Hey Mr Lee, with SHA256 miners dropping in price drastically (Bitmain S3 now sub $1k/TH) do you think the factory are due any price drops soon?
I have had my dragon for about 70 days. but this price change by bitmaintech will change prices. remember it does not ship for 10 days or so. Of course, but then you can't buy hosted miners from here till aprox the 8th either. BTW This isn't a dig at Mr Lee, I know his prices are based closely on what the charge at the factory is, I was just trying to find out if he knew whether the factory were going to drop their prices in view of the competition. I hope so. if the S3 are as stable as S1 and the price is 0.75 as they set, i think the factory of dragon will drop the price to be competitive, |

My T1 Dragon is down again. eems like it is hashing half days only. I am very disappointed, this is not I was expecting. Any idea how to improve this? WHen my Dragon is going to be back on-line? Are we going to see this repeatedly? What is the reason of this? Is your data centre a stable place?
Can someone attend this?  My miner is down for 14th hours again. I have purchased professional hosting. It is happening almost every day since last wednesday a date it went online.. It is online only for some 40% of the time. No remote access. WTF? ANy support e-mail whatever??? the data center is proceeding a maintenance now, the temperature is a little high than expected, so we add a new fans to cool the miner, sorry for the problem in the simple data center, if you feel not satisfy on our service, i can provide two option, 1: transfer your miner to our professional data center, 2) refund all your money back |

both of my miners are in the professional hosting centre and both are running at just over 1 th/s right now on ghash stats.
sometimes they drop down to 950 but i think that is ghash stats reporting as if I check them via remote access they are going at over 1 th/s.
Mine are in the professional data center also. i have restart your miner and what is the hash rate now |

update , the power supply is restored

the power supply is cut currently in simple new data center, all miner is offline now, sorry on this issue, that is why i need set the promised offline time as 48 hours in this new data center, where we donot have back up generator and the power supply is not as stable as professinal data center
but based on previous experience, this thing is rare, probably happened one or two times per month and last 2-4 hours

the hosted dragon 1T miner was sold out currently, the delivery miner is available and i can ship it out within 48 hours after payment

like $6 something per day or so in the case of Professional hosting option
I was wondering about this earlier. when I bought, the hosting was 225 usd per miner per month. Now its quoted as 185. Does this mean I will only pay the 185/ how many weeks that is in place? all the host fee in professinal data center will adjust to 185$ from next round, i mean from 21 Jun:) |

all the dragon that have been paid is online now, and because the temperature is a little high in this simple dc, so i have to move out some miners to make sure the temperature is fine in this data center, and thus no hosted miner is currently available right now
the next batch will be available two weeks later
