Binance was a very good exchanger for me, it is the number one exchange now, not only by volume but also in popularity. Binance has strong security and good numbers of good coins! I like their coin adding system, they are very professional to keep their exchange in the first position. Though I am not trading in binance right now, i love it forever. Some people complain about Binance, I think every good thing has haters! So, that is not big deal and binance will remain in the first position for a long time. Though I don't research about bounty campaigns in this bad situation of the crypto market. But a few days ago, Metahash bounty has ended which was based on Ethereum payment. But the budget was too little! Now, I don't any other campaign which pays in Ethereum. But a legit project like Ubex, yumerium, Eloncity should pay directly in Ethereum and I think that will be helpful for the bounty hunters and the project! Maybe it is not possible to bring a bounty campaign based on Ethereum payment at this moment for a new project! Because no one can ensure that the project will hit! The high rated project can't make 5 Million Soft Cap!  Then it is may not possible to give bounty payment in Ethereum.

Look, bitcoin can't be replaced by any other crypto coin. But in the future, it can replace with other new invention. Who knows? As an investor, I think this is not the right time to invest in Every good ICO, you have to find the ICO Project for investment. You are almost right, most of the ICO coin drop out 50% after getting listed in exchange. Because of the market conditions.
