101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Battle of supremacy between Dogecoin and Shiba Inu on: October 16, 2021, 08:57:55 PM
Shiba inu has proven to be the better doge coin or let's say shiba is what doge coin planned to be, id definitely choose shiba inu over Dogecoin because shiba is leaving the meme boundary and now planning to introduce better utilities like shiba Dex, Dao and even NFT, if this comes to reality shiba will be worth more
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Too good to be true?! on: October 15, 2021, 06:15:55 PM
That's true if you want to buy this ASIC miner make sure you buy from official source or trusted sellers only, lately ASIC miner scams are growing up in numbers make sure you do good research first and if you are in the USA better use popular stores
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Risers differences on: October 15, 2021, 06:08:02 PM
The truth is new risers have better features and more stronger components on them, you can easily see that the capacitors on the new 009risers are more in numbers over the old risers and also more power plugs are available, 6pins and molex even attractive lightening
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are privacy coins destined to failure? on: October 13, 2021, 04:56:22 PM
I don't think so, just because Privacy coins aren't needy today doesn't mean their time won't come soon, it's just like how DeFI and NFT have been around for years before they become well known and popular throughout 2020 and 2021
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / New PoW coins info on: October 12, 2021, 04:07:29 PM
Is there any platforms that gives information about brand new coins most especially if they are minable coins? I can't seem to find any such tracker either websites or platforms, I'm looking forward to mining new proof of work coins that have very good use cases, pls help
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: I'm confused on: October 12, 2021, 04:00:15 PM
Take things slow, build rigs and buy GPUs with your spare money, you don't give a fuck whatever happens after, if bull stays it's good and if bear comes its still good anyways, you can keep mining good coins and store them for future returns, don't let anyone deceive you believe me you know what's best for you
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Suggest Me some altcoins which could be 40x to 50x within next 4/5 years. on: October 12, 2021, 03:50:46 PM
Smart contracts projects like polygon, solana, polkadot and avalanche will grow big in near future, remember the reason why ETH grows bigger was because of its utility (smart contract) and in fact Devs are looking for better smart contract projects every time to time, solana can make it to 250$ in bulls stays intact
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: The future of old gpus on: October 11, 2021, 11:09:54 AM
Every crypto miners must be ready to upgrade their GPU mining farms few years later because newer architecture will be out as time goes by and these new GPUs with newer architecture will work better with crypto mining, as mining difficulty also increases the old GPUs becomes less profitable
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: is avax better than solana ? on: October 11, 2021, 08:21:03 AM
I'd rather not try to argue about which one is better than the other, coins like solana, avalanche, polkadot and few others are going to be sitting in my portfolio for long time to come, it's better to have them both instead of trying to pick the best
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Safe place to buy an ASIC miner on: October 11, 2021, 08:13:32 AM
Who even spends that much and buy ASICs from sites like Alibaba or Aliexpress?

I know some merchants have the Trade assurance program, but there have been several complaints about people buying equipment that stops working after a few weeks..... well, after the trade assurance period has expired.

It's funny but is entirely possible they place something inside to make that hardware to stop working after some time, like a timed small bomb, it could be a circuit or many circuits, a board to be fried, I heard some asic companies were doing that to random ltc asic miners back in 2013, to me in the end they are all scammers in some way, asic market is scammer's paradise.
It's less of a headache if one just stick with graphic cards instead of Asic miners

1. ASICS can't be fixed if something go wrong, you will need to buy complete power supply if that's the problem and if it's not you will have to send out machine to get it fixed

