1  Economy / Service Announcements / New Payza Bitcoin API allows for automated payouts to BTC Wallets on: July 18, 2017, 08:00:49 PM
Hello all,

We just announced a new API for our payout merchants that we're pretty excited about. If you're a payout merchant with affiliates who receive payouts in Bitcoin, you can now use Payza's Bitcoin SendMoney API to set up automated Bitcoin checkouts to external BTC Wallets. This blog post has more details: Payza Launches New Bitcoin SendMoney API for External Bitcoin Wallets - https://blog.payza.com/payza-updates/announcements/payza-launches-bitcoin-sendmoney-api-external-wallets/

If your favorite earning sites don't offer Bitcoin payouts, be sure to let them know about these new services from Payza.

Such a good news that we can now use payza in bitcoin never heard that thing before and i am using payza for other transaction before.
Let me ask we can use the funds in payza to convert into bitcoin instead?
Since payza has bitcoin option hope that we can exchange bitcoin into usd and exchange back to bitcoin.. i just need this kind of service due no luck finding alternative for virwox that really giving a high rates. and hope that the exchange rate also low. .

Yes, you can now instantly convert USD to BTC, and BTC to USD. You can actually convert Bitcoin into a wide range of currencies supported by Payza, such as Euros, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Swiss Francs and many others.

You can now hold Bitcoin right in your Payza account, which makes it much easier to convert.

This is rather disappointing. I was a big fan of payza but 1.2 % for sending from payza to payza e-wallets is huge! Coinbase on the other hand offers free internal transactions. Are you planning to remove this in future? I moved to bitcoin from payza only because of transactions fee and you have disappointed me yet again.

The 1.2% fee is for sending Bitcoin to other Payza members, however, you can send Bitcoin from Payza to external Bitcoin Wallets for 0.001 BTC, with the miner fee taken from this amount. This is a flat fee, so when you send over .1 BTC this way, the fee is 1% or less.

does That means now i can withdraw my btc from payza supported Bank? I Have a account on payza, but i never used it. I will use my account, If i can withdraw my bitcoin from payza supported bank.

Hello, I'm not sure I understand your question, but here are some things you can now do with Payza and Bitcoin:

You can hold Bitcoin in your Payza account.
You can instantly exchange Bitcoin<>Fiat.
You can add and withdraw Bitcoin (move Bitcoin between Payza and external Bitcoin Wallets)

This means you can store Bitcoin in your Payza account, convert it to the fiat currency, and withdraw those funds to your bank account. Does this answer your question?
6  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: How To Use Payza's New Bitcoin Services on: June 02, 2017, 02:36:37 PM
One last question, you address btc transfers between payza accounts, what about the fees for btc total withdrawal into a personal wallet or trading exchange?

We are able to have very low fees for transfers to and from external Bitcoin Wallets. When sending Bitcoin from Payza to an external Bitcoin Wallet, the fee is 0.001 BTC (a portion of which is used for the Bitcoin miner fee). Adding Bitcoin to your Payza account from an external wallet is FREE, but you are responsible for paying the miner fee.

I used payza too in my early years when I joined online world too but at that time it was called "AlertPay" for those who know it was one of the best e-wallets at that time and now that ai see that payza has added the bitcoin features makes me think to go back in payza and use it like before, ai see that they have added also Payza Card to fund it with bitcoins and use it as a bitcoin debit card. Great news Payza keep it up!!!

Thank you! We're very excited about these new features and the other Bitcoin and Altcoin features we're currently working on.

Goodluck for your courages. I think you can hit paypal suck. I experienced being limiter that made me stressful. By accepting bitcoin is there limited account or suspend account? if yes, may be I wait until no limited or suspending account of payza. This is the world of decentralized. Adding bitcoin wallet means no suspend no limited. At least payza makes one progress by adding bitcoin wallet in it.

Transactions done through Payza's network are still subject to Payza's user agreement. That means that purchases, even those made by Bitcoin, can still be disputed through the Payza Resolution Center. Our Resolution Center is in place to help protect both merchants and their customers, and we believe that by protecting transactions made through Bitcoin in this way, it will help encourage our members to explore Bitcoin.

Our Bitcoin services are designed for people who do not have a lot of experience with Bitcoin, but who are still interested in the cryptocurrency. We wanted to give them an easy way to buy and sell Bitcoin, and to make purchases with it, but without having to worry as much about security.

There are lots of services that cater to people who are very knowledgeable about Bitcoin. Payza is different because our services are aimed more towards Bitcoin beginners who are just getting started and want to take things a bit slowly at first.

