461  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Celar binance launchpad IEO on: March 19, 2019, 11:01:54 PM
Those people who managed to buy used scripts, in telegram chat rooms there are a lot of evidence for this, screenshots, video. Some people came from 10 accounts and bought using scripts.
I did not understand how captche was solved with the script. Besides, when the sales was new, 8 people have already joined the sale. I did not understand how this happened in 2-3 seconds.  Huh
It looks like IEO being manipulated by binance itself. I guess, binance has been buying all of its tokens. this doesn't make sense and it looks like IEO is not so unhealthy as independent ico althought there was a lot of scammers in there.
462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: All in ETH now? on: March 19, 2019, 03:12:13 PM
ETH prices are down very low. Is this the right time to all in ETH?

It would still be a risk if you'll put everything in a single coin. We all know that almost every coin is down right now so it's better to invest in different coins with good potential. Eth is good but putting all in it would be a risk that we could face.

I have heard that Ethereum team is working out the new projects that will let them make their cryptocurrency even faster and safer. That is why I am sure that ETH will be gaining: invest in it now.
The new protocol has already implemented but it's not giving a lot of improvement the next improvement will bring ethereum into the new level of scalability. Im all in ethereum right now.
ethereum is working on the new roadmap.
463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2019 will be better then 2017 :) ? on: March 19, 2019, 03:06:18 PM
This year is quite interesting that the market price from the beginning of the year has been very low. So the slow market price will definitely go up and it will be easier to get profits in 2019. The best year for Crypto does occur in 2017 but throughout 2018 prices start falling. And now is the right time to get back up.
2017 crypto has started to growth and at early of 2018 crypto has already raised its ATH and this time the price of bitcoin still above 3k rate and that's good enough consider 2017 bitcoin has started from 3 digits.
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Republia ICO your thoughts? on: March 19, 2019, 03:05:03 PM
Did they reach hardcap?
wow, congratulations...

I still remember a long time ago I joined their bounty but unfortunately, I just work for 1 week only  Grin. I don't know they want to pay me or no. if they want to pay me, maybe I only got some penny...  Grin
They have cancelled the ico because there was a company from kr that wanna cover all of the funds that needed in the development process, i can say republia has created a cooperation with 3rd party to get funding.
465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Did I miss out on 20x on: March 19, 2019, 02:41:34 PM
Am I reading this chart correctly but HOT (not Holo) was listed on kucoin and went up 20x in an 8hr candle be going down again
very low volume but is it worth looking into for the future

https://www.kucoin.com/trade/HOT-BTC
if that was not a holo token and what is that? you should provide all of details about that coin dude, that will be useless if we don't know what kind of that token that already listed on the kucoin exchange site. there's only a little spread
466  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are altcoins useless? on: March 16, 2019, 11:32:05 PM
I did disagree when you said only bitcoin and ethereum are user for peer to peer.
Coins like xrp ripple, litcoin are also very much used
XRP, even Ethereum are altcoins too and i guess that there were no differences between ethereum and any other altcoin. there was a bunch of altcoins that created a proper developer and they are still continuing the development progress and that's all. A lot of people must do a lot of research before say something about that.
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 3.75% of Americans ready to invest in ICO? on: March 16, 2019, 11:21:03 PM
I believe that this is very small as cryptocurrencies are distributed in many countries at high speed, but I hope that in the future the authorities of the countries will legalize cryptocurrency and the demand for it will be greater.
I calculated and it turns out that more than 12 million US citizens are ready to invest, even if we take from this number only adults working people, the figure and the potential amount of investment is impressive!
is this a good sign with the emergence of investors who in my opinion are quite large? need to be examined more deeply to find this answer and I personally hope this can be a big thing to crypto and grow the price back and can benefit a lot
Even if they can't join in icos but they can still buy that through use centralized exchange site, Just curious about how he was doing his research for that and that looks a bit shady for me without know any fundamental reason that backed the research and i doubt about that.
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Samsung Galaxy S10 Blockchain Wallet Supports Ethereum, not Bitcoin on: March 16, 2019, 10:20:17 AM
The electronics bull, Samsung has officially declared that the blockchain and cryptocurrency wallet for its Galaxy S10 phone is at this time compatible only with Ethereum (ETH) and Ethereum-derived ERC20 coins. Bitcoin (BTC) and other major cryptocurrencies are not yet supported, regardless of the BTC logo surfacing on previous pre-release presentation pictures.

