The current market situation still seems unfavorable, and it's clear that the market will need some more time to recover from the FTX collapse. In the best case, the BTC price will remain in the $15-17.5k range, although I don't exclude the possibility that the price might fall below $15k. Anyway, I think now it's better to place bets on the World Cup matches rather than trying to predict the BTC price.

I agree, World Cup gives many possibilities. I only regret that selection of events is not 'stable' - for example we had F1 Brazilian GP but we had no chance to bet on Abu Dhabi GP last weekend, the final round.
At the end, there are not so many races during the year, I would like to see all of them encoded at the beginning of the season (I assume it is not very difficult to return coins if event is cancelled).
And really, I would like to have possibility to bet on the winner - the F1 winner among all the drivers or FIFA World Cup winner among the teams - not only single matches/races.
302  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: overview of key cracking tools for 32BTC puzzle on: November 24, 2022, 02:54:51 PM
I am not sure if it is the best place, but I receive many emails with question about my WifSolverCuda - NO, it cannot be used for finding 32BTC puzzle coins. Converting puzzle into WIF with missing end is not a good idea, it will not work! Apart of fact that it is one more layer added, my program is developed for WIFs with missing end/middle.
The same with CPU version WifSolver. So please, do not ask me about it anymore  Wink

Just to add something to the list - one may check my patched version of Kangaroo, where one may test given range with a stride, so for example check only even or odd keys.

I won 5000 lottery tickets today. This is my biggest win from wheel of fortune so far. Hopefully this will bring me some luck and I'll win in the lottery for the first time.  Wink

I hope your luck will not stop just on getting many tickets ;-)

So far, World Cup gave us few unpredictable results, that's where the beauty is. I'm glad we have now much more matches to choose from.
For today, Brazil and Portugal seem to be favourites, again we have low odds, 1.15, 1.12. Uruguay has 1.37, maybe South Korea will fight as good as Japan yesterday and we will have a draw (2.81)?

Undecided

Anyone placed his bet on Japan (odds 8.07)? What a surprise!

And one more argument in our discussion if odds 1.12 in football are a "good occasion". No, they are not. 964 people were right Wink

temporary score Germany vs Japan 1-1. It seems that now Japan is starting to find their game. and put more pressure on the German defences. I was quite surprised that Japan was able to balance the score. Japanese players are superior in speed. but overall the German team is the most superior.

At the end, after 50 years, no one will remember which team was better, if it was rainy or windy weather etc - there will be only a result. Odds for Germany was like 1.1, too low to make a big gain, too risky to lose if something unexpected happen.

Like 2 goals for Japan! Still 10 minutes to go, but what were the odds? 8?

2 days left for crypto, I think it is better to play all-in for FUN $0.005-$0.0075

Yea the odds got low now so I hope the time bonus pays as I had the same view at month start.  I did add to it in the last week as a negative November seems quite likely neutral end at best; in a risk vs reward way I think its probably superior to guessing other prices.

16 hours left. As FUN stays in the middle of the $0.005-$0.0075 range, I think it is 99% sure bet. Odds are only 1.13, but still, 13% is better than nothing.
On the other hand we have similar situation with BTC, the prize is in the middle of $15,001 - $17,500 range (odds 1.19), but IMHO with BTC there is always a bigger chance it will go 1k up or down.

Hello again

i need one more answer please, how d i find my btc adress that i know the amount inside and i know nearly the dates that i made the transactions, is there a filter to show in blocks, example created 2010 to 2012 wallets including 10btcs.
Anyone d share a link please ill be appreciated
Thanks

You may download the list of all addresses (http://alladdresses.loyce.club/) sorted by date and then you may check each address in block explorer (like https://blockchair.com/) to find +- the range of addresses.
Then you may compare that list with list of addresses sorted by balance (http://addresses.loyce.club/) where you may find addresses which holds 10btc (1000000000 sats). Comparing both lines will give you the answer.

Argentina has lost the match despite being the most favourite team in the world cup. I hadn't placed bets on FreeBitco in this match. So, I don't know what was the final odds in 1×2 for Saudi Arabia. 'swogerino' has mentioned that the betting odds was 1.13× for Argentine. Therfore, the odds was pretty good for Saudi Arabia as freebitco use parimutuel betting system. Everyone took Saudi Arabia as a very easy opponent.