Thanks for your response. But still not answered me about the minimum amount to exchange between fiat and bitcoin in payza, and what the fee for such exchange. Also can we get bitcoin adresses for our Bitcoin's wallets in Payza ?

You can now find our real-time Bitcoin exchange rates on our fees page: https://www.payza.com/fees. The minimum amounts for exchanges are $1 USD or the equivalent of $1 USD in Bitcoin (when exchanging from Bitcoin to fiat currencies).
8  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: How To Use Payza's New Bitcoin Services on: May 31, 2017, 09:05:02 PM

Can you say something about your high transaction fees ?

Our new Bitcoin services have allowed us to lower some of our fees. For instance, if you send Bitcoin to another Payza member, the receiving fee is just 1.2%, not the standard 2.9% + $0.30 that is charged when you send USD or other currencies to other Payza members.

We also recently lowered our Bank Wire deposit and withdrawal fees.

As Payza grows, it becomes easier for us to get lower rates with our partners, and in this way, we can pass on those savings to our members. We are always working to improve our services, and one way to do that is by lowering our fees. We hope to be able to lower our fees even more in the future, and our team is working behind the scenes to make that possible.
9  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: How To Use Payza's New Bitcoin Services on: May 31, 2017, 01:37:14 PM
I am using Payza since few years, and Bitcoin's user as well, and i have some questions :

Is the exchange from the Payza wallet of bitcoin to our Bitcoin's wallet instant ? and if not how much time we need to wait ? and is there any minimum limit to make the exchanges between fiat and bitcoin in Payza ?

When you send Bitcoin from Payza to an external wallet, it will be subject to a transaction review. Once the withdrawal is approved, the Bitcoin is sent to your Bitcoin Wallet. These reviews can take 3-5 business days, but our team is currently working on a process that will reduce these review times for Bitcoin withdrawals.

When you exchange Fiat currency to Bitcoin within your Payza account, that is now instant. You can exchange USD to Bitcoin, and then exchange the Bitcoin back to USD instantly, all within your Payza account.

Hope you guys can research more on how to lower charges and please allow Philippines members to get the Payza Debit Card if it is not yet available.

The Payza Card is now available in the Philippines! We are also working on an instant Bitcoin load option for the Payza Card that will let you instantly convert Bitcoin to USD and load your Payza Card with those funds. That money will then be instantly available to use either online, in stores, or you can simply withdraw it from compatible ATMs.

It would be good if Payza allow us to withdraw our money from Payza into Litecoin and Ethereum too

Our team is working on integrating other cryptocurrencies into the Payza platform as well. Not just Litecoin and Ethereum, but also Dash, Monero, Ripple, and many many others!

I suggest keeping an eye on the Payza Blog this Summer, there are going to be lots of exciting announcements!

I have been with payza since the era of alertpay and their fees have not been encouraging marketer and things got worse when they introduce bitcoin in their wallet.

Their Bitcoin transaction is not instant both buying and selling in fact it often take days before it can be implemented.

Actually, with our new services, you can now instantly exchange Bitcoin to fiat and fiat to Bitcoin. Payza now lets you hold Bitcoin in your account and convert Bitcoin into most fiat currencies supported by Payza. Your transactions will still be subject to review when you withdraw these funds from Payza (so when you send fiat or Bitcoin to a bank account or external Bitcoin wallet), but if you would like to make instant exchanges, Payza now offers that service.

We are also working on a feature that will allow instant Bitcoin to Payza Card loads. So we will soon be offering a service that allows you to instantly sell Bitcoin and load your Payza card with the USD funds from the sale. Those funds can then be used anywhere the Payza card is accepted: online, in-stores and at most ATMs. Stay tuned for more updates.

Hello again, a couple of weeks ago we announced a bunch of new Bitcoin features that have been enabled on Payza. With the latest update, Payza members can now hold Bitcoin right in their Payza e-wallets. They can also instantly exchange Bitcoin<>Fiat, instantly send Bitcoin to other Payza members (with a very low 1.2% receiving fee), and send Bitcoin to outside Bitcoin wallets (or receive BTC from other wallets). You can find that thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1918729.0

Today we published this blog post to help members use these new features: How to Use Payza’s New Bitcoin Features: Exchange, Add, Withdraw, and Send Bitcoin with Payza.

All the instructions you need to use our services are in that blog post, but as always, if you have any questions, we're here to help. Just ask.

Wait I dont see Bitcoin deposit option. Bangladesh users can deposit bitcoin?

