I'm now can't mine at your pool at all... I can ping it though....

Stopped connecting 35 mins ago, yet I see the current round get more shares, so the pool is not down completely

Very strange,

Restarted all my miners, everything was fine, untill the last LongPoll

Now I get the 'Pool 0 not providing work fast enough'  messages again....

It's stabilizing again, so it seems to be related to a new found block

P.S.

You have bigger things to worry about with your upcoming switch, thanks !

I am trying to copy paste the output of cgminer, but that proves more difficult than I thought  Grin

Maybe some 20 mins

My hashrate over all my miners is dropping steadily (this one miner hashes at around 280 MHash but has an avg of 213 MHash now, I restarted it 2 hours ago)

The estimated reward is also dropping from 0.08 to 0.049 at this very moment which is consistent with the drop in my hashrate because of the connection problems

Strange, maybe a hiccup on my own network

I'll let the ping run for a while

I am experiencing a lot of:

'Pool not providing work fast enough'
'Pool not responding'

Errors

Is this because of the switch to a French provider ?

Shads,

Are you saying that these stales do not show up on cgminer ?

Because I am mining at both Slush and NMCBit and I have stales of less than 0.1%

I know Davinci at NMCBit is using your PoolservJ, but Slush is running his own modified pool-software and the stales there (as far as cgminer is reporting them) is equally imppresively low

On 1 miner I have 8.990 Accepted and 8 Rejected

I hardly ever see a rejected shares after LP finds a new block, I did in the beginning with S=60 but after I brought it down to S=8 it took care of that problem

Most of my miners are getting:

Pool not responding errors

Are we being attacked again Huh

If you send me 500 BTC a month, I promise I will never ever START attacking you !

I don't have much hashing power so my price is low  Grin

We just had an invalid Bitcoin block, but my NameCoin balance during that period was also declared invalid and deducted from my unconfirmed NameCoin total

Shouldn't the confirms/invalids be separate for BTC and NMC ?

There was no NMC block found in the time the BTC block was solved

Some of these NMC blocks are taking 40 mins+ to solve

I believe that is why some BTC blocks turn up without NMC's attached

I did not get any Namecoins rewarded in the last block

Was that because of the problems on some of the bitcoin backends ?

The namecoins that are appearing in my account page are all unconfirmed

Does this mean they are from the last 4 hours and have therefore not been confirmed yet ?

The olders blocks should immediately show up as confirmed I would think

Next question would be when will the older blocks show up ?

I see NMC rewards for the last 3 blocks !

Way to go Slush !!!

I'm getting all rejects on a majority of my miners

Restarting miners didn't help

i have now A: 2 R:8 on 1 restarted miner

Started 13 min ago, right about the time you posted last Slush

Brat

update A:2 R:15

There was a new block found at 20:57:14 (c.e.t.) and now all my miners are sending accepted works again

Strange

would the namecoin thing be similar to the bitcoin in the way that i dont have to have the namecoin exe running at all times to get the rewards? i mean i have the thing set up and i've generated an address for myself, which i have saved in my profile.

what i mean is that can i just simply forget about the whole thing for a while, and then someday fire up the exe, catch up with the blockchain and see if i have any coins in my namecoin wallet?

Yep !

I restarted all my miners,

Will see tonight how they are doing
