To give back to our players, we’ll start hosting competitions where you can win prizes and bragging rights. We’ll kick things of with the “Longest Double or Nothing Winning Streak in History” competition. It works like this: The user that hits the longest winning streak on Double or Nothing till next Monday wins.

Example: Joe bets on green, result is green; he then bets on red, result is red; he bets on green again, the result is green. That’s a winning streak of length 3. Simple :-)

The prizes are:

• 1. Place: 0.05 bitcoin
• 2. Place: 0.02 bitcoin
• 3. Place: 0.01 bitcoin

Here are the rules in detail:

• You have to be a registered FastSlots user to participate.
• Your bet size must be at least 0.0001btc.
• When you hit a winning streak, take a screenshot of your win and post it to this thread. Please make sure that bet size, balance, and win are visible (take your screenshot before you click on ‘take win’). We will check the database to make sure no screenshots are fraudulent.
• The price will be awarded to the first user that hits a streak of a certain length. For example if Alice hits a streak of length 8 on day 1, Bob hits a streak of length 9 on day 2, and Charlie hits a streak of length 9 on day 3, then Bob is first, Charlie is second, and Alice is third. We consider the point in time that the screenshot is posted, thus make sure to post your screenshot asap.
• The competition starts right now and ends on Monday 16th of March, 11.59pm GMT




And finally … the special bonus giveaway for high rollers! We're offering 0.1btc to the first three players who can hit the maximum win limit on Double or Nothing! Place a bet of 0.01 BTC or more, and hit a long winning streak (around 8-12 wins, depending on your bet size and our current bankroll). Sorry to have missed your comments. Let me go through them one by one.

@funtotry, no worries. The payment system is now up and running. It's now much more stable than the old system, mainly because it's build on a much better api. We're now using chain.com which is an awesome service by the way.

@ndnhc's explanation of the house edge of double or nothing is spot on. Nothing to add to that :-)

@anshar thanks for spotting the broken link. I'll correct that in the post.

@fox19891989 yup, the house edge of chart bet is just 0.2%. You will not find many honest casinos with a lower house edge :-). Our mobile client is ok atm, but we'll have to do some more work to get it right. We do not have blackjack and baccarat yet but we might in the future. Thanks for letting me know that you like them, comments like this really help guide us towards the new games we make :-)

Ok, we have finally gotten our new payment system out. As usual with critical updates I've had some trusted users test it first, and they have now given their ok. Thanks again for your help guys!

Hi darwin72. This will be a bit of a long winded answer, but bear with me. :-)

Here is my take on how casinos work. In a perfectly fair casino (one where the house edge is 0%), exactly half of the players will win and the other half will loose. If people keep playing for a long time, everybody ends up with about the same amount of money they started with.

Unfortunately no casino operator has figured out (yet) how to operate a casino with a 0% house edge. This is because there are costs to operting a casino and the casino owner is exposed to the risk of loosing money.

I think the reason that many people (myself included) love to gamble, even if they know that they will loose money long term, is that they are buying excitement in exchange for money. If you bet $1 on a game with a 1% house edge, you will lose 1 cent on average on every bet. If that cent is worth the excitement of gambling to you, you should take the bet; otherwise you should not.

I'm happy you bring this topic up. I will not be lying to my users and tell them that playing on FastSlots is some sort of sure way to riches without effort. On FastSlots, like on any other casino, the number of people loosing will always be greater than the number of people winning. If not, we will be out of business very soon. I'm hoping to provide a good value for the money, so that even if you loose money on some days, you will have had a good time playing.

I think thebitcoinstrip is a great service bc it's the only bitcoin casino review site that I know of that does not ask for money in exchange for a review. (Please let me know if there are others). I find it highly commendable that you do not ask for money when reviewing a casino. In fact I know of no other bitcoin casino review site that reviews for free. For this reason I would trust a review on theBitcoinStrip way more than a review on any other site.