2. Once they give problem your rig is going offline, but not GPUs you just need to remove the bad one and others will keep mining
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / HD7970 and GTX970 on: October 10, 2021, 06:22:58 AM
Assuming you have your way around free electricity and you are given a choice to choose between these two graphic cards only what will you choose? Between hd7970 and gtx970, years back hd7970 can deliver 22MH on ETH and 18MH on gtx970 but due to DAG file they can't anymore, what will you mine with them?
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the NFT hype? on: October 09, 2021, 08:12:18 PM
Im a long time in crypto and NFTs took over really fast.. do you guys think the hype will keep going?
Since new NFT platforms appear every day.
What are your thoughts?
Personally, I don't know why most of the people are investing they're BUt it is clear its a new hype, So after someday investors cant invest in NFT hype cause maximum project no future and no staking and exchange facility.
Who told you that NFT projects have no future? I don't get it because NFT have what it takes to beat most DeFI projects that did so well in 2020, when it comes to making money and gaming universe you have no idea how huge it is, put aside NFT art projects buh gaming NFTs are awesome
113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: caught between dilemma and pleasure on: October 09, 2021, 07:26:06 PM
Would have been perfect if this campaign has limited participants activated but still the project looks so good meaning there are still chances of better growth in near future, I'd advice people to hold this coin instead of selling, this looks like another PYR and SOVRYN
114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Ravencoin lite miners on here? on: October 06, 2021, 03:15:23 PM
I don't buy the idea of this ravencoin lite, it's just a coin favouring the ASIC owners I guess that's why they fork from ravencoin itself, if you want something more reliable mine ravencoin and hold not this ravencoin lite or other fork coins, this coin hardly have any good trading volume right now
115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / True or false? on: October 05, 2021, 08:22:53 AM
Less motherboard really equals to less power consumption? I have four rigs with 6x GPUs in each but the frame can contain 12x GPUs each too and I have a motherboard among the four rigs that can contain 12x GPU, a friend came by and said I should just out 12 GPUs in the MOBO says I will safe more power this way
116  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Website for tracking new IDO on BSC. on: October 04, 2021, 05:08:32 PM
Be extremely careful when using Google search engine to find IDO platforms cos scammers are on high alert about how IDO platforms are raising lots of money this days, make sure you do deep research about the platform first before using them, I recommend using DAOmaker, polkastarter or coinsniper instead to find IDO projects cos they are more reliable
117  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Which ASIC to be profitable?! on: October 04, 2021, 09:41:08 AM
No ASIC is profitable in short term. ASICīs are always for long term mining.
You are wrong it depends on the price for the ASIC miner, if OP has free electricity he can just buy old ASIC miners, old ASIC eats lots of electricity but they are lot cheaper than building a mining rig full of graphic cards, the power consumption side is why I don't buy already
It is clear that it depends on the ASIC price, and now give me an example for an ASIC that is profitable in short term!

Antminer L7 for 12000$? Not really, Bitmain S19 fo 9500$? Not really, Bitmain E9 for 25000$? Not really. So in the end no ASIC is profitable in short term at the moment!!!

There are no free electricity for no one, because someone must pay the price and if use solar energy -> the solar panels are not for free!!! And by the way the OP has no free electricity, so why you talking about this?
Hi, someone in my country is offering me innosilicon T2 ASIC miner for 750$ each, this person is a very trusty personal from China and I've got some graphic cards through him before, this T2 can do 17TH on bitcoin mining but power consumption is 1500+ watt which turned me off, just want you to know that some ASICS are cheap and good for those that have free electricity
118  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 1660s or 6600XT on: October 03, 2021, 05:08:55 PM
I got my 1660 supers at 420$ per one, 350$ is very good if you can get them and hashrate wise the difference isn't much between 6600XT and 1660s only 3-4MH will be missed
119  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Binance exchange KYC update on: October 03, 2021, 07:42:24 AM
Yes this is a confirmed news from binance, I'm sure you are aware about the accusations on binance exchange? They have no choice but to make KYC verification a must for every users, it's possible that some are using the exchange for illegal stuffs, the truth is the withdrawal limit for non verified users on binance is too high, the accusers have a point here
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: All in the name of bear market is coming on: October 02, 2021, 04:20:55 PM
philipma1957, do you keep some part of the mined coins or do you spend everything on buying new video cards?
I read your post about how you have grown to 5 GH.
If, for example, after the end of Ethereum mining, the situation of 2019 repeats itself, when the profit will be 10-30 cents from one video card per day, then can you lose or not?
Philipma1957 isn't in any loss and I believe he will keep mining why?

1. Electricity bill is still affordable I guess 🙂
2. You don't lose until you sell off your coins

Do you know that many made insane money from ETH that they mined and hold since 2018/2019?
