The purpose of KYC and AML to avoid the possibility for your fund to come from the high risk source. It's a way for the institutions to avoid the money from the criminal and try to make sure if that was not a money laundering. It's for verification purpose.

I think its gonna be a while before we can buy at a low price again whales and Instituations are freezing their funds in their cold wallets so they are holding and with the price only going up some investers will start buying even at 28k so the demand is increasing day by day so i think we can even see the price at 40 or 50k.

It's your decision, but for me only Bitcoin is the most stable coin in the market, look at what's happening to Ripple they are charged by SEC they are a centralized coin and altcoin that don't deserve to be in the top 5 and Bitcoin dominance in the market is something that will play a major factor in the market.
I bet XRP won't be in the top 5 for long. If the price continues to plummet, it will soon fall below Litecoine and most likely below BCH. Even though I personally don't think BCH should be in the top five either.  Maybe XRP will worth only a few hundred million dollars MCAP in the future. As already expected by so many people when US exchange site will start to halt XRP service and then this coin will be facing a very difficult situation. If that is true I think xrp will be dumped because of panic and fear of closure from xrp holders but another view is that it can be a good buying opportunity, some also say that it could be an intentional fud to reduce the price for the purpose of speculation and for the benefit of the whales.

I dont think ETH will get to that price in 2021 because beacon is implemented maybe 2 years from now, i think 2021 is the time for old altcoin such as LTC, Dash, Monero etc. But when we are at 2024 maybe eth will be at $5k beacon chain already implemented and it's alive right now but the problem is if it's only the early phase of update and that means the update is not yet fully implemented.
