81  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will banks ever offer bitcoin deposits? on: July 18, 2018, 06:40:15 PM
I don’t think so that will happen. Seeing the current scenario, I guess banks hate cryptocurrencies. They will obviously not encourage something that can replace their mere existence. Cryptocurrencies are decentralized which means they are not backed by any authority. They also eliminate the need of intermediaries by establishing a direct contact between the parties thereby making banks totally unnecessary.
82  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: If I forget wallet's password? on: July 18, 2018, 05:38:12 PM
Once you forget or lose your password, there nothing you can do to regain the access to your wallet. The cryptocurrencies are decentralized which means these are not controlled by any authority or agency. Therefore, you cannot ask anyone to help you recover your password since your details are not stored anywhere. This makes it very important for the investors to note down and store their passwords somewhere.
83  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Globalization on: July 18, 2018, 05:17:43 PM
Yes, Bitcoin definitely helps in achieving the goal of globalization. Globalization is an age old concept and all the countries are trying to implement it. But even after decades some countries have not been able to implement it, mainly due to government interference, lack of incentives for the businessmen, etc. in such a situation where Bitcoin allows to make cross-border transactions in a matter of few minutes, it will be of much help.
84  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: July 18, 2018, 04:48:31 PM
Yes, investing in Bitcoin surely puts one at many risks, but that’s the nature of entire cryptocurrency market.  In fact, the investment sectors are always risky. It’s the greed to obtain more and more that risk our lives and reputation and not the cryptocurrencies. One should have sensible and realistic goals and if investing in it cautiously it can be a very good part of our financial management.
85  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: What kind of data can be stored on the blockchain ? on: July 18, 2018, 01:17:05 PM
I know that a block comprises of transaction hashes but what if I want to make my business data completely available on the blockchain. What are the types of data that can be stored on the blockchain ? I did research on google but I didn't get the answer I needed which is why I have posted it here.
Can a blockchain store everything that a normal database can  ?
Blockchain is not any sort of database on which you can store any data. The most important thing I like to tell is that once you store any data on a blockchain you cannot alter it or delete it. That will stay in blockchain forever in its original form no matter how important it is for your business to delete or tamper it. Therefore think about it before entering any data as there is no point for regretting about it afterwards.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to known a Scam ICO on: July 18, 2018, 10:34:46 AM
1.   Research about the team behind the ICO properly. You will not find much information about them if they are scammers.
2.   Carefully read the whitepaper. Make sure it gives all the details about the project. If it is a scam there will not be many details.
3.   The idea and goals of the ICO should be realistic. Stay away from project offering goals like doubling your money in 2 days.
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: how do you find new bounties? on: July 17, 2018, 09:11:08 PM
I know it is a very tough job to find out new bounty campaigns. Here’s something you can do:
1.   Look for the famous ICOs and then search their bounty campaigns.
2.   You can keep visiting some good websites that provide information about the new bounty programs like Bountyhive.
3.   Join some bounty groups on social websites like facebook and twitter to find some good bounties.

