La ley indica, como han dicho antes, que estas plusvalias deben ser declaradas y tributar igual que si fueran acciones. Por ejemplo en la nueva ley española habría que diferenciar entre si son generadas en menos de un año donde se sumarian a las rentas del trabajo y tributarían al tipo marginal o si son de más de una año donde tributarían en funcion de su importe entre un 21 y un 27%. Evidentemente habría que guardar documentación para poder justificar precios de compra, venta, etc. ante una posible inspección.
En todo caso para importes pequeños hacienda no va a tener constancia.

Wall Street day traders stumbling onto bitcoin are going nuts.  They don't understand bitcoin so they are quick to dismiss it.  I think that they feel they missed the boat so they are in major denial at this point in time.  It's like going through the 5 stages of grief.  Denial->Anger->Bargaining->Depression->Acceptance

I think most are in the denial and anger phase when they see the bitcoin chart.  Once acceptance stage is reached they will buy bitcoins.

Laws = violence. I'm uneasy about using violence in response to a non-violent breach of contract. I also want to avoid relying on or dealing with governments.

I thought about including a paragraph saying that the treasurer will be "outlawed" if he breaks the contract, and everyone with similar non-legal contracts would be able to ignore their own obligations to the treasurer in question. But maybe this is taking things too far.

Mientras mas en picada sube, más probable lo veo. Ahora mismo le veo un 80% de probabilidad. Y el 20% q sobra se divide en un 10% de probabilidad q sea menos de $10 y otro 10% de q se quede encima de $10.

Recuerden q eso tardará algunos meses. La primera bajada no será la corrección completa.

Ahora es solo cuestion de esperar, alguna noticia o algun evento. No se cual será el evento ahora mismo. Pero algo drástico pasará. Lo triste del caso es q mucha gente perderá mucho dinero y la confianza en la economía de btc se verá afectada momentaneamente.

Porque te los vendería a $10? Lo que yo estoy diciendo es que quiero venderlos cuando empiece a bajar, y recomprar cuando estén otra vez a $10. Si me los vendes a $10 ahora te los compro.

Yo estoy esperando una caida grande para vender... Quien piense que esta subida va a durar para siempre está loco. Veremos una fuerte correción, aunque en mi opinión esta vez es posible que no baje de los $10. Hay mucha más actividad real que cuando el otro bajón.
