Hello, I have a little problem regarding the syncing of the wallet. I was staking fine until now. At this moment it says "out of sync" and also that I'm staking. 24hrs passed and I had no more staks. Usually I get some every 4-6 hrs or so. What can I do to sync the wallet? I tried restarting and "repairwallet" command in the console. I hope you can help me. Thank you!
Hi alfaalfa, please check your computer time is correct and your DNotes wallet version (Help > About DNotes) v2.0.2.1. If those are correct, I would recommend restarting the wallet again. If the syncing issue continues, you can delete everything from C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\DNotes2 except your wallet.dat and any wallet backups you have. That will download the blockchain again from the beginning and correct most issues. |

Let me clarify. When NextGen VC is place after DNotes Global is sufficiently funded, it is our intent to assist our investment-client to use DNotes blockchain to launch their coin in a compliance ICO.
Two issues are unsettled at this time.
1) What offering, and disclosure statement would the SEC find acceptable. We believe that ICO is the best and the most efficient tool for capital formation in funding new projects or funding company expansion. My understanding is that the SEC is not against ICO but when an ICO involves the sale of securities, it falls squarely in the SEC’s jurisdiction. The SEC is mandated to protect investors and one of their means is to require filing of disclosure statements with adequate and accurate disclosure materials so that investors can make informed decision. I am hopeful that upon successful funding of DNotes Global first round I will have the opportunity to work closely with the SEC staff and other interested parties.
2) We have invested heavily in the development of the DNotes 2.0 blockchain with every intent of turning it into a platform for others to develop their applications on and use it to launch new coins. Various possibilities and options have been discussed but we are not at liberty to discuss any details at this point. In general, to ensure best in class mindset in everything that matters, we will likely to be involved with investment, technical assistance, management, and leadership.
I am personally becoming very excited about NextGen VC. It could be a game changer in funding and business management to ensured greatly improved chances of succeeding in business. There are already more proposed projects coming our way than I have time to review.
Interest in our funding remains strong. However, I will not take anything for granted until we are fully funded. It is keeping me increasing busy; communicating with new prospect almost daily. It is rewarding to know from many high-level people in our industry how much they respect the direction we have been taking, what we have accomplished, and our positive contributions to our industry. When I have seen this, I remembered how I came across DNotes at first  Some time ago when DNotes was still listed on Poloniex I have started to actively trade with coins in general. I had no clue what I was doing at the time and I just thought that I'm smart and that trading and making profit could not be that hard if everybody is doing it After some time I realized that to trade and make some profit at it, takes skill and a lot of nerves and the virtue of not being to greedy In the process I was disappointed by many coins which I had invested in. For many of them the hard truth at the time was, that the team behind them just pumped them, got more or less rich, and then abandoned them. I still did not pay much attention to the DNotes at the time. For me it was just another coin in my portfolio and the only thing that interested me was the price movement and the graph. But after the coin got delisted from Poloniex I thought to myself "well again, another coin, with another group who just made high promises and nothing good came out of it". I was thinking of selling DNotes at the time, but the price dropped because o delisting. So instead of selling them I started to follow development and forum to see what is actually going on with the coin and with the intent to argue how this coin is probably a scam  I might be a little pissed off at that time So I stared to follow the DNotes coin on Bitciontalk, Facebook, LinkedIn and other public networks...and after some time when they put up the Telegram chat I also started to follow them there. By that time I was amazed by how much the team was actually involved with the community and how they were always answering all the questions...even unpleasant ones  After some time when I have seen the level of communication by the team and how engaged they actually are and how they always stand behind their words, I have come to believe that the team behind the DNotes can really be trusted, aiming at long term success.
