181  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why businesses should accept Bitcoin payment on: October 13, 2021, 08:28:58 AM
The skyrocketing number of bitcoin users took all businesses by surprise, even during the pandemic that made many businesses drop, the performance of cryptocurrencies was unstoppable, this made business owners immediately think about accepting bitcoins for payment.
The market rate of Bitcoin is one of the motivation of many businesses that are now adopting Bitcoin in the business. The rate of such companies is on the increase, but this can only be aided if they can use Bitcoin lightning networks to carry out such transactions.

183  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why businesses should accept Bitcoin payment on: October 12, 2021, 06:46:00 PM
Most modern businesses are adopting Bitcoin because of its speed and borderless ability to without the involvement of a third party, and also those businesses stand the chance to gain from the profits if Bitcoin price rise within that period their holding it.
184  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tennis vs football on: October 10, 2021, 07:12:43 PM
I will probably be relying more on football games this season as I have personal knowledge of how the game works and can easily make my prediction, but I can't do the same with tennis as I don't have any experience in that game.
185  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why businesses should accept Bitcoin payment on: October 10, 2021, 09:50:17 AM
first come to my mind is flexibility so user or buyer can choose between fiat or crypto

supporting crypto as the payment of future  Grin  and if the owner shop want to hodl it can become interest and benefit to owner
The role of Bitcoin serving as an alternative currency will encourage customers to prefer it to the faint traditional currency, but again it depends on the fee that will be paid on Bitcoin transactions. If the business can develop a lightning network that will enable the lowest transactions fees.
186  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: the most bullish altcoin of the week? on: October 10, 2021, 09:26:18 AM
In my  highest Altcoin for me had Solana, but seeing all the Bullish Dot emergence is the currency that gives me the most trust as to nominate her for the best for this week:

Quote
if bulls drive the price above $35.31, the pair could rise to $38.77. The bears may try to defend this level aggressively but if bulls overcome this resistance, the pair could rally to $42.60 and later to $49.78.

I do not know if someone else has this perception, but I think it can be a coin about to continue exploiting, and BTC if it continues to rise can give more Bullish surprises for their investors.

Solana and Shiba Inu happens to take the highest bull of the week as the altcoin bull season get on the move, I believe this new week holds a lot for the entire market as Bitcoin is already making signal movement that will trigger altcoin price rise.
187  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Battle of supremacy between Dogecoin and Shiba Inu on: October 09, 2021, 05:28:24 AM
Both dogecoin and Shiba Inu are speculative coins and are created just for a joke, so there is no long-term value as their just object to being pumped and dumped. The whales have the monopoly power to change to market in whichever direction they wish. But I still prefer to invest in a dogecoin because of its popularity.
188  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reason why businesses should accept Bitcoin payment on: October 09, 2021, 05:20:59 AM
Global Bitcoin adoption is going to take a while to be achieved as the government will want something they can control, but some countries have a flexible law concerning Bitcoin and the business within that country are taking full advantage of that. Just as the thread creator stated they stand to enjoy several advantages compared to the old traditional payments.

190  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: United state 🇺🇸 take the lead in global Bitcoin adoption 2021 on: October 08, 2021, 04:59:44 PM
I think El Salvador is the best Bitcoin adoption country right now. They have a small population but already have a policy to apply legal payments with Bitcoin. In the long run, people will choose Bitcoin as a regular means of payment. This will increase Bitcoin adoption rate.
Although the US has many ATMs, Bitcoin is still not considered a legal means of payment like the dollar and Bitcoin users still make up a small percentage of the entire population.
The United States has become the pioneer of Bitcoin and crypto adoption, with El Salvador legalizing Bitcoin and making an airdrop of $30 in Bitcoin, and rolling out thousands of Bitcoin ATMs.
191  Economy / Speculation / Re: October Bitcoin bull month. on: October 07, 2021, 06:18:51 PM
I think the next stop for BTC would be a pullback to the prior trend which capped gains.    That would increase confidence further out in bullish action but for the moment a pullback and profit taking of recent gains is natural.

This is a positive over months as it increases volume in this area and price action merely needs to resolve positively while checking these lower prices.  This is quite possible but we have to watch how it acts as always.
I hate to say 50k is that significant but right now it matches up with roughly as a ledge to establish as a foothold.   As we rose so much that does show as a red for now but could easily be a far bigger positive later on so I'm watching for that scenario.  All of that could take place in October not sure or it might need the rest of this year to resolve our direction.  This is part of working our way through this higher priced area as if it were a iceberg field mid Atlantic; slow might be best  Tongue
This month of October has been an incredible month for the entire crypto market. Bitcoin is battling with the $50k price level since its recovery early this week.

