The site is really new so if the questions don't work for you business - no problem it is something I need to update.

Hope the Trezor can't be hacked.

Publically showing your BTC wallet like that will attract every hacker on the internet.

A trezor is yet to be hacked from my knowledge, and there are some bigger targets than my relatively small wallet at the moment

347  Economy / Service Announcements / Bitcoin Millionaire - Founder Interviews, Trusted Resources & Investing Journal! on: April 01, 2017, 05:57:16 AM

I would like to introduce you to my latest project - Bitcoin-Millionaire! For the last 8 months I have been running this Bitcoin Gambling Investment Experiment and had some great Bitcoin returns. A lot of people have asked me what is next after this experiment and Bitcoin-Millionaire is what I have created.

Why create Bitcoin Millionaire?

With the majority of Bitcoin Millionaires being created from the incredible rise in value of Bitcoin, is it still possible to become a Bitcoin Millionaire today? How are others doing it?  To address these questions Bitcoin Millionaire will focus on 3 main areas:

1) Interview Bitcoin businesses to help others learn from their success.

As of today I have interviewed the founder(s) of 6 Bitcoin businesses that make on average $137k/month between them. The interviews include:

Crypto-Games (making $54.3k/month) advice for others looking to create a similar business – “Make it crystal clear in your mind of what success is for you, and prioritize solving problems that have the largest impact on your reality and ability to get where you want to be.”

Zodiac from Bitvest (making $19.1k/month) on the greatest challenge the site faced – “Attracting investors and players. In this industry, it’s challenging to get started. You need to provide something special to stand out from the others.”

Crypto-News (making $400/month) on the inspiration to create the site – “We perceived a lack in the news space for Bitcoin and Blockchain-based technology. This perception allowed us to step up and do something about it.”

Please note that I want ALL profitable Bitcoin businesses to be added to this site, but given my current network Bitcoin Gambling sites were generally the first to respond positively to my interview requests. If you would like to have your business submitted (for free), follow the link below:

2) Share key Bitcoin resources and test ways to make and grow Bitcoins.

3) Journal of my monthly profit or loss in Bitcoin and USD.

This will include sharing the balance and locations of my Bitcoins month to month and with proof.

What's Next?

Next month I will be focusing on doing more interviews, sharing my monthly profit or loss which will also include the earnings from Bitcoin Gambling Reviews. I will be adding more Trusted Resources as I do more research or people submit useful Bitcoin sites. Lastly I will keep my eye out for different Bitcoin investment opportunities during the month.

Any feedback is welcome!

Thank you Smiley

Today I launched a new site that will continue on this Bitcoin Gambling Investment Experiment (even after the 52 weeks is up):

Week 34: 5BTC is now worth more than 7BTC - We have made over 2BTC in profit!

I would love to get some clarity from Satoshi Dice in terms of who actually owns and runs the site now?

Are the rumors true that it has been bought and sold many times from when Erik Vorhees was involved in the original sale?

How long have the current owners had the site?

To be fair Satoshi Dice has been a mess over the last year or so in terms of usability, trustworthiness and just falling behind the latest Dice sites.

I am still a firm believer this site can be amazing again. But it needs a lot of trust to be earned back.
350  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 FAST bets, chat, growing community, 4 BTC max bet! on: March 28, 2017, 10:40:48 AM

I will agree that 10% commission is low for a dice site and even 20%, it's still a low fee.
Still, it would be good not to change this percentage again or often.
Any "uprising" change, makes people nervous and worried. Especially when this raise have to do with their invested money...

I will keep my investment on site and i hope that this way is the righr way for your site to grow.
Ofc site grows, funds growing also with it... Cool

Btw, one question : Why you don't accept investments in other coins also? Imho it's also a good and not so used solution...

Making a multi-currency site adds a lot of complexity, I decided to stick to one coin. Bitcoin was a pretty obvious choice. Maybe in the future we will re-consider adding other currencies too. But from what I can see, even on multi-currency sites, the vast majority of wagered is still in BTC.

I was actually wondering how u can make a profit by charging "only" 10% of the profit, but giving away 20% of the house edge to refs. You have the 1 BTC wager contest too.
Good change, Ill keep my investment.
Good communication too Smiley

The answer is easy: me and Scott hold investments too, this gives us extra funds for paying referral bonuses and fund prizes. This does not leave any profit for ourselves, but it's OK for now. One of the businesses I started did not bring any profit for the first 3 years (this was too long actually, but I learned patience and determination does pay off eventually).

Cheers and thanks for your trust! I really appreciate it!
Ethan

Good move - I think increasing the fee in your favor will actually help you build more trust.

If you are running a site and making very little to nothing (and investors make everything), my first thought is this is too good to be true. If you take more of the share it makes others feel slightly better that everyone is winning.

BTW - please get back to me on that email Smiley I have 5 completed now and will be launching pretty soon!

Week 33 and oh so close to the 7BTC mark!

Plot is below:

Considering the short time I have been in YOLOdice it has been a great return on Bitcoin! I have had a few people ask what leverage I am using, see below Smiley

At least you have a chance to get your money back (because you paid through Paypal).
We paid via Bitcoin, so ... no chance.
I hope you can win the Paypal dispute and recover the funds.
You can send the links from this forum when you open your dispute (as aditional proofs)
Good luck!
Correct me if I am wrong, but if Bitbox's PayPal account is real, then you have the identity of the person behind Bitbox.

And when you have the identity, every victim could sue him and demand compensation...

I think you are spot on. Maybe even share who it is publicly (although I imagine a scam like this that paypal account is fake too).

I imagine some people here might be thinking more than just trying to sue him as well  Shocked

Not sure if you have already answered these questions or are still thinking Dean:

Are you going to have an invest option covering all different games you have?

Are Alt coins going to be added? If so what ones?

355  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gambling Investments on: March 17, 2017, 08:12:44 AM
I added this to the front page as well:

Week 31 and SafeDice was the standout!

5BTC is now worth over 6.8BTC

Thanks for another update and once again SafeDice is still the most profitable. I just put my investment Safedice yesterday and was surprise their bankroll is really big now, no wonder they were able to attract big betters which is good for us investors.

Keep doing the experiment dude, I'm loving it and shall follow with the other sites investment may next week.

Really glad you are finding it useful! Plan is to do this for the full 52 weeks Smiley

I don't know a trusted programmer who could do this type of project unfortunately.

I am not even sure if you can all download the installed games on your servers and get a programmer to fix it all.

I dont think we can get the games from their servers.  Instead we should develop from the scratch...

I mean if you paid for it, it must be on your server right? Or did you pay for something and get absolutely nothing? That is worse than what most people are saying...
