Who owns the sell wall, dev? So you're saying give the holders 7 mil, the dev 600k, and 4.4 mil to dev that has to sit on 10k and if it sells he gets the btc?

My vote for 500k coins to Dev for future development and i am ok with 1:1.66 (1 Aero gets you 1.66 AM) and if coins get remain destroy them straight away.

From what I understand it's going to be 12 mil no matter what. The new coin has already been made. Places like coinmarketcap will show us as having 12 mil total coins. It's just a matter of do we destroy any, and how many do we allocate proportionally to the holders, and how many to the dev. My vote is we keep 12 mil because I don't want investors seeing something like 7.5 mil in the thread and 12 mil on coinmarketcap and asking about it every time we get a new guy. Our coins would go up proportionately with the supply. I also think 1 mil of the 12 mil is a fair premine to ensure we have a dedicated developer that wants the price to go up just as badly as we do, and has the funds to keep doing just that. So.. that's where I stand on this.

Not a scam.. just a bad move/mistake in an attempt to fund a good move. I'm thinking things will work out one way or another..

Several points need to be clarified, which will help explain why this crowdfunding is happening. Its not just AEROME which requires funding, it’s the services which the platform will integrate that requires it. Funding in the form of FIAT backing. This is where the cost lays. I completely understand your frustrations, dissatisfaction, skepticism, annoyance, delays, & anxiety about your own personal funds that have been put into a project and suddenly have the rules changed.

However, it's these rule changes which which MUST occur in order for the full AeroME vision to become a reality.

I have come to the realization that some things just cannot be kept in the dark for protection with all your feedback, and thus I have decided to share with all of you exactly why I have decided to take such an unexpected path.

What will this money be used for?

Firstly it will help finish the final portion of dev work for AeroME. There is not much work left to be done, however more hands will be needed as we embark upon the planned growth that the crowdfund is intended to drive. Dominantly its for services such as the great work BC has done with coinkite. But different. How much do you think it costs to get us on ATM networks? Yes, we will be tapping into the ATM market for real world usage application. I want to be clear that these funds are NOT going towards lining my pocket to finish 20% of AeroME. Nearly all are to be used as investment towards larger deals that I have been unable to speak of till now, that I feel will significantly increase the value of our Aero community. If there was another way to raise these funds I would have done it by now. Not to line my pockets, but to tap into massive markets, these are the kind of take up rates which are huge! To have a platform which works across multiple platforms, a single device to enabling communications in an encrypted and secure way. I was responsible for extremely similar platforms in my previous Real world career for a communications dept. I specialized in VoIP/SIP gateways. That's is what i used to do, I can make this a reality!

Mitch, I to am a man of my word. This is not for my personal wealth i will allocate a small living wage for my 6 months and continuing dedicated time and effort (a complete breakdown of suggested salaries will be made public). These IPO funds are for the progression of AeroME. I will need every single bit raised to get my plans finished and out the door. What i would like to see is when in AeroME is in continuous profit, that i can have a salary along side all of the early investors gaining their due profits. Also, I want to reinforce the fact that if this IPO is a success, your holdings will be set to 4k sats right out of the gate. It should be noted as well, if this IPO fails, AeroME will still be released as promised. However, we will be unable to afford the addition of tapping into additional markets. My goal is not to cut holders chance at profit for my own gain, simply put it's this. Would you rather have a large piece of a $1 pie, or a small piece of a bakery making the pies? Because this is how we build a pie bakery.