Read the details in the article of Coinidol dot com, the world blockchain news outlet: https://coinidol.com/galaxy-blockchain-wallet/

When google has created a symbol for bitcoin on its wallet and ethereum gets an official wallet that created by samsung and i can confirm if this is a true story because i have bought galaxy s10 and i have used that wallet to store my ethereum and it's amazing to see that
469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoins are on the up on: March 16, 2019, 10:18:39 AM
Keep your eye on Litecoins they are on the up again They are up over 183% in 2019 so far,  Its gone from $30 up to $61. Smiley
That's not a big surprise and ethereum was also doing it, the altcoin tried to recover its rate from the bottom that caused by the bearish trend of bitcoin. a lot of updates will come and this will help the whole of crypto to go to the moon again. I have prepared my self for that thing to happen in the future.
470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most alts are worth Zero on: March 14, 2019, 11:57:57 PM
The market has realized most of these coins are worth nothing and some promoters have no intention of developing the ecosystem

The developers of a bunch of these altcoins have deviated from Roadmap or even stopped developments because of lack of funds especially those who stored their funds in eth. 2018 was a difficult year for most altcoins
If those altcoin worth nothing and there must be a lot of serious problems. Lack of funds can't be considered as the main reason why those platforms are getting fail but i should remind you there was even a project that successfully created a product without needed a lot of money.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC as a Scam on: March 14, 2019, 11:40:33 PM
Everyone decides for himself, he wants to participate in the bounty companies, which require to pass KYC. I think that there are no such managers who speak about passing KYC at the end.

Recently, I took part in the bounty, in which the developers made changes, and all the hunters should follow the KYC procedure in the company’s personal account using the wallet on the platform of this project. However, half of the weekly payments have already been made on the ERC-20.
Well, this is a common feature, I think it is usually done to remove the scammers in the bounty , but of course you need to look at what the project enters, your documents may just be with other people
In fact, there is nothing wrong with providing personal data if the project is not fraudulent. But if you look at the statistics, or analyze all those projects in which you participated in Bounty companies, then a very small percentage of those projects that require KYC are promising and their reward has real value.
Yes, indeed the Bounty campaign that does the Kyc is good and they are serious about real payments and tokens, there will be a price value, compared to those who do not, Kyc often has no price.
It's not about real payment but it's about how we can make sure to secure our identity because there was a lot of fraudulent ico. the real price will be determined after the token already listed on the exchange site and that's it.
472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Crypto now? on: March 13, 2019, 09:16:42 AM
Yes many of us are holding many coins I think as they do not have any other option left in cryptocurrency sector. They have already lost three quarters of their investment and they are left with no other option rather than holding them. I think cryptocurrency may not give 1000 percent profits unlike in the past. But they will give profits one day.
There was a possibility but that's very sad for those have been losing a lot of money caused by they have bought their coins when it reached a peak price. It may not give you 1k percents return instantly but it's having a chance.
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable Coins Necessary? on: March 13, 2019, 09:14:59 AM
Stable coins are everyone's choice, because stable is defined if the price will go up or down, it can be predicted well. calculations, analysis and predictions can be applied because they are stable. this makes it easy for investors / traders. the more coins are stable the more choices. I think it's good to indicate Crypto has a stable trust too
Stable coins are used for liquidating the trading earnings and if there is a rumor about downtrend then selling cryptos and transferring to stable coins are necessary.
That can be used not only to secure your profit but your money too, we need this one but we don't need a bunch of platforms that always created more and more stable coin without getting any audit by the trusted party.
474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is the cryptocurrency market starting to improve slowly? on: March 13, 2019, 09:11:22 AM
I think the current market conditions (Feb> March) Better than the previous period, a lot of good news on the market, this certainly brings a positive trend. Some of the major cryptocurrency increases and are stable at 1-3%, maybe the market is still waiting for the continuation, but yes this is better than before.

