The first time I encountered bitcoin,  I was surprised by its volatile price. It went up and down anytime. However it  becomes a usual thing now since the volatility is the nature of bitcoin. I guess everyone gets surprised by bitcoin price this year as it shows a decreasing value and has not shown a continuously rising signal.

Everything that has its beginning will surely has its ending, so does bitcoin. I think bitcoin will end. It will still last as long as there is an Internet connection and many people still use it. Besides I guess the existence of bitcoin depends on its price and users.

I hope so. However it's still hard to believe that bitcoin will hit $50000 at the end of this year. Until this month the price has not shown a significant increase. Thus, I predict that bitcoin price will reach $30,000 to $35,000 at the end of 2018.

Some people believe in bitcoin, and some don't. It depends on everyone's perspective on how they think about bitcoin. Maybe the volatility of bitcoin that makes people doubt it. No one can predict it's value and make sure the existence. One thing that I  believe is if we have decided to get into the crypto world and learnt more deeply, we must believe that bitcoin does exist.

Bitcoin is already a global currency. It's perhaps the most global, borderless, dynamic, accessible currency the world has ever seen.
I  guess if the internet would have been a country then Bitcoin would be its currency. You can buy almost anything from servers to houses even coffee.

Bitcoin is a type of currency designed digitally and encrypted for verification of transactions of assets, and to control creation of currency; the name given to this type of currency is cryptocurrency.

Not all coins have a similar progress  and potential to grow better and higher. Some coins are worth to be held, and some aren't. Although you've been holding the coins for a long time and nothing changes,  it means that those coins aren't worth.  You might sell them. It's  better to hold coins that have a good potential in the future. You can do some researches and read a lot to get some bright and potential coins to hold.

I don't sell the tokens I'm holding when they're going down hard. I guess we're holding certain tokens because we believe that they're going to have a high value someday. It seems to me that we're holding the time instead of the tokens. The thing that makes me so much panic is when the tokens I'm holding hit a very high value and then I really have to sell them right away to get that price because I'm afraid that the value will suddenly  goes into a low value in just  a few seconds.

I think so. Investing or joining a bounty similarly gives enough profit. Investing requires you to have fund, whereas joining a bounty doesn't require you to have fund. Besides investing is more risky than a bounty because when you invest you have to be ready for having loss.

I recommend you to hold your Ethereum. You have to remember that Ethereum as a network still has a lot to prove in terms of viability and long-term scalability. The long-term potential is yg huge, and it’s good to see large companies coming in to figure out how to harness the power of the Ethereum network.

Don't get too worried. Although Ethereum is less likely to show down fall in the price chart, it is not for very long.  2018 is going to be a roller coaster ride for Ethereum price chart, But definitely you’ll notice a substantial increase in the value of Ether. As there is a huge demand for Ether across the globe, in the long run the price will eventually keep increasing. The best of Ethereum is not a just a cryptocurrency, but a technology which features smart contracts and more. So,  always be optimistic.

Sependapat dengan agan. Saya kira semua juga punya pemikiran yang sama. Kebanyakan orang memanfaatkan momen momen seperti ini untuk membeli koin sebanyak mungkin. Ada yang bilang; belilah pada waktu harga rendah, dan juallah pada waktu harga melonjak tinggi.

Ane sih optimis aja kalau tahun 2018 ini bakal lebih baik dari tahun kemarin (2017). Pasalnya banyak banget koin koin baru yang bermunculan di tahun ini dan berusaha mengalahkan kepopuleran bitcoin. Ditambah peminat bitcoin semakin banyak, bisa jadi semakin banyaknya peminat, maka akan mempengaruhi harga bitcoin semakin tinggi.

Investasi altcoin aja gan yang harganya lebih murah. Kalau kita investasi altcoin kan nggak perlu modal yang besar. Investasi altcoin dengan modal kecil atau sedikit modal,  ane jamin bisa dapat keuntungan berlipat lipat. Yang penting investasi di altcoin yang bagus dan menjanjikan, di jaman nggak bakal rugi.

Kalau menurut ane lebih ke arah negatifnya. Kalau seorang pelajar mengenal dan memahami bitcoin yang terjadi adalah dia tidak mau lagi bersekolah. Masalahnya pelajar jaman sekarang dihadapkan pada kemewahan dan kesenangan dunia yang berorientasi pada uang. Jadi bagi pelajar memiliki banyak uang itu menjamin kehidupan yang bahagia. Tujuan mereka bersekolah kan supaya dapat gaji tinggi sesuai tingginya tingkat pendidikan. Alhasil kalau mereka punya banyak uang dari bitcoin, otomatis mereka langsung berhenti sekolah dan bersenang senang.

Cuma sayangnya berburu koin di faucet itu nggak banyak dapatnya,  cuma recehan. Tapi kalau agan rajin dan bekerja keras, lama lama juga bisa kekumpul banyak kayak peribahasa sedikit sedikit lama lama jadi bukit. Dan yang perlu diwaspadai, nggak semua link faucet itu terjamin aman,  bisa jadi linknya bohong soalnya bisa masuk ke website website yang gak seprai dengan linknya.

Pendapat  dari kebanyakan agan di thread ini memang benar kalau gak mudah memperoleh merit. Meskipun postingan kita bagus dan berkualitas (on topic),  belum tentu kita cepat dapat merit. Masalahnya yang saya lihat, orang memperoleh merit karena saling mengenal satu sama lain, jadinya pada saling membantu dalam memberikan merit. Itu kan gak fair. Alangkah baiknya kalau merit diberikan oleh sistem untuk menghindari unsur subjektif yang dilakukan oleh orang atau teman.

They deserve what they have. It's the result of their hard work. Becoming a millionaire or a rich man doesn't need to have knowledge in business or economy. Everyone has the same chance. I guess people who become a millionaire because of bitcoin are good at this crypto world. Moreover, if they don't have any knowledge in business or economy,  they can learn it. So,  what they're having now is what they did.

. Dan bitcoin merupakan salah satu dari perkembangan teknologi tersebut. Nantinya bitcoin bisa menjadi alat pembayaran di setiap negara terutama Indonesia. Jika hal itu terjadi, kita harus mulai mengenal dan mempelajari bitcoin sejak sekarang

I save the money that I gained from bitcoin. I am waiting to get a lot amount, then I am going to use it to buy a house. Besides if my money has been collected, I'm planning to travel around the world. It's my dream. So, to gain the biggest amount of money from bitcoin,  I keep holding it and haven't used it.