Was is available on freebitco at all? I do not see that game in Pending/Expired, so I guess it was one of the not configured events.
For France-Australia todat odds are now 1.06 for France, so I do not understand the argument about low odds and low profit as a rule of events selection.

I think it is the right decision to not include Argentina vs Saudi and include other games because of pari mutuel betting. The odd of Argentina was 1.13 and since Freebitco.in does not use any other options except 1 x 2 or as we know it the money lines bet only it does not make any sense to add a game with such low odds.
Argentina likely win this match and a question is whether they will win big enough?

We discussed recently how "sure" are low bets when there is a strong team in football game. And then Saudi Arabia comes and we have 2:1.
I know freebitco is not a typical sport betting site, but the games like that brings lot of emotions - in today's case for both sides...

Convert to what? To WIF, to import it into your wallet?
Go to page https://learnmeabitcoin.com/technical/wif to see how it works, and if you are not afraid you may try with your key (adding zeros at the beginning).
On the other pages you will find how to generate address etc.

Or just go to page secretscan.org

at least i know that it turns out that lottery winners get notifications via email, i thought it was no notification via email because i never got it so i can relax to wait for the email from freebitcoin and get a surprise from the weekly lottery,

At least you know you do not need to check the page, as information comes directly to you;-)

England will easily win the game against Iran later, luck is also for those who bet for Ecuador because they won against Qatar in the opening game of the world cup.

Yes, I think now there are many games which are easy to predict, when you check odds you will see that bets are almost unanimous. I do not feel convinced to bet when odds are like 1.15-1.20.

316  Bitcoin / Wallet software / Re: Connecting BlueWallet to Bitcoin Core on: November 21, 2022, 03:31:18 PM
Hi - I'm in the process of setting up my Bitcoin Core node and would then like to connect my BlueWallet to Bitcoin Core. Where do I find the correct IP address and secure port? Thanks in advance for any help!

I am not sure it will work directly. AFAIK BlueWallet is using Electrum servers, which means you must install one of them. Personally I recommend electrs (https://github.com/romanz/electrs)
Then of course you may use it with Blue Wallet.
317  Economy / Gambling / Re: Poker tournaments why tournaments in other games on: November 19, 2022, 08:09:32 AM
Could you write more about that? Is it like $30 every week before Sunday's tournament? Or you just need to spend $30 once and it gives you access to freerolls?
What is the table size, 6?
I think they changed this in the past few days, now it's "you need to have at least one deposit within a week" as you can see. Except for these details about the tournament, I can't see any others, so I am not sure about the table size. But definitely, it's a fast game with 5 min. blinds and 20/40 starting chips... just all-ins through the game and nothing else, it's not the poker I like to play.

Quite disappointing, in my opinion. I would understand if it would be a 'normal' tournament, but as usual, when there is something for free it attracts people who knows nothing about it and then the game turns into lottery.
So, that's not for me, that promo does not convince me. But I appreciate they propose something different than others.

We have less than 1 week (just 5 days) to bet on November crypto prices. Do you think it makes sense this month, as we had 'extraordinary situation' with a dump?
At least FUN token has price $0.0066 and it seems it will unlikely leave range $0.005001 - $0.0075 so it seems it is (almost) sure bet. With odds 1.23 it is better than nothing.
319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 18, 2022, 05:14:20 PM
Ronaldo will give his all for the team despite this being his final tournament and the fact that he won't have a club again. One of the favorites to win the title is Portugal. And I think UTD will regret what they did to Ronaldo. Ronaldo wants to see man UTD progress, thus he risked his career in the club to speak out about the facts he brought up in the interview. This is his firth world cup, and he won't play in any more. I anticipate Ronaldo to demonstrate to the world that he is still game-ready.

I am not sure if Portugal as a team is good enough to with the Cup. Yes, this year they lost to Spain and Switzerland only (6W 2L 1D), but in general I would not bet on them. Other teams they played in 2022 were not very strong.... Nigeria? Turkey, Macedonia... Yes, it is Ronaldo's last chance, but I am not sure it will be enough. Yes, it would be a great happy ending, but there are other teams too.
I think they will win the group, but then no more than one more game.

Strange indeed... have you tried it on mobile data as well?

Yes I did try on mobile data too.

If you excluded internet provider maybe you have some "security" browser plugins which blocks 3rd party cookies or social plugins or just ads?
Do you have the problem in 'private window' (where plugins are usually automatically disabled)?
