281  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Biggest Crypto Regret? on: June 04, 2020, 09:40:07 AM
My biggest regret is that I didn't hold Pundi X (PXS) and now it's called NPXS, I got the token from the bounty around 300 tokens, but after the swap became thousands of tokens, before I swapped the price of the 300 X lot I got $200 and when it was swapped to $7,000, that's my biggest regret
That's better for you caused by the ATH was not for long and the price of pundi was getting drowned so hard due to the wrong mechanism that has already implemented by the developers. at least you are still getting some money into your pocket.
282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Giving away too much quantities of tokens in bounties on: June 04, 2020, 09:38:42 AM
I've seen one or two bounty campaigns on here with massive token allocations for bounty participants, I'm wondering how this won't affect the value of the token, I believe giving away too many quantities of tokens can easily ruin the value of the token, most especially bounties that are doing 4 Rounds of campaigns, what's your take on this???

The bounty allocation looks big because the total supply of tokens is indeed large and usually the bounty allocation is only a maximum of 5% of the total supply. A large total supply might affect the price, but if the project is able to produce a good product, I think the price of the token will continue to increase even though it takes a long time
5% is really too much for new projects. If they make distribution, it will surely cause a serious collapse for that project. I think 0.5-1% is reasonable for bounty's budget
I think that the majority of icos were putting 1% - 2% as airdrop but some coins may put 5% consider their coins were not having a lot of quantities and we must try to see how much the total supply that issued by the ico project.
283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Probit Exchange IEO Based Bounties Should Join ? on: June 03, 2020, 08:26:36 AM
Compared to many other small exchanges like p2pb2b, coinsbit, exmarket, latoken, well Probit is better, I haven't seen them pulling the strings with fake volumes, might not be good as bithumb and upbit but still very close
Bithumb and Upbit are the leading exchanges in this market, so you can't compare them to probits. I agree that the Probit exchange does not extend the sale of IEO, but not too much IEO is successful there. Need to be really careful when investing
The success of IEO can be manipulated caused by probit is holding the key. The fact that almost all of IEOs the successfully raising the funds on probit didn't have volume and there is something suspicious about that dude.
284  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Becareful of new ICO on: June 03, 2020, 07:56:24 AM
Scammers did introduce new ICO last year called IMO, I don't want to talk about that but now we will soon see new fund raising from scammers soon, I'm here to warn newbies who are looking to invest in IEO projects, do not participate in any new fund raising solution, the chance if getting scammed is very high, the only legit fund raising solution we have presently is IEO and to make good profits from IEO pls join projects from top exchanges only
We must also be careful with any IEO that listed on big exchange site. We must go out before the token will be going down caused by the dump from the whale.
The fact that there was no guarantee even for a project that launched on the major ieo platforms too.
285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Preparing for the ETH 2.0 PoS? on: June 01, 2020, 02:21:00 AM
Did anyone heard about ETH 2.0 staking? The minimum amount of 32 ETH is required if you want to stake ETH 2.0. If you are a validator, you need to run a validator node. But the only risk here is you need to lock your 32 ETH for a period of time.
I did and I have also participated to be a validator and I have deposited 32 ethereum as the requirement but this is still a testnet. How long the lock period is not yet determined and we can't argue that right now.
286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: token dump that follow the airdrops and bounties on: June 01, 2020, 02:19:29 AM
The point is liquidity. Mostly of hunters were always holding their coin and if there was no liquidity in the market and they will keep it on their wallet. You must try to see some old bounties.

The majority of payments were received by the hunters worth zero value and have you seen blockburn? I suggest you take a look at it.
287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: May 30, 2020, 09:37:16 AM
I don't really know the FOMO site you are referring to, but if you can still withdraw your assets there, you should withdraw now. to be honest I would rather hold ethereum than investing in something like that. as far as I know, you might be able to use the 4 eth you have to invest in other, more reliable places. there might be a way to get out of your situation, but it's quite difficult and risky.
He was FOMOing ESH when it reaches the peak price and it looks like he is a newcomer that didn't know about how the crypto pump and dump work. As far as I know, some people have been getting trapped by FOMO that already made by the whale. In the group, some people were complaining about they lose too.

