I'm not a native english speaker, but I'm pretty sure "great to see your back" is not the way to go (unless you want to express your happiness to see the back of someone ;-).

Not sure though if it should actually be "great to see you're back" though. Do you know Candy?
1022  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is there a payment processor that works with bitcoin casinos? on: February 04, 2015, 10:30:21 PM
What are the exact features you need? You might be able to get by using blockchain.info's API

Yeah, I'm probably going to use the blockchain.info api for now.

I really like your "bankroll as a service" idea. I think that unbundling bitcoin casinos is the way forwards. Right now many operators do everything (game dev, banking, security, marketing) themselves. Would be rad if people would specialize on the components bc that could improve the overall customer experience, and at the same time make it easier to build a bitcoin casino.

Hey guys, let me answer you one by one:

@racsas: Thanks for your kind words. Good luck in case you do try us out!

@sandykho47bt: Nice to hear that you like Bonus Dice. I've just sent you a small bonus :-)

@masterzino: We will have more slot games in the future. However there are so many slots out there that it is hard to bring something new to the table. We actually have some ideas, but they will have to wait until we have explored the realm of dice games a bit more...
1024  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is there a payment processor that works with bitcoin casinos? on: February 03, 2015, 11:40:35 PM
I was in touch with coinbase and they told me that they would not work with a bitcoin gambling site.

The one service that I found so far that explicitly accepts gambling sites is https://www.bitcoinpaygate.com. However they are quite expensive (for example $9 per month + 2% fees) and I'm not sure they're worth the money.

Thanks Jaaawsh :-)

I'm a bit worried that the game might be confusing. If so, please let me know and I'll see what I can do...

Hi RHavar,

Vault looks really interesting, will definitely check back to see how it's going. However I'd need a processor that is ready to use right now. Does anyone know a service that is ready to go?

1028  Economy / Gambling / Is there a payment processor that works with bitcoin casinos? on: February 03, 2015, 08:10:42 PM
Hi,

I am wondering if there is a bitcoin payment processor (basically a company like bitpay) that provides services to bitcoin casinos. I've looked at the terms of bitpay, gocoin, and coin.co and they all explicitly prohibit gambling sites from using their service. Does anyone know of a provider that works with bitcoin casinos?

Thanks,
Henry
1029  Economy / Gambling / ★ New on FastSlots ★ A NEW KIND OF DICE GAME ★ on: February 03, 2015, 07:18:08 PM
Hi Guys!

We have a new game for you. It's a new kind of dice game called Bonus Dice.

It addresses something that has always bothered me when playing dice games. Sometimes your roll is especially high (or low), but still you get the same payout that you get when you barely make it into the money. That's why on Bonus Dice you get a bonus if your roll is super high.

Check out the screenshot below and let me know what you think.

1030  Economy / Gambling / What we have been up to... on: January 31, 2015, 06:42:04 PM
Just wanted to give you guys a quick update on what's we've been up to over the past week.

Given the hacks that have plagued the bitcoin industry recently, we decided to do a complete security review. I cannot disclose details, but FastSlots is now safer that ever.

Next we did some updates to Chart Bet and Double or Nothing: Chart Bet is now much more responsive and on Double or Nothing users can pick the size of their bet (this was the most requested feature). In addition, we implemented a bunch of small improvements that I do not want to bore you guy's with :-)

We have also almost completed work on our next game. It's scheduled for release next week and will be a new kind of dice game.

Finally I wanted to post a picture of the dice game we launched last week, check it out below.

1031  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ FastSlots ★ back online ★ COMPLETELY REDESIGNED ★ on: January 23, 2015, 10:18:00 PM
I'm happy to announce that we are launching our fourth game today. It's a modern classic: a dice game. We've tried to not just copy the most popular dice game out there, but try to bring our own ideas into the game. We came up with a slider that allows you to adjust the payout and the number that one has to roll under at the same time.

I personally love dice games as I think they are the purest form of gambling. As far as I know they are also the only popular gambling game that has been invented in the past 30 or so years, which is crazy (please correct me if I'm wrong).

Long story short, you can find our new game at www.fastslots.co/slide-dice. I'll be posting a photo of the game here tomorrow.

Other than that, I'm wishing everybody a nice weekend!

Hi febriyana and Mitchełł,

Thanks a lot for your comments. Please excuse my late reply, for some reasons I did not get an email notification as I usually do when there is a new comment (maybe due to the outage?). Whatever the reason, please find my answers below.