I believe before the end of 2021, Bitcoin is predicted to achieve a 70k price and I have a strong belief in these predictions.
192  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin the hedge against inflation on: October 07, 2021, 10:47:06 AM
Bitcoin is unquestionably going within the positive trajectory, with the price getting higher and higher from the long-term perspective. However, we've also seen that sometimes it takes years to recover, and that's something many people and perhaps also businesses cannot afford. Inflation is also argued to be a good thing because it motivates you to spend money rather than hold it, but that's only relevant to the discussion about Bitcoin being a kind of money, not a long-term investment or a store of value. It seems to be one of the greatest options in the world when it comes to long-term investments, but it's also worth noting that this is only the case if you believe that Bitcoin will keep growing. There's no guarantee it won't crush one day and never crawl back, so this is also something that probably stops a lot of people.
I don’t belong to the class of thought that bitcoin will one day crashed it’s not a bubble and it will remain relevant only the price can change. If you have studied the price closely, you discover Bitcoin has consistently grown in price as time goes on and development keeps happening.
193  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice for fun or profits on: October 07, 2021, 10:40:51 AM

I will not agree with this statement not only newbies play dice even experience gamblers also go for dice because of its simplicity and luck base, but it also does not require skills to play the game since it is all about choosing a number.
194  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice for fun or profits on: October 06, 2021, 09:37:04 AM
OP's story is about the reason for playing dice and i believe that it is depend on your purpose , either play for Fun or play to gain profit ?
still this is gambling and no matter what happened? the opportunity to win/profit is slimmer than the opportunity to having fun.
so best to have your motive first before engaging because if you will solely wanted to win then the outcome might be frustrating and bittering .
Yes, once you visit a casino house, you should be prepared for your purpose there, either to play for fun or making money from the games, but if it becomes excessive, it can lead to addiction.
195  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Christians should participate in politics on: October 06, 2021, 09:29:43 AM
Well, many Christians are in politics in my country and we have up to 20 Christian state governors, to a great extent shows that the narrative has changed in recent times, the role of religion in politics.
Sin in politics can only come when the leader is corrupt, and Christianity as a religion have its principles that will guide a Christian leader.
196  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why Hex became bullish on: October 06, 2021, 06:32:57 AM
As of the time of this comment, Hex is on a decline and price at $0.368 from the previous $0.46 in the last few weeks in a time where most altcoins are speedily recovering for the next altcoin season. Hex coin performance in the last few weeks has given its holders some level of confidence that makes them not want to sell off soon.
197  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dice for fun or profits on: October 06, 2021, 06:25:06 AM
Some customers are VIP members of a casino house and they are like the house edge in human form always available in the house to play against anyone and in most cases, the games go in the favor. So as a fun person, you just don't have a choice than to play against them.
198  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Slot vs Video Poker on: October 05, 2021, 03:47:38 PM
Video poker needs skills but slot is like a chance based. I have not yet tried any of these but have heard from people say that video poker is played in add and requires skill than a chance. Pokers are either played physically in hands or on videos but whereas, the slots are placed on a programmed machine. When its programmed, then the robo function will lead the game instead of the player.

Just read the post above yours. It's not the poker game that played physically in hands. I even put a link just few page to clarify others that it's not the usual poker we know where there's a table, a dealer and set of players playing with each other.

A user here pointed out that video poker doesn't need any skills.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5359641.msg58053899#msg58053899

Skill is still needed, if you do not use any skill while playing video poker means that you are playing it blindly without knowing what cards to hold in order to get higher possible wining chance. At least you need to have a knowledge about winning cards combination in video poker, this knowledge may increase your winning chance although the result will always based on luck.
That is why I always choose to play slot because of its simplicity and easy luck base games more straightforward than video poker which is more technical and requires some level of skills.
199  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Get a $0.20 per gallon discount on petrol when paying with Bitcoin. on: October 05, 2021, 03:40:46 PM
El Salvador government has always been looking for a way to encourage it, citizens, to use Bitcoin for their daily lives and transaction. Haven’t given each citizen $30 worth of Bitcoin as an airdrop giving 0.20 cents on a gallon is quite huge, most especially the heavy users of petroleum will benefit big this time.
200  Economy / Gambling / Re: Bitcarra Bit-Crash Gaming Coming Soon on: October 04, 2021, 08:08:19 PM
I think the site is still under development as its access is not stable on PC sometimes it works and another is pop-up an error message, I guess the thread starter should update with the actual time the site will be working 100%.