Hello, unfortunately due to regulations in Bangladesh, we are not allowed to offer Bitcoin services there yet. We are closely monitoring the situation in Bangladesh (and a few other countries where Bitcoin is also not allowed), as soon as those rules change, we will be ready to bring these services to you.
14  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Payza now lets members hold Bitcoin in their Payza accounts on: May 15, 2017, 09:33:37 PM
A very nice move from Payza, this is something which should put you in front of Paypal, at least in the eyes of crypto community. What re your fees?

You can send and receive Bitcoin instantly now between Payza members. The fee is 1.2% and it is taken out of the initial transfer (so if you send 100 BTC your recipient receives 98.8 BTC)

You can actually send Bitcoin from other Bitcoin wallets to your Payza e-wallet for free! The reverse is almost free as well, except the standard Bitcoin network fee will be deducted.

That can be a good news because it provides us with a new way to do "Bitcoin to local bank" transfer. I just signed up and would likely to try it in a near future.

Is it possible to request Bitcoin anonymously? I checked your "Request Money" page and found that it would show my first name, last name, and email address directly to the recipient. It would be great if I can simply use a Bitcoin address to request Bitcoin from others without letting them know my first name, last name, and email address.

Also, how do I transfer Bitcoin from my Blockchain.info account to my Payza account?

"Is it possible to request Bitcoin anonymously?" Not exactly. Your Payza account is tied to your email address and this information is included with every transfer or request. Admittedly, Payza is not a great option for people who want to use Bitcoin anonymously. We respect all compliance and legal obligations for the countries we operate in, and many of these regulations include identifying parties in money transfers, especially when large amounts are involved.

"How do I transfer Bitcoin from my Blockchain.info account to my Payza account?" We will have reference material for the new features coming soon that will include complete instructions, however, the short version is simply:
  • Log in to your Payza Account
  • Click "Add Funds"
  • Choose "Bitcoin"
  • Here, you want to make sure you select "Deposit to BTC Balance". This will ensure those funds are credited as Bitcoin, not as USD (the default option)
  • Next, enter the amount of Bitcoin you will be transferring
  • Finally, our system will generate a one-time use Bitcoin Wallet address. Just send the Bitcoin and your Payza account will be credited the moment we receive confirmation.
  • That's it!
15  Economy / Service Announcements / Payza now lets members hold Bitcoin in their Payza accounts on: May 15, 2017, 02:21:04 PM
Hello all, while I'm sure most of you already have your own Bitcoin wallets, we're excited to announce that starting today, Payza members can now hold Bitcoin alongside fiat currency directly within their Payza accounts. We wanted to share this news with the Bitcointalk forum because it marks a major step forward for Payza's Bitcoin services.

Now that Bitcoin can be held in Payza e-wallets, members can instantly convert Bitcoin to/from fiat in over 20 currencies supported by Payza. You won't need to wait anymore for your Bitcoin to arrive from Payza now that these conversions are taking place entirely within your Payza account. This new update also lets us provide instant Bitcoin transfers between Payza members, and merchants who process payments with Payza can now accept Bitcoin payments on their websites and will have the option to either have those payments automatically converted to fiat, or to keep them as Bitcoin within their Payza accounts.

16  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Payza Scam me? on: January 20, 2017, 12:58:04 PM
Hello all,

I'm Lucas, from Payza. Our Bitcoin team is aware that there are multiple transaction that are not being confirmed within the Blockchain at the
moment, while some others are simply not being registered at all. Let me reassure everyone: your funds are safe. We're currently assessing the
situation and trying to find a fix. In the very near future, our team will reverse every Bitcoin transaction that did not go through and your funds
will be back in your Payza account, so you'll be able to initiate a new Bitcoin withdrawal if you so desire. From there, we'll work on permanently
eliminating the source of this problem. If you have any questions, I'll be here to answer them.

Hi all, as mentioned in this thread, we had some BTC confirmation issues that affected a small number of Bitcoin withdrawals. Our team is aware of the issue and believe it has been fixed. If your BTC did not arrive already, you should receive it shortly.

If you are still having issues, please log in to your account and contact our Customer Support Team using our new Direct Messaging Customer Support Module, described in this blog post: https://blog.payza.com/payza-updates/announcements/customer-service-payza-account/

Also, I'd appreciate it if OP could edit this post to note that this is not a "scam," simply a technically issue that has been resolved. Thank you.

