261  Economy / Economics / Re: The market is looking healthy and greener all over again on: December 12, 2018, 02:38:52 PM
This is not a healthy market. The cryptocurrency market is full of fraudulent projects. Many people have left cryptocurrency investments because of the investment in altcoin and ICO losses. Perhaps this is the way the cryptocurrency market grows, but I think this year's cryptocurrency market It hurts a lot of investors.
very visible when listing in the market, many coins dropped significantly, so I thought many investors were disappointed, because their assets shrank dramatically too. many hold it up until the capital has recovered, many have abandoned it, and this is what makes the crypto market dimmer, I think the recovery of trust will make them excited again

True. It is a psychological game after all.
262  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Avoid asking trivial questions all for post count on: December 11, 2018, 07:14:33 PM
Well I wouldn't be in a haste to criticize all of them some might honestly don't know answers to there question despite that it might seem trivial to some or members of the forum

I agree. In fact it could be seen as a win-win situation. The questioner gets the answers s/he is seeking, and the person who responds gets the opportunity to help newbies, thereby contributing positively to the forum. After all, we are not going to get many opportunities to help other members who have like 10,000+ posts

Democratic rule does not prevent tyranny it is not exempt from injustice and immorally. Review the history of Athens if you want to understand this better.

Even far from it!

There is no way to prevent tyranny in a group of different individuals in my experience. Whatever the group and its members, whatever the system, there will always a time where a large majority will say "we do this" ignoring de facto a minority who will get imposed something they don't want.

Democracy is a beautiful word but hiding a complex submissive/dominant reality. People are uprising when you say that democracy isn't perfect and isn't moraly good, that it's just an organization system that has its flaws...

I would say that democracy is a bit better over complete dictatorship but there must be even better forms of organization keeping more freedom directly in the hands of the people.

"Democracy is the worst form of government, except for all the others." Winston Churchill

266  Other / Politics & Society / Re: French stupid protestors refuse violence... Grow some balls! on: December 11, 2018, 06:42:33 PM
Nothing can be done by peaceful protestation, nothing can change like that. Please Europeans grow the balls to oppose the globalists agenda!

And then there was a guy named Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi.. and then there was the nation of India that gained independence by driving out the most powerful colonial empire - without engaging in full-scale violence or going to war.

Gandhi was amazing to be fair, he was highly influential and inspired an entire nation, it is extremely difficult to emulate.
267  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin price predictions from Twitter 5 years from now on: December 11, 2018, 06:39:32 PM
But is there any reason to think that the pattern will repeat itself again? It's just a belief, there's no fundamental reason behind this pattern, just because it happened twice it doesn't mean that it will happen again. On other markets, no one goes through the history of past cycles saying that the same price movements will happen again at a larger scale.

Hope is about the best reason I can think of. BTC will be no different to any other market that eventually it finds a somewhat stable price point. There are only so many times a market can go through large bull and bear cycles and still survive. It gets harder each time people get burned to convince them to come back to investing in the future.

Hope springs eternal

I have been interested in betting for a long time and have tried many different platforms, they are all really good, each with its own pros and cons. He stopped at https://1xbit.com/en/ , I advise if suddenly someone is looking for a good resource

271  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin for the people or for the corporations? on: December 11, 2018, 03:26:57 PM
From my understanding, the unadulterated concept of Bitcoin right from the beginning is for the people, by the people
272  Economy / Economics / Re: Will people come back to gold on: December 11, 2018, 03:19:47 PM
with the current market conditions, maybe people will come back to choose gold to invest because gold is safer and has a smaller risk of crypto and they don't have to lose a lot of money and become poor in crypto
Gold has always been an important part of a diversified investment portfolio for a very long time and basically nothing has changed that due to how the price tend to increase in response to events that results in the decrease in value of other investments such as stocks, bonds and the likes. We are already seeing that, and obviously looking at the reaction lately with the bullish nature of gold, that simply depicts one thing we all already know.
although the price increase is not like cryptocurrency, but with gold, the trend seems to always be bullish, so many people think that gold is indeed suitable for long-term investment. this has been trusted from ancient times, even from the royal story of my country, gold has become a prima donna for the symbol of a person's prosperity

Lol exactly, since early human history, gold has always been symbolic for wealth and abundance
273  Economy / Economics / Re: Has Trump improved the economy? on: December 11, 2018, 03:05:38 PM
Politicians tend to blame external things when the economy goes bad and to boast about how good they economic measures are when the economy grows. This being said, I think his measures have made the economy to grow, although I don’t agree with all he does, and especially with his manners.

I had some money in an S&P 500 hundred and also some money in a Europe fund (Euro Stoxx 50) some time ago I decided to transfer all the Europe funds to the S%P 500, and the result has been really good. Europe and Trump have taken a different approach to the economy and everybody can see the results. Also, I think that if there is a crisis and the S&P goes down, Europe is going to go down as well, so I prefer having my money in the S&P 500.

That is true, it is often the nature of human beings (not just politicians) to take credit for good things.
274  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do you believe God exists? on: December 11, 2018, 03:01:05 PM

Forget the word "God." Forget, also, the silly notion that stuff simply springs into being all by itself. We don't have any example of real spontaneity happening anywhere. Rather, look at science and see the machines, and then apply this kind of thinking to the idea of machine making. Who or what made the machines of the universe. Whoever or whatever made the machines of nature had super-great ability.