IMO, For long-term investments it is not too late or too fast because the crypto market is fully speculated.
It's better to see the whole coins getting stable rather than a bearish trend, the stable value means if crypto still can defend itself. Even if that was a little increase but it's much better to see that rather than seeing bearish market.
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Germany - green light for Bitbond to issue the first digital bonds!!! on: March 13, 2019, 08:20:50 AM
I've invested in Bitbond loans shortly after they launched their platform (I think 2014), without and special tokens, just plain BTC loans. The fraud rate was incredible high and about 70% of my loans ended up in default, most of them before even one payment was made. Interest rate for lenders was ridiculous high (but still not high enough, considering that default rate), something like 80% APR. As an investor I will stay away from everything this platform is doing, regulated or not.
I can believe it, i have even heard someone was saying the same thing like you in the past. the collateral should worth more than the loans that already given by lenders.
But just curious about what was happening with your loans that's got default?

I think you guys messed up something. I don't think is the same BigBand.

This is offtopic and I am sure that both of you are in the wrong thread. Please correct me if I am wrong.

Adjust correctly or I will have to report this post. I will wait for a few days and send you a PM.
It's not offtopic and the article that already mentioned in your thread discussed bitbond. com and you can find some people have gotten the same problem with it too through use announcement thread of bitbond that created in 2013.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=248441.0;all

Some people were thinking if the put their amounts as loans in bitbond will be the same as they were investing in the company. But they are wrong in this case.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we stop promoting scam project? on: March 10, 2019, 12:05:20 AM
Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.

What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?

Stop promoting scam ICO is a good idea, but the real problem is how to determine those scams. We should solve the problem that lives within the creation of scam ICO. It's hard to determine those scams because of their sweet and promising words to lure investors to invest in their projects.
You can do that if you don't become a lazy person but most of these hunters are the lazy person that doesn't wanna do a lot of research and they are only blatantly promoting scam project without doing any research about that.

478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: will the price of coin be up soon? on: March 07, 2019, 06:10:12 AM
today I see eth and bitcoin prices starting to rise little by little, is this the beginning of bitcoin and eth prices going up? is it the right time to sell or hold back? please advise from all of you

It's too early to say the price of coins will soon rise, because of the evidence, market conditions are still contaminated by a prolonged decline, and even the value tends to be stagnant. In my opinion holding's better than selling, but besides that there's still better to complete the action of holding you will do, namely by making a purchase.
If you need evidence and yesterday the price has been showing a bullish trend but it's not so big to recover the lost. Buy is much better than holding or trade it. Holding is not good as you said when the market turns into the bearish trend.
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how do you see the market? on: March 07, 2019, 05:49:52 AM
Stay away from Bitforex, Bitforex has been performing wash trades and here are some of the token pairs where these bot trades can be detected.

https://medium.com/@sallyalexon/bitforex-the-biggest-wash-trading-exchange-in-the-world-8245e9ca910a
We have very well known about that and that should be considered as an old news. So many coins that listed on bitforex used bot. Bitforex is even worst than yobit and that's it. Just try to forget it and you will fine about that.
is bitforex that bad? I myself registered there but I never traded there. I'm not comfortable, I prefer binance and kukoin in trading. I think they are better than BitForex
Yes, it is and that's the worst exchange site in this era. Because you never traded there and that's why you still didn't know about how it works this day. Bitforex is an exchange site which fulls with manipulation and trading wash and the worst exchange site right now.
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to invest or wait ? on: March 07, 2019, 05:47:41 AM
Before investing in anything you need to research a lot about the coins, now still, those coins prices are very cheap in the market which we don't know how long it is going take for the recovery. Still, it is a very good chance to invest in the cryptocurrencies which have huge potential in the market.
Now, even without careful analysis, you can safely buy top coins and not worry that they will not make a profit when the bull market comes, because the profit will definitely be
Every decision taken today is risky and none of us know the result. If you just want to make a profit, there is always the chance. Even with the ICOs that are sold in Binance, you can make a big profit. It is just enough to be able to analyze innovations.
If you didn't wanna take the risk and how can you generate the profit then? We must take the risk even binance is not guarantee if the ico that launched through its launch pad will able to give you a lot of profit instantly.