It may a big risk to move into the another coin.
288  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung partnered with Gemini on: May 30, 2020, 09:15:26 AM
This would be very helpful for newcomers, we still don't have an easy solution how to buy cryptocurrencies, now when they have pre-installed app in their phone, it will be very easy to buy their first Bitcoins.
You can't generalized that will be very helpful for the newcomers as it will be only available for Samsung flagship phone. That means another brand can't do the same as what did by Samsung and gemini.
It will very help full to attract the new adopters from the Samsung users.
289  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Never trust an ICO ranking site! on: May 29, 2020, 08:37:12 AM
I don't believe in ICO ranking sites. Most of them are paid and not real.
The more they get from the team (payment) the better the rank they will give!

What I am looking for in ICO is looking at MVP, live and working products. Something that really can make a difference. Not just empty words with fancy pictures.

Well I agree most of them are paid service these days and they provide good rating to the projects who paid them for listing. So that's why we should always DYOR
DYOR is a must but if we smart enough and we will not fall into the trap. We can use them all to be our reference to get more data related to the ICO or IEO. They were also actively listing the new ICO and IEO, we will need them all to help us to get the best decision from our research.
290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: May 29, 2020, 08:30:57 AM
There is always hope. Never give up. When you lose something, then treat it as experience. There are many ways to make money in cryptocurrency, so your possibilities are endless. The main thing is to want it.
It's different when you are on a difficult situation like what happened with OP, he gets eaten by the whale and he lost a lot of money. It needs a miracle to make the price of ESH to go back again to the moon. I thought that this will never happen until the team can provide something big like a major exchange listing event.
291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sometimes late bounties can still pay rewards on: May 28, 2020, 11:33:19 AM
the project you promote 2years back can still come up and give you awesome reward, delays takes place sometimes that makes project team keep postponing listing on exchanges,  imagine promoting a project in 2018 paid you big reward in 2020 after you've already zero your mind that it's over? I want bounty hunters in the house to verify this, true or false??

Anyways, do not underestimate projects you promote a year or two years ago, they can still pay up and secondly do not leave or exit their telegram channel no matter how many years it's been, if you do you might be denied of your rewards
that's true. i have seen some people have joined in switch bounty and then this time they have been getting a lot of money. I guess when it reaches the peak price and each of hunters has already received more than 3k dollars but that depends on how many tokens that they have earned it.
292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Newbie and Bounty campaign. on: May 28, 2020, 11:30:53 AM
but it is possible that you will earn if the token is already listed on some popular exchange like kucoin.
And also some token take time before they got listed on some exchange. Some project just make promises that they will be listed but in the end they did not, so make sure for newbies to study first the project if they got potential so your effort and time will not be waste.
there are rarely projects that have been listed in popular markets, there are only a few bounties now that already exist in popular markets, and most of them haven't entered the market yet,
It caused by the majority of those projects are new project. Remember when we can choose the right project and we will get a lot of advantage from there. Remember about jarvis network token and it has been paying a lot of money to the hunters.
293  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Importance of social media channels on: May 27, 2020, 02:00:06 PM
social media plays an important role in any project and it is a good idea to follow some of them if not all. good programs mention all these things inside their documents so anyone can read it. telegram has become the most important platform for many projects so thats one thing everyone should always follow.

I wouldn't follow anything unless I am already fully invested,,, and even so, I stick to ONE social media. For me in crypto this is the forum. Anything important is announced here first, not on Twitter, IM experience.

Telegram is ok too but I do not have the desire these days to read drama.

