That drop was huge , why would people sell that much on the listing? Weak hands? I mentioned this on IRC but don't forget on Mintpal you can sell into your buy orders so if you set buys at 0.9 0.89 0.85 0.83 0.81 and have 1 btc spread across it you would only have to pay 0.003btc in fees but could stack an order at 0.80 and if somebody panic sells you bump the price back up 0.9 then you have made 0.097btc and repeat. By executing a hundred trades every couple hours you can watch the profit stack up! |

So if they are adding alias address, is this similar or the same as Sync's Encrypted address or something completely different? Is that the only feature of the "Anon" they are adding or just one of them? Thanks

We won't be discussing about anonymity implementation publicly anymore, at least not until it's ready, for it has been used by pump and dumpers to manipulate the markets distorting our words since this coin was launched.Hey Libertycoin, Thanks for at least taking the time to respond to my question. I'm not trying to spread FUD, only gauge my investments. If you look at my post history I am genuinely interested in all POS coins currently working on Anonymous features, And currently hold a basket of them including Liberty! If you truly believe that only pump and dumpers are using misinformation to manipulate the markets then you might want to consult the team, as post #3914 in this thread from your Official promoter states: Libertycoin will give consumers the freedom to make transactions anonymously, and put control back in the consumer hands! The entire purpose of crypo is to give control back to the people, and Libertycoin will be the first POS coin with anonymous features to do that! Coming from your official promoter that Libertycoin will be the first when Sync has already implemented one feature that sounds similar and goes POS tomorrow and XC has stated they will release their wallets with anonymous features tomorrow (Although they don't go POS for another 80days) some clarification would have been nice to reassure me of my investments. Anyways thanks for taking the time to at least hear me out and keep up the good work! |

I understand now but who's paying for the 1% I understand the model, and looks interesting, but why would we able to buy every coin in circulation after one year? 1% would not be enough to guarantee this.. if many people wants to sell the buy wall is never big enough.. Or do i miss something? Its not that we want to buy every coin nor could we at market rate. The 1% would set a safety net so that in that example after 1 year a buy order would be placed at 0.0365btc. This does not reflect the price it could be trading at more that if all 1000 coins wanted to sell the order wold be there to absorb it. Its a moving floor that could never be sold out. Some coins try to implement it but with Sync very limited number it makes it much easier to do quicker. Think of it as an insurance premium that accumulates so that over time it raises so in the event of a mass cash out it would absorb all the orders. Although to repost one of my earlier post I still hope we reach the same as Ripples market cap at its height What will be the expected price after pow?

So that I don't have to ask u guys all the time  Not to sure where to just go look but for any coin just go to the pool and see what block their on and if the block reward is constant then multiply the block by the block reward Ex block reward is 333 so when were on block 1000 their is 333,000 coins block 49000 their is 16,317,000 |

The Miners in the Multipool, therefore not only are they raising the value and getting more Sync. They are also putting an insurance on their coins! (but unlike insurance it would pay out at anytime guaranteed lol although market rate should be much much higher) |

Not sure how others feel about this idea but I think they would be up for it!
What if out of that you added a 1% "fee" that acted as a stabilizer, ex 0.525BTC x 0.01 = 0.00525
0.00525 / 1000 (total number of Sync) = 0.00000525 Sats as the first day floor (If everybody wanted to sell everything after 1st day of POW ending that would be a minimum price)
Next day if it was the same amount of btc was made the order would be bumped up to 0.00001050 and so on and so on to create a rising floor that would forever preserve the value of SYNC. As it has such a tiny mintage this could be done relatively quickly and would ensure are beloved Sync truly acts as a store of value, benefiting not just the miners but everybody in the community!
I tried to read it like twice but cant understand, i will get back to it in the morning. Hehe, I will try to explain it simpler lol However much btc the pool collects it saves 1% or sends it to a trusted member/source/foundation as a price "safety net" So for example if the multipools buy has 0.525 Btc to buy sync to distribute it sets aside 0.00525 for the safety net Day 1) Set buy order at 0.00000525 btc as 1000 Sync at that price = 0.00525 Day 2) Set buy order at 0.00001050 btc Day 3) set buy order at 0.00001575 btc Day 4) set buy order at 0.00002100 btc Now if Syncs multipool collected what the BC multipool did then it could have 10 btc a day; at 1% that still 0.1btc divide by 1000 sync Day 1) Set buy order at 0.0001 btc Day 2) Set buy order at 0.0002 btc Day 3) Set buy order at 0.0003 btc Day 365) set buy order at 0.0365 btc (So basicly in this model after 1 year the price would be guaranteed to never fall under 0.0365 as the safety net could buy every coin in circulation.) it adds up over time and gives people the psychological feeling of safety as they know their investment will never fall to zero! |

4 million coins available with 100K satoshi would only mean a cap of 1M $
If the dev(s) deliver that would be possible sometime in the future
100K wouldnt be maintainable due to inflow of coins though
Need more exposure, are we on coinmarketcap?
But at the current price of 4350 SATS it would be more profitable then Darkcoin to mine so you would see the multipools switch and absolutely smash the network and force the price down. Its great for a fair distribution, not so great for day traders as it should grow steadily instead of having the price race up or down. |

It would be like liberty all over, went to bed at 6 K woke up at 10k ++
I hope not so fast... gradual rise is way better than shooting up so people can dump to take a quick profit. This coin definitely is for the long term with a strong dev that's not here to pump and dump. XLB like rise over such short time actually is bad for the coin ultimately I think. Oh ya, just looked at the website and Saw POW last 100 days only 13% through the blocks so I guess it wont get to high or the multipools will smash the price down as it becomes to profitable. Holding a little bit and can't wait to see the anon features! I wish we can cut POW down to 10 days... for sure the multipool will smash it if they get a hold of the profitability... 100days makes sure its nice an fair though, just not an instant gain for the pumpers. I was getting mine earlier today around 1100 Sats wouldn't mind revisiting those levels lol |
