https://c-cex.com is back up and running..
Looks like business as usual, and drama over with for now..

Confused with pools and blocks now..
Robs pool is at 30759..
My miner on the new pool is reporting 30749..
My wallet is reporting 30749..
biblepay-explorer.org is stuck 6 hours in the past on 30732..

edit: And robs pool is reporting zero masternodes, whereas explorer, and my wallet report the correct 148.. Has a fork occurred here ?
edit: And my masternode agrees with Robs pool at 30762.. Balls..
edit: Resynced wallet, and seem to be back from whatever parallel universe I ended up in.. No idea what happened there..

So, just woke up to a POL transaction ? It's enabled now ?

pool is dead again, same like 2 days ago...
it is not coincidence...

I wonder if it's coincidence that a large proportion of the MN's have just just gone to WatchDog Expired states ??
Code:
ENABLED 36
NEW_START_REQUIRED 3
WATCHDOG_EXPIRED 83
PRE_ENABLED 0
UPDATE_REQUIRED 0
EXPIRED 0

C-CEX just recompiled, waiting in skype for them to take us out of maintenance....  Yeeha!

Has C-CEX given an eta for taking us out of maintenance?

Looks like they're running the latest version now, and blockchain is up to date, so hopefully not much longer..

Has anyone got the list of 15 or so pool addresses Rob created ? Then can check if it's miners connected to the pool doing the current blocks or not..
You can find the addresses here: https://www.reddit.com/r/BiblePay/comments/7s1tc7/multiple_pool_addresses_for_unique_hashing/

So a quick scan through those addresses, there's blocks being solved that are credited to the pools addresses, even though the pool says 27076 was the last block it mined, it has in fact apparently mined other blocks since then..
I think the pool is actually working, just the front end has hit a road block of some kind..

nobody knows Smiley
i'm going solo with half of machines until pool will be up again

it looks that pool is dead after new updates   Cry
we need check all problems with pool

should i stop mining or will it still mine and just not show the coin temp?

I've got no idea what's going on, don't know if the pool is actually finding blocks and the front end is knackered.. But it's something like 60+ blocks that the pool hasn't had a block, so very puzzled.. Need to build a little something that allows me to visualise the addresses receiving the block reward, so can figure out if it's the pool or not.. I guess we'll find out soon..

It's there, well you can get to the wallet status.. http://185.66.140.234/walletstatus.php?ticker=bbp
And looks like BiblePay is still there and running, and on the right fork amazingly, unlike the C-Cex one which seems to have wandered off into its own fork, judging by the block count..

I'd give them time, looks like they're having a very hard time right now, exacerbated by people reporting them as frauds to their hosts, amongst other things..
I'm loathe to log in, as I've no idea if that is the real site or some dubious copy, so I wouldn't log in if I were you..

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay - New Coin Launch - Official Thread on: January 16, 2018, 02:12:41 PM
I see 3075 miners at the pool with only 13% blocks mined. Why is that?
It's a 24hr average.. 8 hours ago, when I noticed the update, it was stuck at 10%.. It's creeping up slowly, and coins mined is up some 50% since this morning..
Give it another 16 hours, and then see where we are.. I think we're doing a lot better than it looks..

A quick look through the block history suggests the pool has solved 21 out of the 73 blocks since 25900..
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay - New Coin Launch - Official Thread on: January 12, 2018, 07:53:57 AM
My all miner working, but in the last hour is zero.
miners working, but doesnt for us, it looks that mining for anybody like ROB or other coin AEON, VERIUMRESERVE  Wink

Pool just got a new block #25344 at 7.46UTC, looks like the difficulty has dropped as well now.. Hash rate doesn't seem to be affected, miners still seem high, yet diff just dropped.. Flipping block explorer is behind as well.. Curious to see what's going on on the previous 20 blocks we didn't get one..

edit: And diff climbing again, spoke to soon Smiley

Was working in slack on this last night, and we have come to the conclusion that some nodes still contain a remnant of the bad gobject.  Note that the python error you receive will definitely go away when this object is deleted:
1996fe78ce9efd7a3b6deefbcd2e120b75f850909ad8f702062a517b1cb27ae1

So please gobject vote-many 1996fe78ce9efd7a3b6deefbcd2e120b75f850909ad8f702062a517b1cb27ae1 funding no, then delete yes, then delete *.dat files except wallet.dat then resync.  I believe this object is now fleeced out of the supermajority, as I see 90% of the sanctuaries are now staying in ENABLED state again.  We just need to clear it out of the minority now.

I did double check that its not on any of my seed nodes also on windows - its gone.

Superblock, block 24600 coming sometime Friday, Im excited!

I've tried everything to get rid of that now, with no luck.. It's just stuck there.. I get success doing the funding and delete opertions, but no matter what happens the MN list of objects always has that in..

I've tried deleting everything bar the .conf files and wallet.dat, on both the controller and sanctuary.. Letting them catch, up performing the fund/delete, with success, but always the object is still there.. Even if after the fund/delete i delete everything from the controller as above, and restart..

I'm out of ideas, and starting to hope that this will all just go away with block 24600..

Still stuck with these errors from watchman (in fact exactly the same as it was yesterday).. Rebooted the MN, restarted the daemon, watched it sync up correctly, but still these on running watchman manually..

Lets try to restart them, making me nervous as we get closer to the superblock... Ill look at the error.

hello, i have same problem with watchman

Exactly the same problem here.. Seems to have crapped out around 00.30UTC...

My question is simple. What is MN cpu usage in our coin right now?

I'm assuming you mean what is the CPU load of the MN ? Rather than what computations are going on that actually account for the CPU load ? If the former, well here's mine, since I set it up a few days back.. Big spike, is the installation, compiling etc.. After that, well you can see for yourself.. Hovering around 6% or so..

If you meant the latter, then don't ask me Smiley

Everything all good once again with the fresh update.. Woohoo Smiley Thanks for all the hard work you guys have put in!

On a somewhat related note, coinsmarkets BBP-BTC market can't be accessed..

https://coinsmarkets.com/trade-BTC-BBP.htm

You end up at LTC-BTC instead.. Saw this mentioned the other day, and assumed it was just a temporary glitch..
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay - New Coin Launch - Official Thread on: December 17, 2017, 08:31:24 AM
So, with the new update, and it kicking in at 21550, will I be able to use my computer while mining ?
Since the previous mandatory, my laptop and desktop are reduced to unresponsive bricks while mining, literally unresponsive.. Is that going to be remedied after block 21550 ? Otherwise I'll have to quit mining and just buy instead..
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BiblePay - New Coin Launch - Official Thread on: December 14, 2017, 12:35:59 PM
Two questions, actually turns out it was 3, about Sanctuaries..

These are only Linux ? Or will there be a Windows solution to this ?

And secondly, is a static IP required ?

Go on, a third then, is much bandwidth required ? Any calculations on this ? Or is it low enough that it's not worth thinking about..

Looking forward to running one or two, just not mad about Linux.. But if needs be, then so be it..

Interesting trading day
Volume today is above 2.13 BTC or >15,000.  Price hasn't moved much. The chart says it got up to 16 sat but I don't see it in the tape; just between 9-12

I wish I could see full trading history on c-cex:  https://c-cex.com/?p=bbp-btc
Id be interested to see what happened as well, but it looks like someone bought many millions of coins  Shocked Huh Cool

Data is quite clearly there in the trading history.. Starting at 2017-11-08 14:40:07.. Someone clearly market bought in several chunks.. 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & 16..
Relevant buys on paste bin
Some 15.87m BBP..
