341  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum on the rise: Sell or HODL? on: May 12, 2021, 07:18:40 PM

342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Looks like BTC about to make its next leg up on: May 12, 2021, 06:48:54 PM
As at the time of this reply, bitcoin is trading at $53k, which is a sharp price drop compared to when the thread was created this shows how volatile the bitcoin market can be its hard to predict.

I know Bitcoin will relay at $50k to $60k within the second quarter of 2021.
343  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Collation of Bitcoin ATM location on: May 12, 2021, 05:37:48 PM
This website has most of the information you need , not sure what else you would need to look for.

https://coinatmradar.com/

Hope this helps Smiley
I visited the website you posted, and it seems it lacks the information we are looking for which is mentioned in the post, all I can see is bitcoin ATMs manufacturers and talking about Genesis software.

What we are looking for is information regarding the locations of Bitcoin ATMs and the usage requirements/procedures.
344  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Collation of Bitcoin ATM location on: May 12, 2021, 10:42:03 AM
Hello, this thread is aimed at collating the various bitcoin ATMs' locations and their associated verification procedure. The bitcoin ATM technology has gained much popularity lately and at that let us drop all the Bitcoin ATM locations and the security/procedure of usage of those ATMs.Related threads about bitcoin ATM in the forum.https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5943.0https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5324120.msg56574416#msg56574416

345  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading based on Open Interest on: May 12, 2021, 10:24:16 AM
I base my trading analysis on volume and liquidity within a period under review; I take mostly 24 to 72 hours of trading liquidity to judge the price spike.
This formula has helped me over a long period of my trading time and has made a great trading decision.
346  Economy / Speculation / Re: One Year After The 2020 Halving, Bitcoin Price Has Gained 533% on: May 12, 2021, 08:36:00 AM
There has been a significant rise in Bitcoin price this year 2021 but to expect a continuous increase in bitcoin price from now till the end of the year 2021 is not visible.
The price will rise even in spite of this. But most likely this year we should not expect any significant changes
347  Other / Politics & Society / Pipeline shutdown cause fuel scarcity in the US on: May 11, 2021, 10:10:07 PM
We woke up to the news of a long queue in our gas stations in and around the US and this was said to result from faulty gas pipelines, how long this will take to be fixed is unknown. Could there be political undertones to this sad incident that have left many citizens stranded?
348  Other / Meta / Re: Why are "Likes" turned off in this forum? on: May 11, 2021, 09:47:07 PM
I like the "Thanks" option other forums have.
If you want to thank someone, you can pm the person. If you like a post, you can merit such post. If you do not have have merit, you can report the post here. Let me tell you one thing, the merit is working good on this forum, no need for likes or thanks or whatever you are suggesting, what matters most to us here are quality post, you can see many posts that are quality enough which makes your suggestion invalid.

To report post, just take a look at lower right part of each post including your post, you will see a report button, click on it and report what you want to report.
You are right, the merit system was introduced as a package to encourage quality post/helpful topics, which is almost the same as the like function on some other platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. etc
349  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Major arguments against Bitcoin born out of ignorance on: May 11, 2021, 06:11:45 PM
These kinds of assumptions are often made of ignorance of what bitcoin all about and what bitcoin stands for, Bitcoin is the most anonymous currency in the world unless you are rather opt-in for centralized bitcoin usage instead of decentralized hardware usage. Bitcoin is a store of value despite its volatile nature.
350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm now all in BTC. All eggs in one basket! on: May 09, 2021, 09:12:25 PM
Since you are a long-term holder your decision to go all-in for Bitcoin against other altcoin is a good move because bitcoin is relatively stable in the price for long-term holding to maximize profits.
351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is coming to hundreds of U.S. banks this year, says crypto custody firm on: May 09, 2021, 07:24:08 PM
This will be good news because so many bank customers will like to transact using cryptocurrencies. And if the US bank approves cryptocurrency transactions, it will encourage other countries where cryptocurrency is not legal to have a second thought.
352  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the Reason BTC must be so slow? on: May 09, 2021, 09:36:44 AM
A centralized chain such as the smart-chain may be cheaper in terms of fees and faster in sending count between addresses but comes with its vulnerability which is it's not decentralized and can be traced and the owners can do whatever they wished with your fund in the wallets.
353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Price prediction 2021 on: May 08, 2021, 05:39:14 PM
With every bull run comes different price predictions from crypto users who are overzealous about the market and go overboard to make insane price predictions.
This has always been the tradition so am not surprised to see threads like this.
354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tesla and market manipulation crime on: May 08, 2021, 03:51:18 PM
To those who really has the knowledge in crypto, they know that Elon Musk and the Tesla is just manipulating bitcoin especially the market in which they just want to earn and take more profit by hyping and hyping it to other people so that the price or the value of it to the market goes up and up. To be honest not all in the crypto wants the manipulation that has been doing by the Tesla and its founder Elon because of this market manipulation many people being manipulate and don't know how they will get back their money who has been invested on a very high amount of bitcoin.
Only noobs and FOMO guys will buy there calls now I think the law of diminishing returns finally hit on him, the tweets doesn't that much of a show right now. Though most of his followers are permabulls, I am not saying that it is not good for this market but I think he should refrain from it anymore. We just don't know he states a bull tweet yet he sold some of his assets that's totally bias considering the space isn't yet regulated.
Tesla as a company is just taking advantage of the present market and that is all that cryptocurrency investment is about, the fact is Elon Musk will constantly continue to tweets to support whatever coin he is holding.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you set stop loss for long term gem? on: May 08, 2021, 02:32:16 PM
Stop lose is mostly effective in future trading since you may not monitor the market at all times, but again as a passive trader, this method may not be effective because you analyze the market personally in spot trading.
356  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk is for crypto or just for attention to boost Tesla, SpaceX? on: May 08, 2021, 08:57:14 AM
Elon Musk is a cult figure for some of the smartest people on the planet. So what he's doing with the Dogecoin baffles me.
I mean, they say the Internet doesn't recognize any form of hierarchy, but I think Musk has delusions of god-like grandeur.

I agree with you on this, ELON MUSK has attained the high figure personality in the cryptocurrency space, and to have attained the title of dodge King and tesla as a business is benefiting from the high price because their investment has yielded 100 plus million dollars. That is a huge profit for the entire Elon Musk and tesla.
357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mixing your Bitcoin might become illegal in the future on: May 07, 2021, 10:46:19 PM
Since bitcoin is a highly decentralized currency and the government is trying to regulate its activities, so bitcoin mixing will not survive in the system since it helps to hide the identity of the user by mixing the source of Bitcoin with others making the original identity unknown. The government will not permit such services since it aids money laundering.
358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: May 07, 2021, 04:03:26 PM
That most reputable gambling site only accepts bitcoin makes it hard for users to take advantage of the low fees associated with XRP and the rest of other altcoins that issue low fees. But if you are playing in a site that accepts deposits in another crypto aside from Bitcoin then you should hold your BTC and gamble with other currencies with low fees.
359  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Football clubs and bitcoins on: May 07, 2021, 03:03:04 PM
Football clubs don’t want to be left out of the crypto surge, that is why some clubs are optioning in for payment using cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin. This will give the club’s players an advantage over other players that are paid in none Crypto. The players stand to make huge profits from their holdings because of cryptocurrency market volatility.
360  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is Elon Musk's goal with Dogecoin? on: May 07, 2021, 01:52:27 PM
Elon Musk is a business owner and as an entrepreneur, his goals are to maximize profits, his tweets are all geared toward increasing his profits. So he will keep supporting dogecoin as long as he still holds dogecoin.
