The updated Avalon 6 software posted on nicehash is only 76mb while the original image is 3.8 GB Do I flash the updated image on top of the original 3.8 GB or what? How can I get the extranonce added to cgminer on Avalon 6 Simply flash the SD card, instructions are here: https://www.nicehash.com/sw/Raspberry_Avalon_reflash_NH.pdfYou'll get the latest version of Raspberry Pi controller software together with latest cgminer which has extranonce.subscribe enabled by default, it's all included.

Anyone using any watcher software out there ?
Specific, but related: NiceHash Miner is acting as the watcher as well. It will make sure your GPU doesn't go too hot and will restart mining in case sgminer/ccminer is hanged/idling.

the only problem is when i request a withdraw it saying 24 hrs?
Withdrawals for smaller amounts are are processed automatically in a few minutes. For larger amounts we have a up to 24h window to do manual verification (nevertheless even manual withdrawals are usually processed in a few hours). We're taking security and customer protection quite seriously. Best regards, NiceHash.

Hello,
If i have a running Order, ist is possible to Change the Pool? Or must i canceld the rental and seting Up a new one with the other pool (but pay a new fee in this kind)?
Best regards Willi
Changing pool in NiceHash would effectively be the same as replacing the order (from technological standpoint), therefore changing pools is not possible, but you can anytime cancel the order and submit a new one, while the remaining funds and fees are refunded, see details here: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=faq#faqb6

I am mining X11.
Since 24h no X11 payments occurred. The payment is shown in the graph, the amount is deducted from the total unpaid balance. But no BTC transaction is done. Scrypt payouts are working fine.
Please fix the X11 BTC payouts ASAP!
Please send email to support@nicehash.com with your Bitcoin address used for mining.

Hi, i think i have a problem. Downloaded latest nicehash miner v 1.2.2.2. Choose location Europe Amsterdam. then do this part of FAQ "After first run, start benchmark test, otherwise Multi-Algorithm mining will not work properly; for AMD GPUs we suggest you to run Precise benchmark". And then all day long and many restarts - miner alway connect to: [INFO] [AMD_OpenCL] Starting miner: --gpu-platform 1 -k x11 --url=stratum+tcp://x11.eu.nicehash.com:3336 so it's not multialgo?? on main page MA ports are 4333-4348...
and the most thing i can't understand is - why it's always starting sgminer 5.1.0 in ...\NiceHashMiner_v1.2.2.2\bin\sgminer-5-1-0-optimized\ i tried to delete 5.1.0 and 5.1.1 folders but then miner even can't start. so why 5.1.0 and not 5.2.1 ??
2 different PC with Windows 10. latest amd drivers from Windows Update. gpu's 7870 and r270x.
First of all, NiceHash Miner is a pre-packaged, pre-configured "not-to-be-hacked" tool/application. You can't just delete stuff and expect the magic to happen 1) It's OK if NiceHash Miner always connects to X11 -> if your ran the benchmark, then this is the most profitable algo for your rig currently. 2) MA ports 4333-4348 are for the old, manual multi-algo system. It is not used by NiceHash Miner. 3) Different versions of sgminers are for different optimizations for particular algorithms, leave them as they are (re-download package if you deleted anything). 4) X15 was rather unpopular for the last moths, that's why it hasn't been included. If profitability of X15 raises, we'll add this algo into NHM. Anyway, thanks for the feedback and keep on mining Best regards, NiceHash.

There is someone hacking miners and pointing them at an address at nicehash.
You need to block that address at nicehash and stop paying them any balance they have.
Thanks for that notice. Now, it's not that easy to simply accuse one Bitcoin address owner to be hacker, because one could easily just pick one Bitcoin address, say he's a hacker and make the pool to block his address (the pros and cons of anonymity). So we have to be careful and double check this kind of situations - nevertheless this seems like a suspicious case, therefore we blocked the payouts of this Bitcoin address. Best regards, NiceHash

nice to hear this, but i want to inform you about a bug. when i try to mine with neoscrypt algo with cpuminer avx it just stop at the start.windows says "its closed due to error" i hope you or your team will solve it.thanks.keep up the good work !
This is not a bug. NeoScrypt algorithm is not optimized in cpuminer. Actually there is no AVX and AVX2 support for this algorithm in cpuminer. This is why NHM does not support neoscrypt for CPU mining. We've actually posted a job for optimization of this algorithm, see "Make SSE2, AVX and AVX2 optimizations for NeoScrypt" here: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=jobs

I ve made the benkmark and it' work correctly for x11 x13 neoscrypt and all the ones I selected.
Actually I have different rigs, mining x11, but it never change the algorith but in the nicehash page said that the best profiability is for example x13.
Please any idea how to activate auto swiching.?? I have selected the algorithms, in benkmark
Profitability is local to your own rig. If X13 is shown as best profitable on NiceHash.com home page this does not mean that it is most profitable for you, too. Your rig - your gpu(s)) have a specific profitability and NHM will mine on the algorithm that is most profitable for your rig. The algorithm that is shown as best profitable on NiceHash.com it's just an general average.

NiceHashMiner v1.2.2.2 releasedThis is a bugfix release only. No performance improvements or new features. All users are recommended to upgrade. - General: Better error handling
- General: Bug fixes and improvements
- Config: Skip detection of certain devices
- AMD_OpenCL: Improved detection of the correct GPU platform
Download as usually here.

Edit3 - Would also be quite awesome if there was a way to upload benchmark numbers to some sort of global online number set so you could look and see where you stand (and if your config needs tweaking!)
That's sounds great.. had this idea for ages now but I just haven't had the time and someone to do it with.. would be nice if we could all work together to make this happen.. have a few thoughts on this idea already stocked up.. (: Nice idea, but not trivial to implement. NHM groups together various GPUs in particular groups (nvidia 3.x, opencl...), therefore the reporting would have to take this into account, also the drivers version, the sgminer version used, etc. A lot of things to put on the whiteboard, but it is a nice idea

Are these good speeds? Looks good. You could probably get some extra hash if you overclock your GPU (with MSI Afterburner or similar app) - but beware that this might void your GPU warranty and may lead to overheating.

I just noticed monies in this wallet and it's not mine. Where did it come from? The 0.002 BTC. This is NiceHash Miner testing/donating wallet. Set your own personal wallet address, see here: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=faq#faqs15

The new version is crashing on rigs wich need --gpu-platform 1 as a parameter in sgminer.
1. gpu-platform 0 is the motherboard gpu. 2. gpu-platform 0 is a NVIDIA card.
sp_ and any NiceHash Miner (NHM) users that are experiencing issues with AMD cards not being detected or having fatal errors during NHM startup (.NET exception or "Unhandled exception when querying AMD OpenCL"): Download this patch and just replace NiceHashMiner.exe in your existing folder NiceHashMiner_1.2.2.0 with .exe from this link. Please report back your findings if it fixes your issues. Thanks for the feedback! p.s.: this is a patch for bugfixes only, no other improvements, no need to upgrade if NHM is working fine for you btw: it would be great if someone who has a rig/PC with enabled Intel HD on-board GPU + additional AMD GPU in the same rig/PC would test this and report back ... thanks! Best regards, NiceHash team.