@febriyana, thanks for pointing that out. I might have overdone it with the colours. Will try to tone it down a bit...

@Mitchełł, thanks for these detailed comments. You are awesome :-). Will work through them over the weekend and email you when done (have already sent you a pm).

1033  Economy / Gambling / Re: Introducing BitcoinMinesweeper.com - The classic favorite, with a Bitcoin twist! on: January 23, 2015, 09:14:35 AM
Sounds like an interesting concept. I'd love to test it, can you send me an invite?
1034  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ FastSlots ★ back online ★ COMPLETELY REDESIGNED ★ on: January 16, 2015, 09:22:05 PM
Thanks for your feedback Mitchełł. You are absolutely right. Will be done on the next update.
1035  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ FastSlots ★ DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE ★ we'll be back in ca 30 min ★ on: January 16, 2015, 07:57:07 PM
Ok, we're back :-)

This update took much longer than expected. Originally I just wanted to change the background of the homepage to black to match the style of the games better. That turned out to look quite awful. Long story short, we ended up tearing apart the whole front end and putting it back together again. In the process we redesigned all games and the homepage.

There are still loads of improvements to come. Up to this point I have done most of the design myself. Now I will had it over to our awesome designer Renata, to more beautiful and professional looking. This will allow me to do what I love doing most: building new games :-)

Hope you guys and gals enjoy the update, as always your comments are highly appreciated...

1036  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ FastSlots ★ DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE ★ we'll be back in ca 30 min ★ on: January 16, 2015, 07:00:00 PM
FastSlots is going down for maintenance. When we'll be back, FastSlots will be better looking than ever... :-)
1037  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ New on FastSlots ★ GAMBLE LIKE A STOCK BROKER ★ House edge 0.2% per second ★ on: January 09, 2015, 02:31:25 PM
Thanks :-). The withdraw button is hidden while you are playing for free. If you are playing for free, there is nothing to withdraw, so we only show the deposit button. When you have deposited you will see the withdraw button in the top right corner.

We will be adding a faucet at some point, and then we'll have both buttons visible all the times.
1038  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ New on FastSlots ★ GAMBLE LIKE A STOCK BROKER ★ House edge 0.2% per second ★ on: January 09, 2015, 01:37:35 PM
I deposited 0.07 to my account Candy and it never came....

I wanted to let you all know what happend. We are using an api (helloblock.io) to scan for incoming transactions. In rare occasions this api is "slow" in the sense that it does not find a transaction that is already visible on other apis (this is nothing specific to helloblock.io, I think all blockchain apis have these kinds of problems from time to time). In these cases our system does not respond adequately yet, and the user has the impression that the transaction was lost. We are working on this issue.

As I said, the problem only occurs when there is a delay on the helloblock.io api, which is very rare in our experience. We have done intensive testing and everything is working flawlessly now.

I have been in touch with @Candystripes and he has gotten a full refund. I would love to promise that issues with our payment system will not occur in the future. Unfortunately I cannot do that because in a complex system like a bitcoin casino, it is impossible to guaranty the absence of bugs. I can and do promise however that no one will loose money on FastSlots because there is an issue with our system. Even in the case that we were to get hacked, we have 10x the amount that is in our hot wallet in a bank account.
_____

Now that we have that out of the way, I'd like to respond to @myohmy81. First off all: Thanks :-). Chart Bet allows you to bet on the future development of a virtual stock. You can buy and sell the stock at any point in time. If you buy low and sell high, you'll make a profit. If you buy high and sell low you loose money. It's really like in a real stock market, only that the movement of the charts are determined only by chance. It's personally my favorite game on FastSlots, and I'm a bit proud because I think it's something new :-)
1039  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ New on FastSlots ★ GAMBLE LIKE A STOCK BROKER ★ House edge 0.2% per second ★ on: January 09, 2015, 12:32:45 AM
I'm looking into it right now. Please give me a minute...
1040  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ New on FastSlots ★ GAMBLE LIKE A STOCK BROKER ★ House edge 0.2% per second ★ on: January 09, 2015, 12:23:13 AM
Hi Candy,

I'm very sorry about that. I could not find an incoming payment under your username. Could you send me the transaction id by email (henry@fastslots.co) and I'll get you sorted. Do not worry, you will get your money back.

Best,
Henry
