC rules and would allow trading of not just digital currencies but stocks. It should have an advantage to the older exchanges. This is a big task or vision and it all depends on if the blockchain is accepted as we all know the government don't support anything they cannot promote. Actually Government don't support anything they can't control. And blockchain is beyond anyones control! Hopefully they will soon realize the power of blockchain and give their support toward it! Yea, that's what they made the public to believe but behind close doors, government officials are the ones actually patronizing the industry, identities can not be tracked when it comes to blockchain, so they see it as a means to migrate funds without been traced, the whole thing is just bigger than any of us but i intend to see the industry put to good use We all have some fair idea of both advantages and disadvantages, if governments are supporting cryptos. Big +ve point is, blockchain provides seamless , faster means for cashless economy, this is good to keep up real currencies. Big -ve point is, seamless transfers to illegal activities too could take place, and on larger level, could impact real currency of impacting country. They have no clue how to keep control over -ve part. Thats where KYC comes into picture, and any major unfair deals could be tracked. Good point. KYC is important to avoid illegal transaction/to stop money laundering cases. Without KYC it's impossible to control bad play. Agree. Blockchain is future, but there should be some mechanisms to stop illegal activities/transactions. For now KYC seems to be enough to keep track of illegal activities. |

A very good decision to invest in something that has not yet proven itself. The interview may be a regularly paid advertisement. I'd rather wait for the solution to this problem from the team of eth.
I like this point and to be honest everybody needs projects to perform well on the progress front. I know they have released MVP. Not sure how much they are inline with their plans and roadmaps. I think they released an iOS app but I don't think it is functional; I am not sure when is the actual release date I am hoping it will happen soon. Also I think they could very well start with the taxi drivers they signed. you're right, there's already an iOS app. But you can not register there. I'm wondering why they have even published the app, if you can do nothing with it. Truly, the team became quiet but I think they still attend to issues on the telegram group. The only reason I can think of for the quietness is that they are busy with development because I do not really see the initial fire the team exhibited. Yea, hopefully we will get to see some positive impact in the nearest period, the MVP will generate a lot of buzz for them which is needed in this quiet period that the market is not favorably for all projects and investors, i also see that as a reason but its always good to makes things official, so that speculations will be eradicated and FUD will be avoided Whole crypto market is silent. I think the market is beginning to bounce back once again, eth coming back up bit by bit
Maybe December is really looking like a good month already, but then BTMX ain't trading?
I have the feeling that the last two days were just a short-term increase. In my opinion, it will once again go really far down before the market starts again. But for safety's sake I already buy a few ETH today if I'm wrong. And if I'm right, then I'll buy more :-) Yeah, I wouldn't be too sure that the market has made a turnaround and is now rising again for longer. But yeah, we will see. I am just not soo optimistic. I don't think that the market has made a total turn around either. I see this as the expected market fluctuation before the market finally corrects. In all, we have to wait for a couple more days before celebrating. Celebrate wouldn't be the word that comes to mind should the market starts to turn around. When eth gets to $500 and above that's when celebration comes to mind. Nobody is actually looking for a new all Time high right now. Everybody is looking for a minimal rise that's all. If eth gets to 400 to 700 I would be very happy. Yeah, Even me I'm not hoping for another bull run this year, Just a good increase of Eth atleast more than $200 will be fine for me before the year end. I never said I wouldn’t be glad if Eth gets to $200 and above. Just that I wouldn’t pop out my party cap just yet  . I don't think there is any chance that ETH will go above 200 this year. And I don't think market will recover soon, now let's see what's left in 2019. |

You are right, i think it will be best if they create preferences for users, like those with minimum amount to invest can bring little or no proof of identification, in my opinion, KYC should be for those with huge amount to invest because when it comes to scrutiny from the authorities, huge investments is what they aim at, so i see no much reason why such is needed
These days KYC is getting much easier. Only thing is team needs to be careful about choosing a right partner to do this in an efficient manner. Most crypto community guys do hate kyc although we have to realise that it is for our good and most times it doesn't take most of our time. I agree, It's really for our own and the projects goods too. But doing kyc sometimes are really an annoying thing specially if the project is really strict about their needed documents. I hope bitmax will not going to be like that. Well, for me it's just that I really feel uncomfortable when I have to upload my personal documents to the internet. I know the projects have to do KYC do be compliant to regulations but I always fear that the KYC documents get in the hands of an unauthorized third party (hacker etc.). I believe BitMax team have done their homework and knows the effect of losing documents to hacker. Thyrbqre running exchange so security will be highest level. |

True! Its already late a few month! Admin is saying it'll be released soon, but a exact date should be great rather then keeping community waiting everyday! they say "soon" for many days now. I do not like this stalling tactic, they're just supposed to say that it lasts x weeks. Then they would have more rest from the constant questions. i would like to believe the team are working to release the MVP and the delay was caused due to the current market situation because anything other than this reason is completely baseless yes, That's might be the reason! They will be managing the mining facility from Iceland; They have their eyes on a location with a good electricity pricing. however they need to suffice the softcap to be able to do this (3.8 mil I guess) Iceland is good location for mining facility. Logically with the buy back policy they recently started they should still get funds coming in Although I haven't checked the figure or the progress of token sales i dont think it'll make the token sell stop or slow down as Tachain has fixed value for ETH. but some slow down issue might occure as there are news that eth will fall below 60$ and that time people will buy eth at that price. Tthis is not correct, 1 TCHN costs $ 0.01 a binding to ETH would of course be great, then you could buy really cheap tokens at the moment. But unfortunately the price is fixed at $ 0.01 That is a good move. I think many ICOs avoid bining to ETH and the likes to avoid the volatility of the market; but still that is just as risky if they keep holding to ETH. Many ICOs still have ETHs in their wallets waiting for the sale to finish or they hit the softcap; those that accumulated say 0.1 at an ETH price of $400 are in a big loss Problem is that we still don't know the bottom of market. People are now saying ETH may go down till 60 USD. If that happens then it will be very difficult for ETH to recover. |

This are pretty hard times but Onam continuing what they do is one hell of a big deal and they've got my support
i will like to believe they are capitalizing on the fact that the market will recover soon but i still believe it gonna take some time before the market recovers in most threads it is currently only about the one topic. The big losses in the market. Of course it's bad, so if I look at what my tokens were worth a year ago and what they are worth today, then I could cry too. But I see this as an opportunity to invest in further projects. After all, next year it will almost certainly be the other way around, and then you should have already saddled your horses It's difficult to look past the crippling losses and actually want to invest. But you are right, this is the best time to accumulate tokens and buy into projects that I have monitored for a considerable amount of time. So true, those coins you know what their value used to be months back. However invest what you can afford to lose. That is the lesson learnt the hard way unfortunately; I put some funds when ETH was 600 and I am still going through that pain now lol. I wish I was a good daily trader I would have made back some losses lol; lets see what the bot can do for ONAM Many ICO who collected fund when ETH was around 400 USD or more has lost huge money. Even in November itself ETH value is down by 55% compare to October. I guess now no one wants to invest or start ICO for now. |