89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be contented with what you have on: July 17, 2018, 07:25:23 PM
Yes obviously this is the need of the hour. People have become so much greedy and they keep on comparing their situation with other. People should realize that everyone cannot have same portfolios with same results. Everyone have different skills based on which they accomplish their goals. So we should definitely invest according to the available resources to us other we can even lose the little we have.
90  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO STOP HACKERS TO HACK YOUR CRYPTO WALLET on: July 17, 2018, 06:57:31 PM
1.   Try to create a long password so that it is difficult for the hackers to hack.
2.   Its safe to use two factor authentication.
3.   Always be careful when downloading anything because some things may have malware attached to them, thereby allowing the hackers to read everything on your phone.
4.   Please avoid using public wi fi as it makes it very easy for the hackers to hack the computers or phones connected to the network.
91  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: what is the main reason for india to ban cryptocurrency on: July 17, 2018, 06:29:04 PM
The reasons are the same which are responsible for the negative attitude of the governments towards cryptocurrencies. The cryptocurrencies poses protection and security issues. It can be used for making illegal transactions like drugs and weapon dealing, money laundering acts etc. crypto market can also replace banks due to its technology of blockchain. Obviously the governments want to keep the power in their hands only.
92  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How does blockchain technology on real world service work? on: July 17, 2018, 06:01:00 PM
Using Blockchain as a database Is a great solution to many problems. Blockchain can be used to secure the supply chain each product is given a tag thereby securing the chain. It also eliminates middlemen. The business partners can discuss and share the information directly with each other. The parties can also know about all the financial and physical information which helps to address the fraud, inefficiencies and find methods to solve them.
93  Economy / Economics / Re: Where and How to Spend Your Bitcoins? on: July 17, 2018, 10:46:34 AM
I honestly don’t use Bitcoins for making payments. I rather use it as a long term investment. But you can spend Bitcoin in many ways.
1.   First of all, obviously you can purchase anything for Bitcoin if the dealer is ready to accept it.
2.   You can download paid movies, apps and games from Microsoft app stores by paying in Bitcoins.
3.   You can book you rooms and flights with Bitcoin.
4.   You can buy gold in exchange of Bitcoin and
5.   Even buy pizzas for it.
94  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Recording history on blockchain technology on: July 17, 2018, 08:29:28 AM
Hi, I have an idea, but I don't think that it will be implemented by me.
Anyway, what about project that will save historic facts of countries. Since we can't change information in blockchain, it gives us ability to avoid re-writting history.

But there is one problem, that wonders me, it is the usage of tokens. Maybe, access to information(facts) ?

It is quite interesting to me, please, write me your thoughts.
Yes, that’s a good idea. There should be one good website that can provide information about the histories of all countries of the world. That could be saved forever. This would of much help for our coming generations. But the point that information once written in blockchain cannot be tampered or deleted afterwards can be troublesome as different experts have different opinions on some concepts of the history. So in case if you are required to alter the info, you cannot.

96  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to find good cryptos? on: July 16, 2018, 07:18:37 PM
There is no rocket science for finding out good cryptocurrencies to invest in. it is mostly about speculation so no one can exactly predict that which cryptocurrency can give you the maximum profits. All you can do is check the past trends of the cryptocurrencies over the past few years. Try to read about the team, the success rate of the coin, in order to be on the safe side try aiming at the coin that fall in the top 10 ranks.
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Another Coin Take the Crown? on: July 16, 2018, 07:00:39 PM
I don’t think so that it will happen at least not in the coming few years, especially if the market kept moving like this. Bitcoin is the top cryptocurrency and was the first to be launches and since then it has maintained its top position. It has the highest market capitalization which is very large as compared to the second coin which is ETH. And other coins are far more behind. So I don’t think any coin can replace Bitcoin.
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm taking a Bounty project. Can you advise? on: July 16, 2018, 06:38:31 PM
Yes, you can definitely participate in it. I myself had never participated in their bounty campaigns but I think their ideas are very great and interesting. The project has a great potential and has already attracted many investors owing to its World tour. Also you said that you had already participated in their project in the past and you got good results. You can definitely go ahead without any fear.
99  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What factors make price bitcoin go to the moon on: July 16, 2018, 05:48:25 PM
Any people in here, have breaking news about bitcoin or have predicted Price bitcoin
End this year, and I'm still want know factors make price bitcoin go to the moon
The acceptance of Bitcoin by the governments is all what is needed for increasing the price of Bitcoin. The positive attitude of government towards Bitcoin will surely encourage the people to invest in it, which, in turn, will increase the demand of Bitcoin and this is exactly what is needed for correcting the Bitcoin’s situation. The adoption rate will increase which will increase the price of the Bitcoin.
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does LTC have a Future? on: July 16, 2018, 05:22:42 PM
Yes, investing in Litecoin is a good option, I guess. Litecoin ranks at the 6th place among all the cryptocurrencies and is often called silver to Bitcoin’s gold. So it’s definitely a worth considering to invest some funds in. It has shown good growth rate and surely has a great potential. With the adoption of Litecoin by Coinbase, the market value has increased. So yes it has a great future ahead.
