441  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Honest opinion poll about the potential of NFT on: April 16, 2021, 10:32:59 PM
The digital collectible assets have become the new wave of the moment, with the hype about NFT and the opportunities it offers to artists, to market their works on the blockchain. As the NFT development is new to most of us, I have mid feelings about the success it has recorded lately and how it will grow in the long run, how it intends to solve problems that may arise e.g. copyright licensing agreements between artists and NFT investors/buyers am worried about ownership protection of digital collectible.
442  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: 2.3 bitcoins were stolen from me! on: April 09, 2021, 06:52:57 PM
You are a victim of phishing attacks and there is no need to drag the issue for so long, move on because the possibility of you getting the 2.3 bitcoin back is not there as they sent the bitcoin to an anonymous wallet.
443  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next big news? on: April 09, 2021, 12:38:16 PM
Bitcoin prices have been hovering below $60k for quite a while now and for it to cross the 60k+ BTC need a high profile buying and good news that will trigger heavy purchase from the public, I guess the next big news apart from PayPal which have already helped bitcoin to increase to $2trillion in market capitalization.

444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance raised withdrawal fees again? on: April 09, 2021, 08:49:34 AM
Most of the exchanges have increased their withdrawal fees lately I can’t say if this is unconnected with the general increase in blockchain transactions. I have noticed the increase in withdrawal fees on bi-nance about a week ago when I wanted to withdraw my bitcoin.
445  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bloomberg predicting BTC reaching $400K in 2021 on: April 09, 2021, 07:53:26 AM
The bubble comment from Bloomberg was not a surprise to me, it only shows how unfamiliar they are with bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency network. Well, I welcome them to BTC price prediction, but saying that BTC is rising to $400,000k before the end of 2021 is an over-emphasis statement.
446  Other / Off-topic / Re: Thanks + a piece of advise on: March 30, 2021, 12:12:15 PM
It’s dangerous to rely on the advice of others in investing in a crypto project because they can easily mislead you, take your time and resources to search out the information about the coin yourself. Well, am glad you can advise others as we have always done on this forum.
447  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Which wallets offer the lowest transaction fees to send BTC ? on: March 27, 2021, 03:16:44 PM
Sagwit wallet is the best if you are looking to pay low fees on transactions,  but you can easily adjust the fees you pay in your regular bitcoin wallet if you can't understand the procedure in using the lightning network for sagwit.
448  Economy / Gambling / Re: If you loose your funds don't loose the fun on: March 26, 2021, 02:26:48 PM
Since gambling is for the fun of it, emotion should be kept away and sense should be in control,  don't gamble what you can not let go because once you allow your emotions and greed to get the best part of you it lead to lose and more losses and at the end you get depressed.
449  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: U.K. Bitcoin trader to Pay $572 Million Penalty for perpetrating a Ponzi Scheme on: March 23, 2021, 08:27:14 AM
Ever since the advent of cryptocurrency a lot of scam have happened in the system why because since bitcoin is anonymous and it transaction can not be traced in some cases scammers sees it as a safe heaven to perpetrate their scamming activities and this is one of the reason governments are against decentralized financial systems such as blockchain.  We have seen so many ponzi schemes within the bitcoin network but the fact is it is the responsibility of the victims to do due diligence searce before venturing into any form of investment on the cryptocurrency space since users are anonymous and hard to trace.
450  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk name once again used to fool people by hackers! on: March 19, 2021, 02:22:42 PM
don’t see any reason Elon Musk should be drag into this; the scam has taken place for a while now sometimes In February or so and they have taken action against the scammer. But I still blame the victim for his ignorance because Elon musk has a verified Twitter account and an unverified Twitter account in his name should contact you, one should know it potential scam about to happen. I am sure Elon Musk is not even aware of this whole scam issue.
451  Other / Archival / Re: 🤷‍♂️ Bizarre activity at 🤦‍♂️👽 NitroBetting.eu- Changing min bet to 1BTC?? on: March 19, 2021, 09:24:29 AM
Yeah when I told her that this was handled poorly and advised that I would be sharing my story with the community. She said “well I’ll be sure to inform our marketing team so that they can have a response prepared”

