There are often various disputes between employers and employees, which are settled by the relevant authorities. But here will be different working environment. How does PodOne plan to settle such disputes?
Are you talking about the arbitration system? I haven’t seen any information about it. Probably, in PodOneNetwork, they haven’t address this issue, yet. But I am sure, that it will be completely solved before the launch of the platform.

Why do you say, that they haven’t solved it, yet? In fact, at the conclusion of each contract, there will be appointed a third independent party, so to speak, an arbitrator. On his signature, in case of dispute, will depend whether to transfer a payment to a person or not.
What kind of signature are you talking about? Like an electronic signature?

Yes, something like an electronic signature. For payment you need two signatures: one from an employer and another from an employee. If there is a dispute, one of the parties does not sign a deal. And then an arbitrator decides whether to put his signature instead of the second party or not, in order the payment goes through.

Good system, it would be hard to deceive it. The signature of the arbitrator, however, no one can forge?

the date of ICO is Jan. 15, 2018 - March 31, 2018

You position your project as a platform for short-term hiring of additional employees, right? In other words, it will be impossible to find a specialist in PodOne for long-term cooperation?

This is great news, so I have a lot of time to really look at all the details of this project. I thought I needed to hurry.

This platform is relevant only for the B2b sector or also involves the use of private customers? I'm very interested in this.

Yes exactly. I just read about this project and a lot of information about the business sector. On how to streamline the work time of employees and improve the quality of service. But I do not understand if I can use this platform for private purposes, for example, work at home.

I think this is quite possible. In addition, many call centers offer work at home. All you need is a computer and means for communication and in principle nothing prevents you from working for some company from home. Smiley

So it turns out this again and it depends on the company I work in, right? So this is a b2b oriented service?

And what exactly does not suit you in this option? I do not quite understand what exactly you want from this platform?

I mean simply connect to the platform as a regular user, register and start working. I have no such opportunity in this case.

Well, it's a bit of a wrong product, here the original idea is completely different. This is a solution for already working contact centers to optimize the time of their employees. if you want to work in this sphere, then naturally you will need to settle into an agency that will support this platform.  Smiley
