FYI Today I enabled TRC pool. During last week attack 11 payout transactions stuck somewhere in blockchain and never got confirmed. I just resend all these payouts to miners. List of miners affected by this issue: klcid, Bitcoin146, neotrix, rami, Biffa, marcin4au, mayonaka, glenmcbride I hope that after latest fix TRC network will be more resilient to attacks |

BTC pool got about 1% of other Coinotron's pools hashrate. One month to solve single BTC block. This was just too painful for me and miners. You are welcome to mine alt coins on Coinotron |

Coinotron I assume you've upgraded to latest TRC version? Even if you have mining off for now it'd be nice to have as many nodes running new client as possible before we break 175K.

TRC network is still under attack. During last 24 hours almost all blocks found by Coinotron have been orphaned.
100 blocks with more than 120 confirmations have been orphaned causing loss of 2000 TRC.
Under the circumstances there is no way to run pool.

This week I introduced anti brute force attacks system. It significantly reduced number of brute force and dictionary attacks.
System works great. Nonetheless users must remember about 2 general security rules:
1. Use strong passwords. ( I've seen cases when attacker guessed user password after 4 attempts ! )
2. Use unique passwords - ones that you don't use for any other websites.

This is usually caused by using sha256 miner for LTC,FTC mining. Are you using scrypt compatible miner ( cgminer, guiminer-scryp) ? |