Hi again, just wanted to update everyone on this situation. We have instituted another fix for this issue since the Bitcoin withdrawals for some members still showed as "Completed" even though the Bitcoin transfer was unconfirmed and the bitcoins were returned to Payza. We have sent emails to affected members with more information.

If you are still having issues, or if you need further assistance, please log in to your Payza account and send our support team a message using the new Direct Messaging system and we will be happy to help you further.

19  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: PAYZA SCAM | Payment processor | Scammed by Payza.com $900 USD on: July 28, 2016, 02:19:59 PM
https://i.gyazo.com/0fe9fc1db96298c2279190e707956f0a.png

Four days ago I received money from a friend, he is NOT involved in fraudulents transactions, I know him. Basically he sent me $900 USD coming from his bank account and I checked it , was directly uploaded from his bank account. Then he send me the $900 USD , then I decided to withdraw it... Waited 3 days and I got this email:

https://i.gyazo.com/11c081117f0374a1c14342a400789f35.png

Then I go to check my Payza balance, according what they said in the email it has been returned to "my balance"
https://i.gyazo.com/e155301458756e91439574de081d9701.png

As you can see, is not in my balance. Then now they say it has been reversed back to my friend's payza balance.

So, I ask him and I really tust him its my friend, we talk in Facebook, whatsapp and even skype everyday. So I ask him if he can see the payment returned to his account, he check it really quickly for me and it is not in his balance, and not even returned to his bank account.

Logic? Payza = SCAM

The funds just dissapear in the air, is not in my account, not in my friend's account, and not in his bank.

The Payza Privacy Policy prevents me from discussing the specifics of your case, but a quick check in our system shows quite a few inconsistencies between the story you are telling and what actually happened. Here is the story your screenshots tell:
1) Screenshot 1 shows that the transfer you received was reversed.
2) Payza informed you by email that your withdrawal was declined and the funds were returned to your account. When they reached your account, they were returned to their source when the initial transaction (from screenshot 1) was reversed.
3) The funds are not in your account and your account has been placed on hold.

Nowhere in your screenshots do you show that the source of these funds are legitimate although you make that claim. Nowhere do you show that the funds were not returned to their proper source, although you make that claim as well.

When fraud funds are discovered, we have no choice but to return them to their original source. In most cases this would NOT be the account that sent you the funds, but the actual funding method from where those funds originated (that is, the original credit card or bank account). Nowhere do you show that Payza has scammed anybody, in fact, the story you tell can be interpreted to show that Payza PREVENTED a scam by discovering and returning suspect funds.

Same happened to me a few months ago, when I requested a Bitcoin withdrawal they decilned it and reversed the transactions and said money comes from fraudulent sources, evryone in the chain has been reversed and the first sender is the only one who did not receive the money, so where did it go ? nobody knows.

Similar to OP, if those funds were reversed due to fraud, they would not be returned to the original sender's account, they would be sent back to their proper source.
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Most Comprehensive Comparisons for Paypal,Epay,Webmoney,Perfectmoney,Payza! on: April 13, 2016, 01:47:55 PM
Very nice comparison although it looks like some of your information about Payza is out of date:

Withdraw options:
Payza:  Bank wire, credit card, bitcoin. Payza charges about $25.00 when customers withdraw balance to their bank account.
Payza's Bank Wire Withdrawal fee has been reduced to $15.00. We also offer local bank transfers in North America, many countries in Europe, and now India too, this is a lower cost alternative to the Bank Wire option. And the Payza Prepaid Card in now available in select countries as well, providing another convenient withdrawal option for our members.

Is it regulated payment processor or not:
Payza:  It is an UK-licensed payment service provider. But it's very likely they created and operated Egopay using a whole network of offshore companies. And as anybody know Egopay just scammed their clients out of their money.
Payza and Egopay are separate companies. Egopay was an Authorized Exchanger for Payza (along with several other exchangers). Their sudden closure did affect some of our members, however, we were able to help many of them recover some or all of the funds that they had sent or attempted to send from Payza to Egopay.

Payza: Since Egopay closed down due to its fraud, payza has been not so highly recommended by people though it’s an UK-licensed provider and it is mostly used in PTC sites before. Now It stops offering service for UK and USA.
Payza's services are available in the UK, US, and more than 190 countries worldwide. We have recently launched many new services, including the Payza Prepaid Card and many Bitcoin features such as deposits, withdrawals, and even payments, which has helped us start 2016 with greater growth than we've ever experienced as a company. If you are looking for secure, reliable, and convenient e-wallet and online payment processing services, now is a great time to give Payza a try.