Indeed. Following only applies if you are already invested in a project. I understand the drama has been little too much and I try to ignore it myself and keep focused on the aspect I am invested in.
There was no a lot of people actively using their twitter account. Investors more actively discussed the project on the telegram group. In my opinion if both telegram and this forum are important to place to announce a new update or news related to the project.
294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the new cryptocurrency worth buying on: May 26, 2020, 03:42:00 PM
Your friend was probably right back then because he choose the best coin ( Bitcoin) but what makes you think he choose right this time? Some he choose altcoin for you he might be wrong, altcoins are unpredictable
His friend has made a new recommendation for OP and it's not about his friend was saying bitcoin the best investment but as long as the coin has a very good reputation and i think it's not a wrong decision to invest on it. It's better for OP to do his own research again whether it's a good coin or not.
295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The return of ICOs on: May 26, 2020, 02:59:43 PM
Guys, do you think that ICOs could make a come back? I do and here is why. Every year dozens of companies raise money in Silicon Valley for startups, many pre revenue. Also, with the economy injured from nCov19, it would make sense to allow for new economies. This would include letting new startups in Blockchain raise money, and imo if they are well vetted, and trusted by the community, they should be allowed to raise money. What do you think?

Only if they decide to change their ways and be honest, transparent and dedicated to the course instead of taking advantage of people who trusted them and invest in their empty ideas,
Ico can still come back if we have genuine project who will use the funds to develop project, but it will be hard because people already lose hope with ico.
It's not dead yet. WTH was happening with so many people that called it's dead right now. It looks like you didn't aware of the latest ico that reached the hardcap just in a short time. You should take a look at some sites like icodrop or cryptorank to bring you the fact about the existence of ico right now.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is Tether.to/USDT? on: May 26, 2020, 02:53:25 PM
Not even close to be safe asset, stablecoins really potentially very valuable in terms of usability, but at the moment it is far from better than decentralized cryptocurrencies. The crypto world has taught us not to jump to conclusions, Stable coins are backed in money which is linked directly to governments and inflation.
The commodity or currency that backed the stable coin can be considered as a thing that makes the stable coin became the safe asset compared with another altcoin that has very high volatility. The decentralized will give guarantee in term of security but it will not save the value from the volatility.
297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to take advantage of any market situation on: May 23, 2020, 03:00:21 PM
I don't know why people always expect bitcoin to surge up right after halving. Does it really has a pattern or it must supposed to go up after halving.  Isn't it depends on how the market and big investors move to manipulate the market flow. I think we should always think of that way, cause anything can happens for a reason.
It caused by there were so many rumours about the possibility for having to increase the value of bitcoin and the decrease of bitcoin inflation caused by the halving has become the big bet for all of bitcoin holders and speculators. It does not depend on big investors or even manipulators.
298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is OKEX a good exchange? on: May 23, 2020, 02:35:03 PM
Didn't CZ work for OKEX before Binance?

I agree OKEX caters more towards Chinese residents.  They do seem to have good volume on CMC, but I have never used them.
CZ didn't. As far as i know, if binance exist before okex has already launched. CZ was also building binance from done binance ico in the past.

Okex is having a very good reputation too. Both are the major exchange sites that lead the market right now.
299  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: here comes the alts days? on: May 22, 2020, 03:22:56 PM
halving expectation is there, and btc price may keep in a rational range for a time before it explodes.
so maybe it is good time to buy alts to get more btc now?

Probably ALT SEASON is coming....Yesterday nano and banano pumped a lot, Banano did +120% and i sold some of it doing a good profit (I bought it at 5 sat), now I rebought at 6sat and I have duplicate my positions on it. A lot of alts are doing good at the moment, I hope we shouldn't wait added!
if all Altcoin top 100 have not increased 2x, then certainly not altcoin season, Altcoin season must include Ethereum and Ripple to be called Altcoin season, even though Banano has increased 100%, it cannot be confirmed that the altcoin season will come
I think that is not always related to the pump for the whole top 100 CMC but usually, the whale was moving from one to another coin. I do agree if this can be considered as altcoin season.
I think that top 100 cmc can't be an indicator to determine the season too.
300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB vs WRX on: May 22, 2020, 01:41:55 PM
Check out this post. I just read out the white paper of this project. I think the projector will be very good. But BNB's market has become stable, BNB's Investing and Daily Trading has gained everyone's confidence. So that's why it's not fair to say that the next BNB.

Wiazir is a part of binance company and there was no point to discuss it again. It looks like you didn't understand if this was discussing about both of exchange sites. That means whatever if that was wazir or binance and both are the same caused by managed by the same companies. You must read again to understand the context.
