As the baller with the max bet they keep using to showcase the provably fair, I can confirm I did indeed win such a grand sum from this fine establishment.

could you post a txid to show you withdrawing that amount. it's hard to believe yr grand sum is legit.

+1 hard to believe

No doubt I gave it back instead of withdrawing.

It's a mad, mad life when you roll $30 deep on single bets!!!

cryptobetfair. where the balls are deep.

486  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][QUIT] Quit Dough, Real Products (e-cigs) +Multi-Vendor Vape Site on: June 19, 2015, 02:04:54 AM

looks like we need some community action to get QUIT onto another exchange.

i'm finding time a bit scarce atm, but will look around and see about getting it onto a voting list somewhere or two.
487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CommunityCoin (COMM) | Pure PoS | Original COMM MultiPools Coming Soon on: June 19, 2015, 01:56:33 AM
where is windows wallet?

here's the buzz/summary ...

official code (including qt wallet in OP) will NOT stake past block 525600. it however will work fine for non staking purposes (ie moving and storing coins)

bumbacoin code https://github.com/bumbacoin/communitycoin
will stake past that point. however it will not sync AND there is no qt compiled. (and it will probably break again for the 2nd year anniversary)

- to sync a new bumbacoin compile, you need to first sync using the official code, then switch to bumbacoin code
bootstrap available here https://www.dropbox.com/s/zocywq6ct8dp5lv/bootstrap.dat?dl=0

- to use a staking qt-wallet, one needs to be compiled.
this seems to be proving annoying :p mainly because it uses old code which a lot of people seem to no longer support.

====
NECESSARY STEPS TO MOVE FORWARD

1. proper working code
2. compile new qt-wallets

DESIRED STEPS

1. working explorer
(i approached multi-faucet.tk but they were unwilling to look at it with the buggy code so might need to wait til code is fixed)
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ECCoin/ MultiWalletCoin/ Supercoin] Trusted-Cryptos Coin Thread on: June 17, 2015, 01:46:59 AM
it looks as if all ECC on allcoin are lost.

The exchange owner didnt answer emails to upgrade to the new wallet for about 2 months. and he was staking his coins.  So basically he was staking his own coins on his own fork of the old wallet that is no longer in use. he FINALLY updated his wallet today and is syncing to the correct chain.

after he finished syncing he sent us a message asking where all his coins had gone.
because he was staking on a fork all the coins he claimed were missing were never supposed to have existed in the first place and are now gone because those blocks are invalid because they are on a fork.
..
so he has sent us a message that he wants us to send him real coins to replace the fake ones he is missing or he wont let anyone withdraw theres from allcoin.  we are currently in a stalemate because we dont want to pay for his negligence. and the wallet is frozen.
..

NOTE: it seems he didnt freeze the MWC or SUPER wallets. so if you had those coins there get them out now

bwahahahaha such genuis
489  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CommunityCoin (COMM) | Pure PoS | Original COMM MultiPools Coming Soon on: June 14, 2015, 02:22:45 PM
it seems using the "new" code and syncing from zero is problematic.
seems to stick at block 1451

coin code is odd . lol

if you want to run the staking code as it currently is,
seems you can sync by running the official code, then change over and stake.

or

if you're not staking just run  the official code only.
490  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Shell Coin [Bittrex_Yobit_C-cex][Masternode Android Wallet Released] on: June 14, 2015, 03:14:03 AM
lol well i've been using accounts in my daemon. seemed the simplest way to move coins around without having coincontrol.
they are trouble i tells ya. misreporting etc.

if anyone can think of a simple way of moving coins in a daemon let me know..

i'll just have to send them all to a new address, open said address in a brand new wallet. then send them back in chunks of 25k
491  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Shell Coin [Bittrex_Yobit_C-cex][Masternode Android Wallet Released] on: June 14, 2015, 02:54:16 AM

i'm trying to work out wether tis possible to have multiple 25k stakes on a single masternode.

sending 25k to different addresses on the same wallet and see what happens.
492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Shell Coin [Bittrex_Yobit_C-cex][Masternode Android Wallet Released] on: June 12, 2015, 01:05:53 PM
I am enjoying the light server load of the masternodes,

this is the first coin with masternodes that i've tried staking with and Shell just runs along nice and quietly ..

.. in terms of syncing, there does seem to be some problems with getting yr first connections.
this is my current masternode list output, you could make sure they're added as nodes.

yeh. it's good to see the majority of coins off the market in one way.

but bad in another way.
hopefully the shops can get some movement and create a demand .

that is pretty cool. i guess it shows that there needs to be either a large price rise, or more quit on sale to be useful.

seems needs someone who can fix it.
a mandatory update, with slightly modified code, and newly compiled qt's.

it doesnt seem a major problem to fix. just a major problem that it's stuck.

just seems the switchover to the lessened pos reward is badly done.