I agree.
275  Economy / Speculation / Re: How to predict whales manipulation on: December 11, 2018, 02:52:02 PM
Today again some whales came back on BTC ..
Does anyone have some suggestion to be alerted before this kind of manipulation ... I’m really fed up to see some big red or green candles without any reason ..
I’m always in or out when it arrives ...
You need to be in the whales shoes before you can predict what they want to do...I think those whales will not share their ideas to us. Those type of people are much greedy to our money and as long as they can sustain the price they will do just to stay the price to a comfortable level that they can easily manipulate.
That is very clever but I don't think that even how much we imagined it, predicting is still the best that we can do. Whales will be whales and they will do what they are best at, and if causing panic so weak-handed traders will sell is in their plan they are doing just fine. We all have our own strategy to earn money here and if those who are successful in this will tell, then I believe that all people who are here will become rich easily.

I agree, when there are surprising spikes in prices due to no good reason whatsoever, they indicate collusion and market manipulation. To determine whether the price would be manipulated to go up or go down? Surely if we know then they lose all power.
276  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat, Banks and the future of Cryptocurrencies on: December 10, 2018, 08:36:08 PM
I think the one thing we should all look forward to is the stability of crypto currency. I mean more and more countries and companies are getting in on crypto currency so these money will bolster the price. Banks and other financial institutions are also looking into joining in on crypto currency but is waiting for regulators to go in first.
well, I think the development of fiat, and the bank will lead to cryptocurrency if its development on the internet. I have read a number of articles that are concerned with the development of fiat that are utilized by the blockchain, which is tantamount to combining fiat with crypto. well, whether it will be a development in the future, I think this will be a pretty good development.
Of course, banks will not use cryptocurrency until the state legalizes it and there will be no corresponding instructions for banks. I also think that in the future fiat and cryptocurrency will not only be forced to coexist with each other, but these types of currencies will be combined in various combinations to complement each other's capabilities. It will also be beneficial for cryptocurrency, which cannot replace the national money of states.

Banks should merge crypto currencies with their system. They cannot just ignore them as digital currencies are here to stay. So it is better to develop a system in which both fiat and crypto should be regulated. This is the only way the banks will survive otherwise crypto will overcome fiat currency in the near future.

So to keep ahead of the game, it is best for banks to adopt crypto in the long run

278  Other / Off-topic / Re: Monetization of talent - "talent token" on: December 10, 2018, 05:16:00 PM
Let me start with the expression: "Theoretically, any person is talented in something, which means that any person is theoretically rich".

What is talent? Talent is simply the ability to do something better than others. In almost all cases, almost all people have this ability, but only a small part of people know about their talent, and uses it for their intended purpose.
Using talent for yourself will not bring profit. But, if you monetize talent, you can get a huge profit from its implementation. Here it is worth noting that the talent itself is not possible to monetize, you can only monetize the product itself, which is created thanks to talent.

As you think the idea of creating a project in which you could buy a product of talent from any field. As variants it can be:
1. Objects of works of art and their sale at auctions.
2. The time of a talented person from various fields (doctor, teacher, sportsman, singer, etc.)
Of course, there are a number of problems associated with how to assess the degree of talent of a person or product of the realization of his talent. What criteria are used to assess creativity and talent. After all, as they say "there are no comrades for taste and color".

Or how to motivate a talented person to start selling their free time.
But, it seems to me, with a correct and complex approach, all these problems are solved.
To avoid manipulation (on the part of people who have influence on this or that talented person or the price of the product) and for complete transparency and openness, everything can be realized on the basis of a blockchain platform. It will include the products (items or time) that can be purchased for "talent tokens" and anyone can buy it.

Of course the time of a talented person or his work can not be cheap and sooner it will only be for people with a good income. But in case of an acute need, for example, a doctor's consultation, a person will have the opportunity to purchase it.

Thanks to all who have read. It would be interesting to hear your opinion on this idea.

I agree, thanks for sharing.
279  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Genetic Engineering of Humans on: December 10, 2018, 05:10:33 PM
According to evolution and our understanding of the Earth if humans are alive in another 4 billion or so years those humans will look as much like us as we do to our 4 billion year old amoeba ancestors.

It is curious what we would look 4 billion years from now

I wonder if big corporations will genetically enhance humans to not require sleep anymore so people can work 20 hours a day for them?

We should create super AI to completely replace humans at work (as suggested by someone in the other thread).
280  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to recognize correct trading signals? on: December 10, 2018, 04:56:58 PM
Hi all,

Do you have any strategy how to recognize signals when market changes from bear to bull? I earned now some extra btc coins by selling on higher price and  buying at lower. But i am weak to see when market is changing to grow. Usually i buy in not correct time and after while positive grow is turned back to fall. But how to know when the signal for grow is the correct one? I tried to use indicators but there is huge number of false signals and this did not help me anyway.

The answer is no,no one can find out when the market is going bearish or bullish you may pick the signals based on the technical analysis but still it is not going to happen for sure so just believe in your luck and start buying now.

I thought about observing the trends in technical analysis too but like you said, it is not certain.