Still waiting on that.
This is an unethical statement, and this statement has shown it was a deliberate act from the Nitrogen team. This will negatively affect their reputation if more users complain the same. They do not mention if this condition in their terms of services, then they have no case that the marketing team will respond to.
452  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Strategies to trade new listing on top exchange on: March 18, 2021, 02:25:00 PM
If there is profit then sell.
Waiting is for holders
You are right, a trader has no business in holding a coin for so long, all you need to do is to buy when the price is down and sell whenever there are profits. The best strategy is to sell immediately when the coin get listed because 60% of the coins pump Immediately after they get listed, so sell and wait for the price to dump down and buy a little amount of the coin again then wait for a while to see if the price pick again then sell again that is how my trading life goes.
453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Morgan Stanley, a big US bank offering wealthy clients access to bitcoin funds on: March 18, 2021, 10:16:07 AM
2.5% of their clients base is way too small, why not give all their customers the same right to have access to bitcoin?I think the bank is trying to play the hide and seek game here since the central financial system is afraid of bitcoin, but can not deny it potentials they have limited it access to only a few who have huge deposits that can cover up for losses in case the unexpected happens.

454  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best Online Exchange on: March 18, 2021, 09:41:29 AM
Paxful exchange is the only legit online exchange where you can trade bitcoin to skrill in the Pakistan region. Some other exchanges offer these services but I don’t trust them because of the high rate of scams and harsh government anti-crypto policies.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🎰Looking for convenient & anonymous way to bet? Join us at DGames & DLuck now🍀 on: March 18, 2021, 08:02:50 AM
I was curious about so many features in your platform, then again the thought of not having to go through registration and KYC attracted me more to go further in reading through your services. My question is how do you intend to discover fake accounts that will only want to claim the referral bonus since there is no registration but just a telegram bot operation.
456  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you use AirTM? on: March 17, 2021, 08:34:53 PM
I just did a quick research about airtm and read through what it is and their services am amazed on the varieties of their services as users can exchange currencies on the site be it digital to faint and withdrawing through whatever currency of choice. More exciting is the fact that airtm brought both traditional currencies, cryptocurrency and PayPal into one application.

Am so going to try airtm out asap.
457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Internet connectivity - Gambling wins/losses on: March 17, 2021, 03:31:14 PM
This issue of bad internet connection affected me sometimes back when I was trying to place a bet on luckybits I wanted to place a 1× bet and because of the bad network, the figures changed to 10× without me knowing and I went straight to stake the bun, unfortunately; I lost the bet when my balance was displayed; I realized what went wrong. So since then I never force a bet through in bad network situations I will rather wait till I get better network connectivity before placing any bet.
458  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 55% of bitcoin circulating supply have not moved since 2018 on: March 17, 2021, 10:43:41 AM
It is clear that the data shows a trend but we must not forget that there are many Bitcoins that do not move, simply because the keys have been lost. Neither have they moved recently nor will they ever move. Some estimates put the number of lost Bitcoins as high as 4 million. If we take this into account, we would conclude that the Bitcoins that can be moved and have not been moved since 2018 are 33%.
Be more accurate in your figure according to the statistics  37% not 33% as you put and the total amount is $7 million against the $4 million you stated here.Although the data comprises both active and inactive wallets, if you do your math very well you will still arrive at a significant percentage of active wallets holding their bitcoin compare to the inactive wallets.

459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / 55% of bitcoin circulating supply have not moved since 2018 on: March 17, 2021, 08:26:37 AM
Data have shown how more than half of bitcoin circulating supply have not been moved from their host wallet since the bitcoin deep of 2018, this has shown great length how die hard holders can go a long way down the road without moving their bitcoin from one wallet to another or to exchange despite the current bitcoin market price. At this moment those wallets have done 17× profits and still, the long-term holders (LTH) are not given up on the race to becoming the steel hands, bitcoin holders.Credit:https://news.bitcoin.com/btcs-hands-of-steel-37-bitcoins-supply-hasnt-moved-2017-55-sat-idle-2018s-bottom/
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The history of bitcoin ATMs is much longer than I thought! on: March 16, 2021, 04:34:44 PM
The idea of bitcoin ATM may have come into existence with bitcoin because bitcoin developers would have to consider how to make bitcoin more accessible to it user at an effortless state and bitcoin ATM will do that job since most bitcoin user never want to walk into the bank because of KYC before buying bitcoin or making transactions using bitcoin. BTC ATMs have been around for a long time but their topics were mostly overlooked in the past until recently when the need for them increased and more and more new bitcoin ATMs being installed around the globe.
