The globe theory/conspiracy says the Earth's radius is a mere 3,963 miles, if it were true and not lies told by organized crime and their cucks and useful idiots, then ships must be disappearing up, over and behind a curved hump of water 3 miles from a 6' observer.
However, it is provable beyond a reasonable doubt that a ship disappears (on a dry, clear and cool day) due to the angular resolution limit of the eye and the bottom-up optical compression created.

The human eye has an angular resolution limit of about 1 minute, this equates to being able to see a 1 foot object at a maximum distance of 1/2 Nautical Miles before it's too small to be resolved. If a zoom lens is employed the resolution limit will be less than 1 minute and the distance a 1 foot object can be seen will be extended far beyond the 1/2 NM limit of the human eye.
This shows that a zoom lens or telescope does in fact extend the range of the eye by changing the angular resolution limit. Your point about being able to view celestial objects with the naked eye and magnification is completely non-sequitur.

However as soon it's shown, and it can be shown beyond a reasonable doubt, that a ship actually disappears due to the angular resolution limit of the eye it's all over. Ships get optically compressed bottom up and vanish (atmospheric refraction not withstanding). The globe is busted, its prediction falsified.
