power supply switch board also the power supply in this batch have a known bug, the remain electricity will stop it working after power off , so if you find it is dead after powering off, you need wait 30-60 min to lease the remain electricity or re-plug the 24 pin cable in switch board to lease it This is not a bug of the PSU. These are 750 watt PSU. 2 pci-e connectors plus 1×8 pin motherboard cable split into 2 pci-connectors with an adapter. Replace the PSU will solve all your problems. If you keep using thid PSU, your house will burn down, thanks to Mr. Lee. The prior generation of 1T Dragon miners which draw approximately 1kW at the wall have 1000W PSUs in them and the current ones are supposedly equipped with 1200-Watters. Where did you get your information that they only have 750W PSUs. If your information is accurate, then it is very "alarming" (pun intended). Look at the total of the pci-e connectors at the PSU casing and the size of the PSU case. I see what you mean...a keen observation on your part. Though these pictures are an improvement to the ones posted in the past, important details are still being obscured. I see only 2 modular PCIe connections on the PSU side and nothing more. There are still 2 PCIe cables/connectors unaccounted for to power the remaining 2 modules. Did they use splitters on each PCIe modular connection to come up with a total of 4 PCIe connectors to power 4 modules or split the 8-pin 12V EPS cable to 2 PCIe connectors to power the remaining 2 modules as you alluded? Either way, it's not kosher and the fact that there is no label on the PSU itself is not very reassuring. A typical 750W ATX PSU would have around 4 dedicated PCIe connectors; 2 dedicated PCIe connectors for a 650W or a 500W PSU. So, why is a 500W or a 650W PSU powering up a kilowatt device? Even a 750W as you alluded has no business being in this 1 kilowatt (at the wall) hot box. Even a 1000W PSU is questionable. I admit that this psu is not professional at all since no labels on it, i have asked the factory, but get no explanation...here is the

Hi Mr. Lee,
Three of the machines seem to not turn on at all. I opened the case and unplugged the 20 pins connector and replugged it in but no luck
check the cable first to see whether there is loose cable, that thing happy a lot, i receive 10 miners yesterday and had to open 7 of them to get the miner work, but most of them are loose cable issue

That's not an excuse, Lee. It's your responsibility to publish accurate and not conflicting information on the products you are selling. After all, you are not just selling peanuts on here; you are selling over-a-thousand-USD items so it's very important that you convey accurate information to your prospective customers so they can make an informed decision when they do decide to pull the trigger and give you the business. And while were at it, where are the detailed pictures of the current version of the Dragon miners that you promised in the last page or two? I have updated the pic on introduction presentation and will update here now and inner structure
